There are signs at each Pedestrian Door that has a QR code and the name of the Door the member is located.

In order to gain access to a Pedestrian Door, the customer must be a Metropolis member with an active parking visit to the location they're trying to access. This ensures the facility's security so that only parkers may enter.

How can a member trigger the doors?

There are two ways for a member to trigger a Pedestrian Door:

Using your phone's camera or QR code scanner, scan the Pedestrian Door QR code. (This will only work if the parker is a Metropolis member with an active visit.

2. On an active visit page, a member can select which Pedestrian Door to open (the sign will indicate which door you are located at).
