How to Park

If your parking pass says to scan it at the gate, please do. Otherwise, take a ticket at the gate to enter, then go inside the hotel lobby to validate your reservation with a staff member

You may park in any open space not marked as "Reserved"

After securing your vehicle and belongings, you may board the shuttle for a 5-minute drive to SFO. Pick-ups are at the Departures Level at each terminal (Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Bus Stop). On-call shuttles are available by request between 1:00 AM–3:30 AM by calling the hotel directly when ready for pick up: 650-443-5500.

If you scanned your parking reservation to enter, you may scan it again when exiting. If you pulled a ticket to enter, please see a hotel staff member for validation and exit instructions
