Drop-Off to JFK Airport: Scheduled ONLY every HOUR on the HOUR by reservation ONLY. Guests will be dropped off directly at the departure terminal. For the shuttle from the hotel to JFK airport, please reserve your seat for the time slot during check-in, as we have limited spaces per shuttle run.

Due to size constraints, this location can accommodate large SUVs such as Suburbans and Escalades. Large trucks and large vans cannot be accommodated.

Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate extended cab pickup trucks, large passenger vans, and large SUVs (Suburban, Escalade, etc).

Pickup trucks and large SUVs—including the Ford F-150/F-250, Chevrolet Silverado, Ram 1500, GMC Sierra, Toyota Tundra, Nissan Titan, Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, and similar models—are classified as supersize vehicles.

JFK Airport Hotel Shuttle: Our complimentary shuttle schedule runs daily from 4:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight, providing transportation to and from JFK Airport ONLY.

Limited spaces available, and seats are not guaranteed on each shuttle run. If guests choose to take their own means of transportation to the airport, the hotel will not be responsible for payment or any lost luggage. We do not reserve spots prior to arrival for drop off from the HOTEL TO JFK AIRPORT.

Pick-Up from JFK Airport: Pick-up is available upon request from 4:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight at Federal Circle – Station C ONLY per NYC Port Authority regulations. Once you arrive at your terminal, please follow the signs to the AirTrain and take it to Federal Circle. Once you arrive at Federal Circle, please call the hotel at 718-977-3300 or use the courtesy phone for pick-up. Please allow 20–30 minutes for the shuttle arrival due to the airport traffic and the airport renovation construction. Please ensure to go to the Back of the hotel and not the front desk. The front desk will NOT be able to assist you.

The hotel will not be responsible for any damages or theft of during your reservations.
