Upon Arrival:

1. Please present your reservation at the front desk upon arrival to receive your Promo Code.
2. Take note of your vehicle’s license plate number.
3. Scan the QR code available at the front desk.
4. Register your vehicle using your phone number and license plate number.
5. Enter and apply the Promo Code.
6. The front desk will provide details on the next available shuttle.
7. Review shuttle pickup instructions before departure.

The hotel's complimentary airport shuttle runs 7 days a week between the hours of 5:30 AM - 12:30 AM.

Once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please proceed to the departure Level (upper level). Once outside look for the RED sign displaying "Hotel Shuttle and Private Parking shuttle pick-up".

You can catch our shuttle the following way:

1. Please proceed to the lower floor following the sign "luggage claim".

2. Once you are near the luggage claim area, you will need to get the escalator to take you upstairs , outside, by the curb , to the departure level.

3. Our Shuttle stop is a red sign that says "Hotel shuttles."

The shuttle runs 7 days a week between the hours of 5:30 AM - 12:30 AM and runs to and from the airport on demand
