Convenient and cheap residential parking in downtown Washington. Just a few minutes from Dupont Circle, The Phillips Collection, and Larz Anderson House.
The parking pad can accommodate two cars. Park in the space on the right as you face the back of the house. Please park as far to the right edge of the car pad and as deep in as possible, almost touching the driveway markers. When employed by yourself and your parking neighbor, this strategy provides the most room to maneuver in and out of the space.
The parking space is large enough to accommodate a large SUV. However, the alley dates back to the mid-1800s, and thus navigation in the alley is tight. Be careful when making turns in the alley. There are very low cement poles that could wreak havoc.
