"Friendly and fleksible service"
"Staff were friendly and professional. Never had a problem picking up my car. They were efficient in retrieving my car for me no matter what time of day. No dents or scratches in my car. Now getting to the garage was another story. Our hotel was only 2 blocks away, but this seemed to be the sketch part of town. Homeless people galore. Pee and trash smell galore. At one point a police officer that was patrolling the area stopped me when I was walking to my car and said "you're in the wrong part of town" and warned me about walking through the area at night. I never let my fiancé make the walk with me. I would just drop her off and pick her up at our hotel two blocks away. I would give her all my belongings (cell phone, back pack, etc) so that there would be nothing to steal from me if something were to happen. Luckily, nothing bad happened aside from a few stares and homeless people's drunken remarks."
"it was a parking lot, it held my car for a few hours so I could see a show. it did its job....."
"Covered parking, was easy to reserve the spot via park whizz. Easy pick up when I need to collect my car. Only thing I will advise is the surrounding neighborhood is not the safest. If you are picking your car up at night, ladies, be sure to get a taxi or uber to the garage or have a male friend escort you."
"Saved money parking here. The hotel wanting to charge $60 per day. We were able to park 2 days for $50. The location did have quite a few homeless along the way. It is not an issue if you are walking there during the day. The attendant also wanted us to pay for an additional day but this was clarified when we showed him our receipt showing payment for 2 days. Would definitely use Parkwhiz for future parking needs."
"So convenient being able to reserve a spot the night before."

Look for a black sign facing oncoming traffic that says "Park" in large white capital letters, with the smaller words "Rock Star Parking" below it in purple. The sign is attached to a four-story building on the southern side of Eddy St with a gray exterior, green accents and a clover-like motif repeated throughout. Two vertical signs on either side of the entrance say "park" in large yellowish letters.
