You can park your vehicle 24/7 in the garage, but you may only access your vehicle during the hours of operation listed below:

  • Weekdays: Monday -Thursday: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM Saturday morning
  • Weekend: Saturday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM Sunday morning; Sunday: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Storage of the vehicle is not permitted, which means that monthly vehicles have to be used in and out of the garage at least 3-4 times per week.

Once the garage roll up gate closes, you may retrieve your vehicle out of the garage by going through the 24-hour fitness gym in the building, where it’s also connected to the parking garage, but you will not be able to enter the garage from the post street after the gate closes.

Important:

  1. The monthly billing cycle is based on a calendar month, and you are booking the full monthly rate. It is therefore recommended that you choose the 1st of the month as your start date. If you choose a start date other than the 1st, your monthly reservation will still only be valid until the last day of the same month, and you will be charged the full amount for your second month.

  2. This is the sedan rate, not valid for oversize vehicles. If you are driving an oversize vehicle, please select that option prior to purchase.

  3. You will need to coordinate with the facility manager regarding pick-up of the access key card before your start parking, so please plan accordingly. Note: Parking access card can only be picked up during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).

  4. There is an additional non-refundable $25 fee for the access card (to be paid to the garage directly when picking up the parking access card.)
