PreFlight is a self-park facility. You park and lock your car and no one enters your vehicle.

• Their locations are cashless. Payments can be made with a credit or debit card. PreFlight Parking is located on 44th St, just north of Washington St. Upon arriving at the lot, please pull a ticket. For "Roof Top" parking, please follow the signs to the Roof Top uncovered area (must scan entry ticket to access upper levels). To get to the Roof Top area, drive straight up the ramp after entering the facility. Once you are at the top of the ramp, please scan your ticket and enter through the gate. Make 4 right turns to circle around to the entrance of the Roof Top parking area and scan your ticket again. You may park anywhere on the rooftop uncovered area.

Once parked, follow the signs to the nearest elevator lobby. Be sure to get a red slip from the shuttle driver for instructions on where to catch the shuttle when you return. Important! Prior to exiting the lot, please visit the cashier in the main (west) lobby. If a balance is due, payments can be made with credit/debit cards only. Cashiers cannot accept cash.

PreFlight shuttles run approximately every 4 - 8 mins to and from the airport. Upon your return, you must visit the cashier in the main (west) lobby. Your prepaid reservation can only be verified at the main (west) lobby. Attempting to exit without first visiting the main lobby will result in you being charged again for your stay at the automated exit kiosk. If a balance is due, payments can be made with credit/debit cards only. Cashiers cannot accept cash.

A cashier will confirm your prepaid reservation and handle any additional charges when applicable. If you attempt to exit without visiting a cashier in the main lobby, you may be charged again at the automated kiosk upon exit.

ROOFTOP (UNCOVERED) – Arrival Instructions: Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance and retain for exit purposes. Proceed to the Rooftop / Level 3 of the parking facility and park in any space not marked as 'Reserved'. Take the closest elevator down to the lobby level for shuttle service to the airport.

COVERED – Arrival Instructions: Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance and retain for exit purposes. Proceed to the second floor. To get to the second floor, drive straight up the ramp after entering the facility. Once you are at the top of the ramp, please scan your ticket and enter through the gate.

Upon your return to the facility, present your parking pass to the cashier in the West Lobby to receive the receipt that you will need to scan to open the exit gate.

Please call at least 24 hours before your arrival to PreFlight PHX if you require a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, so we can have it prepared for your arrival.

⚠️ Please note: Terminal 3 will be closed to pick-ups and drop-offs from 10 P.M. to 6 A.M., from 2/08 to 4/26. PreFlight buses will only service Terminal 4 during those times. Departing passengers should arrive 15–30 minutes early as they will be dropped off at Terminal 4 and must take the SkyTrain to Terminal 3. Arriving passengers must take the SkyTrain to Terminal 4 to catch the PreFlight bus.
