This open-air parking lot takes up the southwest corner of its block. On its east side its next to the tall concrete and glass Jacksonville Omni Hotel, which has blue awnings that face Water St and the lot, along with signs for the hotel. The lot entrance consists of a white-painted parking attendant booth and a parking gate on either side. The lot entrance is across the street from the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts. Please look for the Omni Hotel and the Times-Union Center across the street.
