Monthly self-parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges. You may park your vehicle 24/7, but dropoff and pickup must be within the following hours: 9AM to 10PM. Please note this is a robotic garage, with no parking attendant on-site.
This rate is only for standard-sized vehicles and is not valid for oversized vehicles, cargo/construction vans or trucks.
(1) Monthly parking starts on the 1st of the month. If you choose a start date after the 1st of the month, please note your parking pass will expire on the last day (i.e., 30th or 31st) of the same calendar month.
(2) You will receive instructions to register your monthly parking with facility management via email. This step needs to be completed BEFORE you start parking, so please plan accordingly. (It is recommended that you book two business days ahead of your start date).
(3) This monthly purchase requires a two-month commitment. ParkWhiz only handles the first month; for Month 2 onward, you will pay Impark directly. You may cancel your monthly parking with a thirty (30) day notice.
(4) There is an additional one-time $35 permit fee (to be paid on-site).

If you paid for your parking online, please visit the front desk of Park + Garden at 1450 Garden Street so we can validate your ticket. Once the ticket is validated, you can insert it into the white kiosk to retrieve your vehicle. If you do not validate your ticket, the system will ask for an additional payment.
