Any 7+ passenger SUV/Minivan or larger will be subject to a $7/day surcharge, to be collected on-site. Any pickup truck will incur a $10/day surcharge, to be collected on-site. Please note that Commercial or Super-Sized Vehicles vehicles, such as Sprinter Vans, may not be parked on-site. **Parking Lot Terms and Conditions** By using the services provided by [EWR] Airport Parking ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("customer" or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, and we encourage you to read them carefully before using our facilities. 1. Liability Disclaimer 1.1. Use at Own Risk: Parking at our facility is at your own risk. Management assumes no liability for theft, loss, damage, or destruction of any vehicle or its contents, regardless of cause, including but not limited to fire, vandalism, collision, weather, or other natural events. 1.2. No Liability for Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Customers are strongly advised to remove all valuables from their vehicle before leaving the premises. 1.3. No Responsibility for Mechanical Issues: We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical failures, battery drain, tire deflation, fluid leaks, or other vehicle malfunctions that may occur while the vehicle is parked in our facility. 2. Right to Refuse or Revoke Service 2.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with these terms, or suspected illegal activity. 2.2. We reserve the right to revoke service or terminate parking privileges at our sole discretion, without prior notice. 3. Right to Relocate Vehicles 3.1. Management reserves the right to move or relocate vehicles within the premises to improve space utilization, address safety concerns, or for operational purposes. 3.2. If necessary, we may also relocate vehicles using towing services or other means, and we shall not be held liable for any damage that may occur unless such damage is the result of proven gross negligence. 4. Abandoned Vehicles 4.1. Vehicles left in the lot for more than [XX] days past the designated pickup time may be considered abandoned and subject to removal or towing at the owner's expense. 4.2. Right to Deny Service for Non-Payment: If a customer refuses to pay the applicable oversize fee, we reserve the right to deny the reservation and the customer may be required to cancel their reservation. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and proper allocation of parking space. 5. Oversized Vehicle Policy 5.1. Oversize Fee: An additional daily fee will apply for oversized vehicles. A Large SUV is subject to an oversize fee of $7.00 per day, while Trucks, Sprinter vans, and similarly large vehicles are subject to a fee of $10.00 per day. 6. Governing Law 6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey. 6.2. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed to waive any rights or remedies available under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or other applicable consumer protection statutes. 7. Acceptance of Terms By using our parking services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
