Pick Up - Call (214)357-4500 after you pick up your luggage to let the hotel know you're waiting for pickup. The shuttle will pick you up at the outside curb on the airport's baggage claim level.
Drop Off - Pull up in front of hotel unload your luggage and proceed to front desk to exchange your ParkWhiz parking pass for a hotel pass which you will need to place on your dashboard. You can park your car in any open space. A shuttle will pick you up at the front entrance of hotel - top of the hour and 30 minutes after.
