How It Works

Step 1 Sign up for ParkWhiz and post a listing for your parking. Enter details about the location of the parking, when it's available, how many spots are available, and set a price. Your listing will appear on ParkWhiz.com in less than an hour, and people will see it when they search for parking nearby.

It is free to post a listing on ParkWhiz.com.
Step 2 Someone buys a reservation for your parking. You'll receive an email notifying you that you've made a sale, and payment for the spot will immediately be placed in your ParkWhiz account.

ParkWhiz collects a 15% commission when your spot sells.
Step 3 On the day of the parking reservation, keep a spot reserved for your customer. They'll have a ParkWhiz parking pass ticket with their reservation number. The reservation is pre-paid, so no need to deal with the hassle of cash or credit cards.

Step 4 Get paid! Once you've fullfilled the reservation, ParkWhiz will mail you a check for your account balance or electronically transfer it directly to your bank account.
