Benefits provided to Buyers under the ParkWhiz Guarantee

Buyers will receive the following benefits under the ParkWhiz Guarantee if the requirements below are met:

If a parking owner cannot honor the reservation you made on ParkWhiz and the date for your parking has not yet occurred, ParkWhiz will attempt to find you a new, alternative parking space. If an alternative parking space cannot be found or the time for your parking requirement has passed, ParkWhiz will issue the Buyer a refund for the full cost of their online reservation, including any applicable service fees.

If the alternative parking is not the same or better than those the Buyer committed to purchase:

We will investigate your complaint and determine whether you received the same or better parking than those you committed to purchase. If we determine that you did not receive the same or a better parking space, we will, (i) provide you with alternative parking that is the same as or better than the parking you committed to purchase, or (ii) at our option, refund to you the full cost of the parking, including any applicable service fees. ParkWhiz may, in its sole discretion, deem parking received as the same or better than those the Buyer committed to purchase.

Making a claim under the ParkWhiz Guarantee

If a problem should arise, the Buyer must follow these steps in order to receive a benefit under the ParkWhiz Guarantee:

If parking is not honored at the parking facility:

Buyer must contact ParkWhiz Customer Service at help@parkwhiz.com no later 3 calendar days after the date of the scheduled parking. If Buyer does not contact ParkWhiz Customer Service within this required time period, the benefits of this guarantee will not be applicable.

If parking is not the same or better than those the Buyer committed to purchase:

Buyer must contact ParkWhiz Customer Service at help@parkwhiz.com no more than 3 calendar days after Buyer's receipt of parking. Please note that similar or more desirable parking may be substituted in place of the specific parking listed on the ParkWhiz site. ParkWhiz may, in its sole discretion, deem parking received as the same or better than those the Buyer committed to purchase.

If parking is fraudulent and are not honored by the venue:

Buyer must contact ParkWhiz within 7 calendar days following the date of the scheduled parking. Buyer refunds for fraudulent parking are limited to a lifetime maximum of $100, or two claims under the ParkWhiz Guarantee, whichever comes first.

Abuse of the ParkWhiz Guarantee

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently cancel the registration of any Buyer or Seller who attempts to abuse the ParkWhiz Guarantee and will report any such abuse to the appropriate legal authorities.
