ARRIVAL INFO: Please arrive at Thrifty Airport Parking 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: The shuttle bus will pick you up at your car, assist with your luggage and drop you off at the airport terminal door.

We were happy with everything. Our van was valet parked so we didn't have to deal with the keys while we were gone. We boarded the shuttle immediately upon check-in. On return, we saw the shuttle leaving but within two minutes another one arrived. Some of our party got seperated from the group while waiting and our driver said he would wait while we went to find them. Our van was running and warm when we were dropped off next to it. Overall great experience.
