    Parking Lot needs to be paved... big potholes Machine took my $. I put in $20 bill and parking was $13.. spit out a refund ticket. I get back to my office and realize the office phone number is not on the refund slip. So I paid $20 to pay in a packed, congested parking lot. Not to mention, the machine is like ten minutes fast. There is a fee of $12 for early special if you get in by 8am. I put my money in the machine at 7:49 and the refund ticket prints the purchase time as 8:05am. What a frigging rip off!
