Description

Millenium Parking provides valet parking for Lyric Opera of Chicago beginning at 5:00PM on performance evenings, regardless of curtain time.

For Saturday/Sunday matinees valet parking is available at noon.

Valet parking is not available for weekday dress rehearsals or weekday matinees.

Although there were many people waiting for their cars after the Opera, the attendants acted quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the service.

Wonderful! Easy directions, great staff. Wait was normal for this type of event, and better than walking to parking in the rain. Terrific service.

There was not an organized system that I could tell regarding bringing back the car afterward; the wait was over 15 min., but the performance was crowded and there were a lot of cars to retrieve, so it was understandable. The convenience and cost were still better than self-parking in downtown Chicago.

I had a little trouble finding where the valet parking was located. It said to pull up in front of the opera house but it was actually the other end of the building. Getting my car was fast. It took about 3 minutes from the time I handed my ticket to the valet.

Yes, I would recommend this service especially for the convenience. Also the person with me had a disability and the attendant marked our ticket so that our car would be brought up immediately after the event to avoid any waiting. Would use this service again.
