    I just parked there for the first time today and I was surprised that they do not have a early bird special. This is a parking lot located in a great area around many businesses and its very expensive. If I wasn't doing business in this area today I would have parked in another lot that was much cheaper. Unfortunately, time got away from me and I wasn't able to shop around.

    I had an issue with the machine not giving me my paid parking ticket back so I had to pay again at the gate to get out. I wasn't to happy that my credit card was charged twice! However, when I called the garage to dispute the charges Raymond was VERY accomodating and apologetic. He reversed one of the charges quickly over the phone. I was very impressed with his courtesy and helpfulness. The garage itself was fine, but Raymond was great!
