Upon arrival, please hand the ParkWhiz reservation receipt to the attendant for validation. The attendant will issue a car check ticket which must be placed on the dashboard in plain view. Please do not park in any reserved spaces unless directed by the attendant. Take elevator to the street level to exit the building.

  • Garage was a short 2 block walk from the Verizon Center and was an easy and out. Also had to return to the car for something I forgot and have plenty of time to get back to venue.

  • The location was very convenient and I liked being able to park the car myself. From the disclaimer on the ParkWhiz site, I was afraid I might have to pay additional charges once I got there but there were no extra fees. Very reasonable price for downtown - about half of what I expected to pay. Would definately park there again!

This is a four level below grade parking garage located one and one half blocks from the Verizon Center. The short walk to the Verizon Center is filled with several family restaurants and unique pubs. The elevator closes after 6:00 pm. Please use the stairs to access the lower levels.

No oversized vehicles, please.

Vehicle height restriction: 75 inches

This location is a commercial parking garage.

LAZ Parking

The garage entrance is located north east of the intersection at 7th St. NW and I St. NW. This garage is on on the east side of 7th St NW, just north of I St NW. The building address is 650 Mass Ave, but does NOT reflect the parking garage's location.

If you are coming from Virginia make a left onto 7th St. Pass the Chinatown arch and the garage entrance is one block on the right.

Coming from NY Ave turn left on 6th St (right turns from New York Ave or K St to 7th St not allowed), right on I St NW and and right on 7th St. The garage entrance is located around the corner on your right, across from the Tech World building at the corner of 7th and I street NW.

From I 395 / 3rd street tunnel. Turn left at the top of the ramp. Make right onto 7th street. Pass the China town arch and the garage entrance is one block on the right.
