The garage is nice, clean and well lit (and in process of getting an upgrade). As noted in some of the reviews the guys like to tell you they close at 11 despite the VERY clear contract that they will remain open till 1 hr after the event (could matter a lot for things like a hockey game) but they know the 'truth' and do in fact stay open. It's easy in and out too compared with some other locations.. in fact what am I doing!? no this is a terrible spot, never park here it's my secret space. ;)

My only concern was that we parked for the capitals 730 pm Friday playoff game and when we arrived we were told the garage closed at 11pm. Normally this wouldn't matter but the game went to OT and I was concerned we'd have to leave early to remove the car, thankfully the caps won the game around 1040pm and we were able to remove our car before 11pm.

The online reservation specifically indicated garage would remain open 'until 1hr after the end of the event' (Capitals NHL playoff game in this case). Upon arrival, the attendant insisted the garage would close at 11pm. If true...would have been problematic had the game gone into overtime. Game ended in regulation after 10pm...I did not test the contradiction and hustled to my vehicle concerned garage would close.

The garage was easy to find, the only problem was getting back to our car. We had trouble finding how to get to the stairwell we came up. It was very conveniently located to the Verizon Center, though, which was the goal1

I always park here when in the area. Attendants are all polite and very accommodating... great garage that I recommend to all my friends!
This is a covered below ground parking garage. Garage is well lit with larges spaces. We do not accept oversized vehicles or conversion vans. Garage is located two blocks from the Verizon Center and one block from Constitution Avenue. The location is surrounded by terrific restaurants and close to the Shakespeare and Harmon Theaters.

The entrance to this UNDERGROUND garage is on the south side of D Street NW, just west of 7th Street. Technically, the building's address is 701 Pennsylvania Ave. NW. Enter the address at the top of the page, however, to locate the garage entrance with your GPS. We are directly next to Freeds Optical Gallery -- the opposite side of the Navy Memorial, and one block from the FBI building.
If traveling from Virginia via Constitution Ave turn left onto 7th St, then left again onto D St. Garage entrance is on the left. Note: from 7-9:30am and 4-6:30pm you will be unable to make a left onto 7th St. At these times, turn left on 6th and left on D St.
If traveling from New York Ave, turn left onto 7th St. Make a right turn onto D St. The garage entrance is on the left.
