It was a little hard to get in since some people leaving the garage would out themselves right in the middle of the entrance. But overall parking there was great, the attendants were extremely nice!

This facility is wonderful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is well lit and close to the restaurants and Verizon Center where we go. It may be a little more pricey than some others, but well worth the cost. Its easy to get into and out of. It will always be my first choice for parking when I go to VC. This parking facility was amazing. The attendant was pleasant and welcoming. He knew exactly what to do with the printed parking pass and was efficient in dealing with the patrons coming into the garage. The garage was clean and well lit. And it was open when the show was over, unlike another garage I had used last fall. I would definitely use it again and recommend it to others. It was on the higher side price wise, but well worth it for the convenience and sense of comfort. Thank you for making an already wonderful experience perfect.

Our parking was reserved right in the front row of the garage! After the game, it was a quick exit to 66 with hardly any traffic. Will definitely use again!!

I took my 4 year old daughter to see Disney on Ice and reserved parking here in advance. I was greeted with a smile and a spot right in the front by the door. Mulu, the attendant, was very helpful with directions and was very, very friendly. I totally recommend this parking garage and would definitely make these arrangements again. Thanks Mulu!

The parking was great for events at the Verizon center. It's only a block away and having a reserved spot before we got there eased a lot of stress for us. When the event ended we did not have to wait in super long lines to just get out. We walked to the LAZ Parking garage and just drove out. A plus is that it is even closer to the main roads to get back onto 66. The attendants were fantastic and very helpful. There were only 2 downsides. First is location. It was not the easiest place to find since there were 3 LAZ Parking garages all on the same block and we were confused. The provided photo helps but we were there at night. My wife was able to identify the right one because the actual address 600 E St. NW was posted on the building. The attendants also replied to me with "oh you got the right one!" which made it seem like alot of people get confused. It was a much smaller garage with all reserved spots which was nice because that meant it was safer for our kids to walk in without tons of cars zooming by after the show trying to get out. The second downside is that its a block away. It just happen to be sleeting when our event was over at the verizon center and we had to walk to our parking garage in the sleeting rain. Parking at the verizon center you would never have to walk outside until you were already in your car. The obvious plus is that parking is significantly cheaper than at the verizon center. Over all I will probably use LAZ Parking if I ever had another event at the Verizon Center.

The parking was great. I more so cared about the attendants. The best 2 men I've met in a parking establishment. I walk with a can but will not take advantage of any handicap parking. They insisted on making me feel comfortable and not have to walk far. I thanked them many time time for saying how they want to accommodate me so I can take it easy and be comfortable. It was great. This parking lot is about a block from the Verizon Center and very easy to find. It was nice to know that they stayed open approximately an hour after the performance ended (peace of mind knowing that I was going to be able to get my car at 12:30 am on a Monday) The lot was well lit and the attendant was nice.

What was good: Location, easy transaction with attendant, no confusion and no problems, convient parking space. Not good: It was not readily apparent that the entrance and exit were the same. It appeared to be one-way. We could not see the entrance arrow because it was blocked by the car coming out. We circled the block then saw the entrance arrow and entered.

My navigation system took me on a roundabout route but the garage was easy to find. Process was quick and space was close to the exit. The parking was easy to find (for a drive not real familiar w/DC) and convenient to the Verizon Center, being about a block and a half away. We pre-paid which was a nice peace of mind to have. This was the first time I used the service and it was great! As advertised, a spot at the underground parking facility I picked was reserved for me. When I pulled in, I passed the busy parking attendants knowing that I had already paid for a spot. I have a larger size vehicle so I was looking for a nice size spot to back into so I could good get out easier after the concert. When I finished backing into a spot on a lower level I saw the parking attendant chasing me down to let me know that he had one reserved for me. I followed him back up the ramps and sure enough.....there was a spot reserved just for me. The guy held up incoming traffic and assisted with backing into the spot. The attendants were great, the service was as advertised, the Roger Waters concert was AWESOME and best of all no parking hassles getting in and out of the city.

I was glad to have a reserved space but the attendant was skeptical at first and had to call someone else to verify the pre pay option. A suggestion would be to make sure the employees working the parking facility are aware of this service. In addition he asked for the entire form with my info on it instead of the parking slip which you are asked to give them.
