Easy to find. VERY convenient to park. Very reasonable rate. Easy to purchase on line.
-
We drive to the stadium from Columbia, Maryland, and it's easy getting to Atlantic Parking via 295 and the South Capitol Street Bridge. It's also easy getting out after the game and back on 295 northbound. Atlantic Parking is a funky place, surrounded by cement trucks, but it's safe and very close to the stadium -- closer than Camden Yards from the nearby garages in Baltimore. We will definitely park there again on our next trip to see the Nationals.
-
Friendly attendant, easy access. Great day at the park.
-
Difficult to make the left turn traveling north on S. Capitol St.
-
Took a little while getting out after the game. Otherwise great.
-
Easy to get to, and quick access to the park.
-
Very easy lot to get to and it's practically across the street from the homeplate entrance into Nat's Park. It would be nice if Atlantic paved the lot since it was super-muddy and bumpy.
-
Very close to the home plate entrance to Nationals Park. Courteous attendant. Much more for your money compared to the official Nats parking lots.Just make sure to turn from South Capitol on to Potomac Ave and then left on to Half Street--you don't want to drive over the bridge.
-
Very convenient to stadium. Easy arrival early before game. Leaving the lot was a mess, though. Next time, I will plan on waiting an hour or more after the game before leaving.
-
Thank you for making the trip to the Nats game so easy.
-
Easy access to the home plate entrance
-
Easy and quick to get to but traffic was terrible upon leaving and going to 395.
-
The best part about this parking is that it is awesomely close to the stadium. The downside is that it is in a cement business dirt parking lot. But, all in all, I would park here again because of how close it is.
-
The map showed the lot was directly across the street from the stadium but it was actually diagonally across the street. When I typed in the address in the GPS it took me to the stadium and it was a big hassle to get turned back around. It's a dirt/gravel lot and very dusty but for the money and location you can't beat it.
-
We have 2 little kids and the walk to stadium was easy.
-
Very convenient to the stadium. Easy in and out.
-
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD..
-
Very easy to get in & out. Hardly any traffic for a Saturday game. Absolutely would use this lot again!!
-
always great spot to park for a Nats game!
-
Easy access and, more important, easy exit!!!
-
Good was the proximity to the ballpark. The price was very reasonable. bad was location next to a cement plant and bad was not a paved lot and it had rained prior and during game
-
It is close to the ballpark and relatively easy to get to.
-
It was great for parking and closest to Stadium. But it was not good leaving the game!!!! It took us 1/2 hour to just get from parking lot to South capital. people came from all direction to merge into one lane at half street.
-
Very convenient at a reasonable price
-
Easy in and out. Less than 5 minutes to Home Plate gate. Just could'nt get and better. I'm a fan !
-
Very close to stadium. Easy access from highway.
-
Easy to get to in and out. Close to ballpark.
-
So quick and easy. 100% recommend.
-
Easy access to the stadium and easy access to South Capitol street exiting. It's nothing fancy but the price is right. Despite the claim on the website, I don't believe there is any direct access to the lot when coming via Suitland Parkway to South Capitol Street.
-
Great location and solid rate. Super easy.
-
You can't beat the location. It's easy in and easy out. The lot is a little muddy when it rains.
-
Good value, good proximity to Nationals Park. Very messy due to the rain. A little tricky to get to.
-
Parking was fantastic and I would recommend this Lot to anyone who wants to park close to the stadium and get superior parking for a great price! I want to thank Atlantic Parking for a phenomenal experience.
-
Great spot that's super close to the stadium. Lot was very muddy from the rain, but overall I would park here again.
-
close to ballpark
-
Great experience. Very basic lot, no frills, but no hassle either. Easy walk to the park and easy access to main driving route out when the game was over. Would use it again.
-
Very convenient to be able to pay online and not have to deal with cash or payments upon arrival. Also, the location was very convenient.
-
Price is great for the location....
-
Really close to the stadium at a fraction of the cost of "official" lots. And having two young boys, parking amidst piles of gravel and loads of concrete mixers was an added bonus!
-
Super easy access into the ball park. Having to drive by the cement trucks makes it feel like you have a found great hidden parking that nobody else knows about...
-
Awesome nice and close
-
a bit challenging to get to coming in from the south, but convenient location and great price.
-
Convenient to the park. Easy to get to. A little long to get out after game but not too bad.
-
good spot.
-
Great value and convenient for Nats. Muddy if recent rain.
-
Good: very close to the stadium
-
Easy in and out. Great location. Lot was a bit muddy, but we could deal with that. Overall good parking experience.
-
Absolutely a piece of cake! Easy to get to, easy to get out of. Reasonable rate. I'll go back and use this service.
-
Perfect location, nice attendant, easy in and out! would recommend and use again. Thanks!
-
close to the ballpark and at a fair price.
-
It's a gravel lot but it is close to the ballpark. Took 10 mins to get from our seats to get back to the car and only 10 more mins to get out of the area once we started the car
-
Lot is dusty, but the location is the best!!!
-
Great location and easy walk to the ballpark for a great price. The only downside was the long wait to get out of the parking lot after the game but that's probably typical after an event.
-
convenient, close to the stadium, easy in and out. We always park here!
-
The lot is basically in the middle of a concrete factory. Location is fine, but they should include a free car wash with how dirty the car gets.
-
Reasonably priced, not a bad location
-
in a gravel pit- but super close to the stadium
-
Easy access to the Park. Professional service from the attendant.
-
Location was great and the walking distance very short. However, the streets need paving and repair.
-
Great location - Bad dirt lot which is very dusty.
-
The parking lot was convenient for us and allowed for a smooth exit after the Nats game.
-
Excellent location, easy to get in and out of!!
-
Was very convenient to ball park.
-
great service , great location !
-
The parking was good, quick and easy to get in. The exiting was what one should expect when leaving baseball game. We will park here again.
-
good location, easy access, nice people
-
close to ball park, easy access to main roads after the game, friendly staff at check in and departure
-
Closest parking lot to the home plate entrance. Close to highway entrance ramps. Great spot!
-
Parking is a very short walk from the home plate entrance to the ball park. The lot is not paved. I would use Atlantic Parking lot again.
-
Easy walk to the homeplate entrance. Get a $1 water from the vendor along the way and bring it in with you.
-
It is convenient to reserve a space online prior to the event. I appreciate how the lot has an attendant who is in uniform too.
-
Best parking deal around. I'll definitely use this lot again. Very close to the Homeplate Gate. Easy to make the reservation and NO "convenience" and "processing" fees. For comparison it would have cost a total of $27 ($31 for "prime" games!) to park in Lot T, which is quite a bit further away.
-
The parking is across the street from the stadium.
-
I started parking at this location in 2012 during the Nat's games and have no desire to go anywhere else. It may not be so easy to get in (depending on your starting point), but it surely is easy to get the heck out. Rest assured, "I'll Be Back."
-
For $20 you're not going to find a closer more convenient lot. Parked there for a Saturday afternoon Nats game and it was easy in (U-Turn on S. Capital was the toughest part) and getting out was even easier. We did get there early and left a bit early - so it might be a bit slow getting out - but what parking lot isn't after a big event. Will definitely be my first choice for future games.
-
Very convenient to the stadium.
-
Great location, very close to the stadium.
-
Quick (5 minute) walk to the park. Nice tailgate going on right next to us!
-
The location is great. After a night game, it is a little "shady" getting back to the car, but with safety in numbers, it is fine. Some additional lighting in the lot would make it better, as would a bit more lighting on the small street leading from Potomac Ave to the lot.
-
I have already recommended this parking lot to other Nationals fans. And we will do this from now on rather than use the Metro. Good deal! It is so close and convenient to the stadium .The walking surface is a little rough and it's dusty and industrial, but still well worth it!
-
I have parked with you last year and was very happy. Yesterday I mistakenly chose the wrong date. I did not realize that the pass was for last nights game. I only realized this when I received your questioaire today. I am going to tonights game at Nationals Park could I get a credit for my mistake? I plan on going to 12 games this year and will continue to park with you.
-
close and easy!
-
great location, reasonable price
-
The parking was okay except getting out on foot around the construction vehicles. The parking staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
The location is very good and close. Parking space was ample. It was easy getting in and out. The price was good. The attendant was friendly. All in all, a very good experience. I do think the printed pass for online reservations should include better instructions about how to get into the lot. The S. Capitol address is a little deceiving. We almost drove over the bridge looking for the entrance, and the parking sign visible from the street only says 'Parking', not 'Atlantic Parking'. So we werent' sure we were in the right place till we wound our way through side streets back to the lot. We had zero problems with security, but the walking route from the lot to the stadium felt a little dodgy, and I could see where a little more security might be in order, especially for early arrivals prior to the game. Walking back from the game there were all sorts of people around and a number of police cars. Still, we had a very good experience, and I would recommend it to others.
-
Great location. Easy access to the field and 295. Thank you.
-
Easy in and out!!
-
At little hard to find but after game I was on the interstate quickly.
-
Always easy in and easy out. Car is secure.
-
Very close to home plate side of stadium, reasonably priced, easy to get in and out. Certainly not scenic, but who cares? Staff was polite and efficient
-
no problems, we usually just paid at this lot, love the opportunity to pay in advance and drive on in, thanks
-
Best deal in town in and out with no problem
-
Getting out can take a while but it's affordable and close!
-
Good parking....nice lot attendants. If you leave a little early you will save a lot of time getting out of the lot.
-
Easy in & out
-
Good parking; easy out. 1st time there though, tough to find.
-
The lot certainly is convenient to Nats Park. It's a little tricky coming to the lot from the Frederick Douglass Bridge, The volume of traffic in and around the stadium makes a U-turn difficult. Also, it would be nice to have a sidewalk from the lot to the street.
-
SImple and convenient to reserve on line. Great location - walking to the home plate gate took less than 5 minutes.
-
Great location except for the dust...Secure and personable staff
-
Exceptional location for event's at National Stadium.
-
Right across the street from Nationals Park, easy and convenient!
-
very close to the nats parks. the attendents were very quick and polite thank you
-
Easy in, easy out for Nats games. Very convenient. My new favorite parking spot.
-
the parking attendants did a good job
-
Don't tell everyone about this lot, I need to keep this to myself!
-
So So convenient for me. Very near the Home plate entrance. The regular attendant is very kind and always w/ a smile to see me. It feels like a neighborhood arrangement. Thanks!
-
I have parked in this lot for the total baseball season. It is very close to the Home Plate entrance. It is easy for my 90+ y.o. friend that intermittently goes to games w/ me. The regular attendant is like part of our "baseball family", always has a smile and is very courtious. See you next year!
-
It was a little difficult to get out of the lot but to be expected with a high volume event.
-
I recommend this parking lot all the time. Very close, never had any problem. See you next year. Go Nats!
-
Good -- close to Stadium and easy exit if going across S. Capitol Street Bridge Bad -- lighting for night games??
-
Parking was great, a little difficult to find.
-
Parking was great
-
Easy to use and well priced. After the game there was some gridlock with people walking between moving cars.
-
Convenient to Nats Park. Can hit the bridge with little trouble.
-
The attendant was great. Very quick to get us in and find a spot. I felt the parking was safe and it is VERY convenient to Nationals Park. Obviously traffic is tough after the game so it took a while to get out of the parking area, but thats sports!
-
Parking was okay. close to stadium.
-
Very easy and close to stadium!
-
Location. Location. Location.
-
Proximity to the National's Park Home Plate Gate is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. I will park there, again.
-
Convenient but took a long time to get out of the lot after the game.
-
Good thing we were warned about the concrete company.
-
Excellent location Helpful attendants Reasonable access and egress
-
It was definitely close to Nats Stadium...barely a 15 minute walk.
-
It was very crowded for the Nats first playoff game, but we still got a spot.
-
Everything was good except hard to find first time with different traffic patterns on game day
-
Close to the stadium. Price is reasonable. But for a sold-out playoff game, getting out is tough because of limited access from the lot to the street grid.
-
close to park and well organized - thank you!
-
The location is so convenient to the park, and I had no trouble with submitting my pass. The attendants were very friendly and helpful.
-
Great parking spot close to the Home Plate entrance. Staff is friendly and responsive and it only took us minutes to exit the parking area and access South Capitol Street.
-
Will definitely park here again. Easy getting and even easier getting out! An excellent value for the money!!
-
Closest lot to the ballpark I've every used and you can enter from the homeplate gate, which is not nearly as crowded. The lot is a little hard to find and exiting was a challenge, but it was also the most amazing game of the year, so worth every minute of traffic.
-
Location was good, was a dirt/gravel lot.
-
Got out pretty quickly! Really late to the game, but the attendant gave me a great spot. Second time using this lot, it's my go - to lot for the Nats!
-
The attendants were courteous and parking went smooth. It only took us about 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot at the end of the game!
-
Close to Park and good price
-
Closeness to the stadium an security
-
Very close location for the home plate side of the park. Getting in was a bit slow since a scanner for the on-line pass was nowhere to the seen and the attendent was writing down the pass nuumbers on the note pad. Leaving the lot was very slow and getting to a freeway took close to an hour.
-
Showed up to a long line of people trying to park at the same location and noticed everyone was being turned away. One car passed and let us know the lot was full, so I assumed it applied to everyone even if you prepaid. Little did I know once I got to the gate the only people they were letting in were the people who prepaid online at parkwhiz. Once inside it was easy to find a spot and the stadium was across the street. Well worth the $25 I paid to park there. Leaving was also no problem very little traffic! Would use again.
-
easy to find. very close.
-
Approach to lot was a bit challenging. Attendants were very helpful.
-
We were able to get a parking spot from your service online with no hangups at all. When we arrived at the lot on game day, there were attendants to help us find a space. They were pleasant and efficient. We will definitely use your service again..
-
it was close to the National's stadium and the directions to the parking lot were excellant
-
With the maps provided, it was easy to access, quite close to the Home Plate gate, and very economical. The concrete trucks were interesting but not annoying. We were headed west from the game and therefore avoided all the congestion experience by people who park on the east side of South Capital street. And when the game time changed, the parking pass was quickly reissued for the correct game time. Definitely plan to use this site in the future.
-
Good: Close to park, easy access. Bad: dusty
-
Easy in/out. Worth the $25. Will use again.
-
Great location and easy access to Nat's park. Unfortunately, traffic was not flowing out of the parking lot and it took awhile to leave the lot after the game.
-
It was a positive experience.
-
Good - very close to home plate stadium entrance Bad - dusty neighborhood!
-
very close and easy to find and use.
-
Good price for the location.
-
Attendant was very friendly. Parking area was in good shape with it being a cement company. Very organized parking arrangements.
-
Parking was great but when we saw the concrete trucks and a pile of concrete, we thought we were driving into a job site only to realize the Atlantic Parking was just beyond the concrete trucks. Parking person was very nice and friendly. Lots of parking area. I would use this parking area again now that I know where it is.
-
Very convenient to home plate entrance and easy access back onto Frederick Douglas Bidge towards maryland. Lot seemed reasonably secure and attendant was very friendly.
-
Easy to find, easy in, easy out, and friendly helpful attendants. I plan on using ParkWhiz again to park in this lot!
-
So close and convenient....and inexpensive too. Great attendant! So easy to get in and out!
-
Very convenient to the stadium
-
Easy in and out parking, close to Nationals ball park. Located in the middle of a cement mixer party (dusty and filled with rocks).
-
It's no more than 2 blocks from the home plate entrance to Nationals Park with relatively easy access via R St SW. The lot is an industrial site--part of a concrete plant, but safe. Lot attendants were helpful.
-
Easy in easy out.
-
This lot was just as the comments from other positive customers had stated. Good location. Easy walk to stadium. Not too dificult to find the first time (daylight). Attendents courteous. Easy in and out. Yes, there are a few cement mixers around. Not a big deal.
-
Close to the Nat's park short walk, real dusty don't drive your good car.
-
Good location
-
Super close to stadium!
-
SO CLOSE TO HOME PLATE!
-
It is tricky driving into the parking lot but once in it is fine, very convenient to the park, almost across the street from the South entrance. All the cement trucks are an added attraction.
-
This lot is very convenient and is only a short walk to the stadium. Due to construction in the area, the entrance was a little hard to find for a first time user.
-
it was very easy. pay, print and give the printed receipt to the parking attendant. No questions asked - easy breezy :)
-
Close and more reasonably priced than lots assocuated with stadium and team.
-
It was right across the street from the Nationals ball park.
-
Everything was as advertised. The printed out receipt worked just fine.
-
Great lot if you're going to a Nationals game. Easy in-and-out of ball game traffic. Will definately park here again.
-
Close to the stadium and reasonable price.
-
Very easy to find it and most important very easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
-
Great parking just a few minute walk to park and easy in and easy out,,,will park there again
-
Location and price was great. We definitely got a spot but it seemed like if we were late arriving the lot would have sold out even though we had prepaid. Maybe they have controls in place but it would make me worry in the future.
-
Easy, short walk to the stadium. It couldn't have been easier to get in and out. We missed so much of the traffic because of this convenient location!
-
So easy! Parking lot was easy to get to, and close walk to the stadium.
-
Just drive slow in the lot - common sense
-
Location is convenient to the stadium, certainly and on-line ordering made entry very easy. A very nice attendant. My only criticism is that the pavement between the lot and the light at Potomac Street (to cross S. Capitol Street) is extremely poor---broken concrete, potholes and uneven surfaces. IIronically, this is, I gather, either the concrete company and/or the DC Government's responsibilty, it isn't Atlantic Parking's property.
-
convient parking for Nationals game, literally a block away.
-
This is a good alternative to more expensive parking. The lot is close but it is not paved, might be difficult for elderly or anyone with mobility problems. Very convenient to I 295.
-
This parking lot was very convenient to park in, and the price was great for the location to the field. It is easier to find if you are coming south, as I was coming from National Harbor and driving north. It was not at all hard to find, it just didn't have a direct entrance from the exit ramp I came from. All I had to do was make a few right turns and go around the block to cross the highway, and it was very easy to drive in and park. The lot was attended and seemed safe, and I will use it for any future visits to Nationals Park.
-
Easy reservation, great location.
-
Outstanding. Easy parking at a reasonable rate within a few minutes walk to the park.
-
One must drive through a maze of cement trucks and a cement factory, but once in you realiz this is very secure, fenced in lot. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there. It's close to the stadium, and if you are a little early to the game you can enjoy the astounding River Walk. It starts right behing the stadium.
-
Lot was a very short walk to the Nationals Stadium. We were very happy to be able to park so near by. Thanks to others for explaining the location of the lot in the midst of many cement mixer trucks. We attended a day game so I cannot comment on the lot as far as lighting and safety in the evening. Lots of others were leaving the stadium and heading there after the game even though we had stayed on for about 45 minutes of the post game Dierks Bently concert. We would definitely use this lot again.
-
easy parking access and easy to get out. thanks
-
Great Parking! Close to the ballpark, easy access to and from S. Capitol Street. Would highly recommend for those attending events at Nationals Park.
-
This worked out fine for the sold-out Saturday day game--much cheaper than the Stadium lots and quite near the stadium. But though the dusty, not-at-all-policed walk with my son was fine in daylight, it would have been very creepy at night, especially if we'd been leaving before the end of the game. This lot might make more sense for groups of guys than for couples or families. But I've told my friends that this is where I plan to park from now on when I go to games with them. I saved about $25.
-
Everything went smoothly, still could use better lighting at night, the sidewalk leading to the crosswalk is a bit rough.
-
Very convenient to the stadium. Online payment made it easy to use.
-
Nice and close to baseball!
-
Great location, great price, easy to get to.
-
Easy access and close to the ball park. Will use again.
-
Howard Street access is horrendous but parking was fine.
-
Went smoothly not hard to find and only a short walk to stadium
-
Excellent price and location. Will use this parking on future visits to National's Park.
-
I'm glad I found this on line. I was going to pay twice as much to park in a National's lot which was further away. This is right across the street within sight of the stadium. Safe lot/ safe walk/ will use again.
-
Quick entrance. Attendant was polite and prompt. Convenient to the stadium. Price is high but is much cheaper than the on-site parking.
-
The parking was great. It was close to the ball park, easy to get to and provided great access to all routes in leaving. I'll definitely use it again.
-
Very close and easy in and out.
-
This parking lot is very close to the stadium are super convenient if you are entering from the Grand Staircase or Home Plate Gate. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in the lot and walking back to the lot after the game. I'm glad I read other reviews regarding the cement trucks and plant. Without knowing that I would have thought I missed the lot.
-
Excellent, in spite of being in Jimmy Hoffa territory, bordered by an army of huge cement mixer trucks. But it's so close to Nats Park that many fans with disabilities will be able to manage, and the price is reasonable. This is now my lot of choice for Nats games. I walk with a cane and appreciate using the home plate entrance to the Park, with elevators to upper levels close by (turn left after entering, and elevators are on the left, just past the Nats store).
-
Good: very close. Bad: not attended or lit at night.
-
Easy to get in and out of and clise to the ball park.. Maybe 2 block walk to get to the main entrance of the stadium
-
Great location.
-
This lot worked out great, I love that I can pay in advance and don't need to carry cash (who does that anymore). The bad, it is dirty, bumpy, a little strange to weave among the concrete trucks and a little hard to find. The good, it is easier to get out of than you think it will be and being able to use the home plate gate is awesome, first it is the prettiest side of the stadium and the nicest entrance (unless there is a giveaway at the CF gate you want) and second there is not 20-30 thousand people doing the slow walk shuffle trying to exit the same way when you leave.
-
The cost if paid at the lot was the same as what was advertised as "special" on line; this was somewhat misleading.
-
Difficult to figure out how to get there, even though we could see the building. Your photo of the actual building with the word parking on it on your website allowed us to know we were close. I guess we didn't think we would be in the middle of concrete trucks, so you might want to mention the path thru the concrete factory is the right way. It was close and easy walking distance.
-
Good lot right across the street and is fenced in. Felt safe leaving my car. The attendant stayed with the lot.
-
Getting in was a little tricky if you are not familiar with the area, however, the lot is very convenient to the ballpark, and the staff at the lot are very friendly and helpful.
-
Close to Nationals Park. Long, fairly slow line to park for Springsteen concert but what do you expect for this kind of event? Very good price for proximity. Not a lot of service on site but good quality -- two nice young men directing traffic. Would use again.
-
Close to Nationals Park, easy in and out.
-
Parking was good
-
The only bad thing was there was no attendant to control the exodus from the parking area leaving order in the hands of tired people wanting to get out quickly. Otherwise for the price and the proximity to the stadium I would recommend the parking spot and will probably use it again in the future.
-
though the gps had trouble finding it, now that i have been there once it is definately a very convenient place to park for the stadium
-
Not well marked, but easy access to stadium
-
Very good lot close to National Park and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and again!
-
Great parking spot for Nats Park. About a 5 minute walk from the stadium. Definitely not a scenic walk, but the staff were helpful and the price is right. I was about to pay $40 for a spot the same distance away before I found this lot.
-
I couldn't believe how easy it was and the location. Thanks! Paul
-
It is close fo the stadium, easy in and out, and not too expensive. The staff are very nice and helpful.
-
easy!!!! Great, I'll use it again.
-
The good: Just a block (or so) away from the home plate entrance to Nationals Park. For the Springsteen concert the cost was less than 1/2 the cost of parking in the official stadium parking lots on the other side of the stadium -- not sure what the difference in cost will be for ball games. The bad: As noted in earlier comments, it's a dirt lot, so it's a bit dusty and could be muddy in rainy weather. Also, first timers may be put off by the parking-in-a-cement-factory feel to the place.
-
I parked here for last night's Bruce Springsteen concert (second time I've parked here - other time was for Nats game). This is definitely a very convenient parking spot - very easy walk (about two blocks) to Home Plate Gate. The attendants do a good job of parking people, and it really paid off that I reserved a spot with ParkWhiz. By the time we got there, the lot was packed and they were turning people away who didn't have a reserved spot. Because we had a handicap hangtag, they still parked us as close to the entrance as they could. There are some negatives. The lot is very dusty and I'm not sure I'd care to park there if it was raining. Also, it was very chaotic exiting the lot after the concert - it might have helped to have some traffic control (maybe cones?). However, the convenience and relatively low cost (as compared to anything neraby that the stadium offers) outweighs the negatives - I definitely will park here again.
-
Within two blocks of the stadium, relatively easy in and out, price was much better than official stadium lots.
-
This was a great place to park for the Springsteen Concert. It was closer than most of the Nationals Park Parking Lots.
-
Great place to park.....literally a stones throw from the stadium!!!! Great attendants to help you in and out....only con....if you use mapquest for directions it doesn't account for streets that are one way during events at the stadium....but very easy to see the "Parking Sign" on the top of the building where the entrance is!!! Would definitely use this again
-
very easy in and out - but beware that your car will be sitting where they are mixing up concrete, so your car will be covered in concrete dust. worth it though!
-
The roads around it are very dirty.
-
I liked the convenience of its location and the security of knowing I had a guaranteed parking space but it was expensive and there were no formal walkways so the surface was hard to walk on. I enjoyed tailgating before the concert too!
-
Well organized lot.
-
Great location, friendly attendants.
-
Did some tail-gating before the Springsteen concert and then just walked across the street to get to the stadium -- SO convenient and a lot cheaper than the stadium parking lots. Will definitely use this again.
-
Great location, short walk to ballpark. Easy to get out of at end of event. And the staff was very helpful and polite.
-
very convenient and close to the stadium.
-
Good - Easy out after show (Springsteen) was over. Bad - Directions should say that if you come North on Capitol (over the bridge) you can't do legal left turn to get to lot
-
Easy in, easy out, great location
-
It was very convenient and efficient
-
I got there at 5:20 and the lot was open! We were allowed to tailgate, have a great time and take the short walk to Nats Park.
-
very convenient and there was plenty of room
-
It was great. Very easy, very convenient.
-
Very convenient and gps led me right to it
-
Parking was close to the stadiumand very convenient, but there were too many concrete trucks and dust in the area. It felt like military base.
-
Perfect location for Nationals' Stadium; allowed us to get around most of the post-event traffic. As others have noted, the approach roads are poorly maintained, but drive slowly over the potholes and you'll be fine.
-
Very convenient to the park ... and as long as you get out a few minutes before everyone else, you will get out easily!
-
Garmin took me right in. Quick in. Quick out. Short walk to park.
-
Very convenient, and the price was right. I would gladly park there every time I go to Nationals Park.
-
This lot is very convenient. They make it quick and easy to get in and out. People should know it's a dirt parking lot if they are picky about the cleanliness of their cars or shoes. They do a great job with traffic flow. It's only about a three minute walk to the Home Plate entrance of the stadium.
-
The location is excellent, made it possible for handicapped person to attend.
-
Good.
-
Following the GPS directions were problematic because during game day there are directions on roads wher you are not allowed to travel. Incredibly close to the stadium. Good price for a great spot. Staff was very courteous and patient since we arrived late and frustrated. Even though we were late to teh game there was still plenty of spots.
-
Close to stadium and price is reasonable
-
Now that we'd been here once before, it was very easy to find again and getting in and out was quick and easy. The location is excellent and we will definitely use again if we have to drive to the stadium.
-
Easy in and easy out. Right across from the stadium, so it was very convenient. I'm not sure if there is lighting at night, as I parked there during a day game.
-
Was very close to nats stadium, a lot cheaper too. A little hard to get to tho.
-
very e
-
Great location and better price than 'official' lots. Easy reservation too.
-
Wonderful! Close to Nationals Park; Friendly attendants, Secure, Inexpensive. We live in northern VA and came via Constitution, 4th St., P St., etc. ...easy and fast! Will be our go-to parking from now on.
-
Parking took a little extra time to find (3-4 minutes more), but it was well worth it. Extremely close parking. Couldn't have asked to be any closer. Never felt worried that my vehicle or my group was in any danger. And the price beats paying the $40+ it costs to get comparable parking. Will definitely be using Atlantic Parking again for future visits to Nationals Park!
-
Very close to stadium...much cheaper than Nats lots.
-
very convenient, parking attendents very helpful.
-
very close to the base pall park.
-
If you follow the directions, easy to get to. Convenient to the Home Plate entrance. Managed to get back to car before torrential rains hit. Saw many other drenched attendees walking/running to other lots farther away.
-
Good location Courteous attendant Kind of muddy getting there after the rainstorm All in all a good eperience
-
Close to the Nationals Park at a reasonable price.
-
Very convenient.
-
Very easy and convenient.
-
Good value for the price. Very very close to home plate gate. Somewhat dusty, but most of the lots are.
-
A little hard to find first time. Really convenient to the stadium and better priced than other lots. Price was only a dollar more than the cheapest lot much further away. I will use this lot again now that I know where it is..
-
Yes! Very close and safe!
-
Close to stadium, friendly staff.
-
Very easy walk to ballpark, and the price is reasonable.
-
Happened to get there at the right time (just after 6 for the 7:00 game) as I got a great spot almost at the lot entrance. There was no crowding getting out since groups of people showed up about 3 minutes apart getting across S. Capitol minimizing the congestion. Other than the road conditions getting in and out, it's a big construction area, the parking was probably the easiest part of the whole night. The price and time savings in driving and walking also beats taking Metro from Vienna for our group of 3.
-
Really convenient for Nationals Park, and way cheaper than 'official' parking. Will definitely use again.
-
Only downside was no lighting
-
Directions could still be a little clearer. Otherwise, this is a terrific alternative to Nats parking lots, almost just across the street from the home plate entrance to Nats Park and much less expensive from an "authorized" Nats lot of comparable convenience.
-
The attendants are very courteous; leaving the game early isn't a problem since you're not "blocked in".
-
Way cheaper and easy walk to Nats Park!
-
Cheap and close. I wonder how fast it will up during the post season however?
-
All good. Great location and helpful attendant.
-
The parking experience was great. It was easy and very close to the stadium. Will definitely use this service again!
-
good price compared to official nats parking lots. great location close to stadium.
-
Close to Nationals Park. Convenient to gate entrance and infield seating. Easy access in / out. VERY economical compared to alternatives. Highly recommended!
-
Convenient and easy to find.
-
I thought it was good once i got into it. i was coming from across the bridge and found it difficult to get to because i couldnt make a left turn, otherwise it ws great parking
-
Very, very close to the ballpark. Not a "luxury" parking lot, but who cares. It's fenced in and safe. For the price, you just cant beat it.
-
Good location and price. Will use this lot again.
-
Easy in and out and you can't beat the price for being a block or so from the stadium!
-
Very convenient and I highly recommend using the online reservation services. Thank you.
-
convenient.
-
very smooth and easy !
-
Lot Attendant was very nice and helpful.
-
Parking is very close to the stadium...about a block to walk to the home plate gate. Very reasonably priced. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Just off of South Capital Street so very close to 395, 295 and Suitland Pkwy.
-
Easy to get in/out and a short distance to the stadium entrance!
-
Easy to find, easy walk to home plate gate. Kids got a kick out of cement trucks parked nearby. Would use this lot again.
-
First time using Atlantic Parking and was very satisfied. Will come back.
-
Close and easy walk to Nationals Park, no hassle getting in or out. Compared to parking lots owned by the park, price can't be beat for such a close spot.
-
Excellent location!
-
Close to stadium. But a little hard to find. Watch out for large potholes on R street. R street looks more like a driveway to a cement truck parking lot, so easy to miss.
-
This parking was soooo close to the stadium at a great price!
-
Works like a champ
-
Getting in an out of the lot itself was easy. As to be expected being so close to the stadium, traffic around the stadium was heavy, but once a few blocks aways things got better. The lot is located right behind the home plate side of the stadium so this is a great spot if you have seats anywhere in that area. For the proximity to the stadium, you can't beat the price. We will continue to use this lot for our future visits to the stadium.
-
great parking but with all the cement trucks around I would recommend a security officer to be around.
-
cheap and convenient. easy to buy online
-
Close to National's Park and easy access to 295/495 to get home quickly.
-
Convenient location, and the directions to get there were clear, although some potholes nearby were huge. Staff were great. The lot itself looks to be covered with cement dust, and is surrounded by cement mixer trucks - the sight of which made it easy to find the car after the game.
-
great rate, love that I could reserve a spot online in advance. So close to the stadium. Will park here again for all future Nats games.
-
Short 3 minute walk to the home plate gates. Too bad those gates don't open as early as the center field gate. Very easy to get out of and take back streets to 395.
-
After a torrential downpour there were quite a few puddles in the parking lot but it is very convenient to the stadium.
-
Great location - very close to stadium!
-
Sooooo close! A little confusing at first due to all the cement trucks but worked out well. Coming north on Suitland parkway go 2 blocks up past homeplate entrance and make a u turn to get back to the street to make a right....
-
It is close to the park. I took a chance and arrived at 4 and was allowed to park. This was very nice. Would park here again.
-
Easy walk to the park, and the price was great.
-
A little difficulty finding it, but great price for close parking!
-
Great location-- within just a short distance of the home plate enrance to the park. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would park here again for a Nationals game.
-
Proximity to park and ample number of places to park made this a good choice, despite the rough condition of the lot itself and the walk through the cement mixes to get to it.
-
It's convenient at a reasonable cost.
-
Parking was great, you park and the staudium was right across the street. the only thing was when it rains it can get muddy, other then that very good experience
-
Parking is very convenient to Nationals Park.
-
very close to stadium, good price, felt safe. will use again.
-
It was convenient to the stadium and the parking attendants were very helpful. The lot itself is not paved and appears to be in a construction zone. It was very safe before and after the nationals game and a short walk, however, I wouldn't be hanging out there at other times. Leaving there might have been more efficient except there was an accident on the main road so we moved quite slowly after we left the lot. All in all a good deal.
-
The Spot was convenient to the ballpark but was hard to get to due to many roads closed near the parking spot during gametime. Also there were a lot if deep puddles. I will still go there again when we go in two weeks
-
very convenient
-
Close, convenient, and easy. I would park there every time.
-
Need parking for a Nats? Then this is the one for you. Extremely close to the stadium.
-
Easy in and close to stadium.
-
Getting to the lot was easy, Payment and parking - great! The walk to the park was very convenient.
-
Close to ballpark and easy to leave after game
-
The directions were printed on the downloaded Parking Pass. Easy to find and even easier exit. Only one attendant that we saw, and he was overwhelmed on this occaision. Still made it into stadium for first pitch.
-
AWESOME LOCATION, FAIR VALUE
-
Very easy in and out and close.
-
Parking was fairly good. No real problem getting parked and very near to the Home Plate gate.
-
Everything worked well. The attendants were professional, and the overall parking experience went smoothly.
-
Great access to the stadium - so close! Only downside: our GPS had trouble finding it! But now that we know where it is, we will definitely park there again.
-
Great location and very friendly attendant. GPS directions are not working on 3 different units.
-
Great place to park, quick walk to front gate
-
Spacious, firm ground. Need to watch out for the construction trucks when entering the area. Easy to get to and short walk to the home plate gate. After the game, a second gate was opened and allowed many to bypass the bottle neck. I will use this spot again.
-
I highly recommend this parking lot. I had 4 little kids going to the game. The close parking made the situation very possible and do-able. Word to the wise - if you are the early ones to get to the parking lot, you will probably be the last ones to get out of the parking lot since the vehicles that came later than you will be the first ones to leave.
-
Like others have said, the gravel lot is tollerable for being so convenient to the ballpark. Price is right - Considered taking Metro but we would not have been able to have seen the end of the game because of the rain delay and extra innings.
-
Very convenient to Nationals Park.
-
area was slightly dusty, but all other parking lots were full, and luckily we had reserved a spot on this lot.
-
Very difficult to find the first time Much better on trip to # 2
-
Used this parking facility for last nights Nats game. Easy to find and park and just a short walk to the Home Plate gate (one block). Only drawback is its surrounded by a concrete factory so there is dust everywhere. If you have severe allergies or asthma that can be triggered by airborne dust then you may want to find other parking. I paid $17 thru the online reservation system and it was a very easy way to get parking, and a good price for the location.
-
Gate was open early so we could park and go without having to find another space an d come at 5 pm
-
I wish I would of known about this parking lot years ago. Easy access and very close.
-
GREAT Location; dusty, but otherwise fine.
-
Location was great as was the price. I would like to see better lighting in the parking areas but I will definitely use them again. Never felt unsafe.
-
More than 1/2 the price off and close to the stadium. Very convenient to 395. thanks!
-
short walk, awesome parking lot!
-
Was very convenient and would park there again................
-
The parking area is an industrial working lot. Easy to enter and exit. Large and spacious. Attendant was courteous. Need to be aware of the large pot holes leading up to the parking area. If you take your time and maneuver around the pot holes you should be fine. Short 10 min walk with controlled crossings to the stadium make this an ideal parking space that I shall use again for daylight games.
-

-
Little hard to find, first time. Good location, short walk to park. This is the entrance to a cement plant and the road In is quite bumpy and dusty. Still much cheaper than National parking lots.
-
Convenient easily accessible employees were pleasant.
-
the good part was that it was very resonnable priced. And I just had to walk across the street right to the home plate gate. The only bad part was its not paved , I had to walk around a few water puddles I went to a day game , so Im not sure wether there were lights or not, pretty its not . but its convenient ,economical and seem to be safe.
-
It's a funky place, but very convenient to 295, and very close to the home plate entrance at Nationals Park. Getting out, and back on to 295, was even easier. The attendant was very professional, and there was no problem using the printed coupon. I will definitely park there again.
-
A little tricky to get to, but the perfect spot toarkmof you're going to a Nats game. Easy in and out, great price, and only a block away from the home plate gate!
-
The lot is bumpy and a bit dusty but very close to the stadium! We will park here from now on!!
-
Easy walk to the stadium.
-
It was convenient, but it was difficult to know where to turn off of the main road.
-
This was a great place to park for the game. Very easy access without a lot of traffic congestion. I will definitely park here again in the future.
-
Extremely close to the stadium and very reasonable price. I will be a repeat customer!
-
Location and price more that make up for walking thought a little bit of dust!
-
Easy to reserve, easy to get into, easy to exit. Close to stadium entrance (home plate gate). Only downside is that the lot is gravel and dusty, with some pot holes. Might not want to park your low slung Ferrari there.
-
Very convenient location. Easy to get in and out.
-
They were great because we arrived late near the start of the game. The lot was close to full and they were turning cash customers away unless you had a reservation (like us!). The attendant personally guided us to the last space on the lot. Easy to find once you examine a map ahead of time.
-
Good. Value. Close to stadium.
-
Convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the stadium.
-
Perfect parking location. Courteous staff. Would recommend pre-paid parking to everyone I know who enjoy the games and festivities at Nationals Park.
-
Pros: Close to Nationals Park, half the price of the other lots. Cons: Hard to find with the directions given. A few of the cement trucks should be moved back a little making exit of lot easier.
-
Proximity to the stadium was great. A few lights in the parking area would help.
-
The parking lot was in a little rough shape but overall was great!...was really close the home plate gate at nationals park!
-
Nice being able to park there even though the lot was "full"
-
Very convenient.
-
Parking is great at Atlantic Parking. The attendant was friendly and directed us to our parking. It's locating is diagonally across the street from the Home Plate Gate. The price I paid was very resonable. I had heard parking was double what I paid at Atlantic. I will recommend them to others and definately us them the next time I go.
-
Great price....good location...only bad part is that it is dusty. Friends that I met at the stadium kicked themselves for paying $30+ in the stadium lots.
-
Great proximity to home plate entrance. Expect lots of traffic getting out if you stay for the whole game, as we do. After years of parking at official Nats lots, we switched to Atlantic, through ParkWhiz, and hope to continued using it in the future.
-
Close to park. Fairly fast . Close to bridge for quick exit.
-
Close and convenient.
-
Attendants were very helpful.
-
The location of the lot is convenient, and the service is always friendly.
-
I purchased this pass for guests who were meeting us at the stadium. It was convenient and close to the venue.
-
It was close to the stadium, safe and well populated. The lighting should be improved for evening events as it was quite dark when we were leaving.
-
Very close to baseball park, easy to get in and out.
-
GREAT spot and so close to the stadium! Definitely recommend and use again!
-
the location was great and loved we had an hour after the game ended before the lot closed. Gave us a chance to use the restroom and still get to the car before the we had to sit in traffic.
-
Easy! A++++
-
Very close to the stadium at half the cost. The walk to the stadium was on a dead end street crowded with cement trucks and cars. We felt safe because a lot of people were walking back to the lot at the same time after the game.
-
It is a little hard to find. Their directions should start from South Capital Street.
-
Location was super. We had no problem finding it. Super convenient. We'll definitely use this parking in future games.
-
It's a little tricky finding the lot, but if you use the address they instruct you to use on your GPS it works fine. The lot is convenient and close to the stadium.
-
Signage to identify where the parking lot was located
-
The location and the convenience of prepaying online was great. Now that we know where to go, we'll use it again. However, it was very difficult, frustrating and confusing to find it since the entrance is nowhere near S Capitol St. Yes, there's a "Parking" sign on the building, but it is not clear when coming from the Douglas Bridge and if you miss that turn, you can't turn around until you are almost to the Capitol Building. We spent at least 20 minutes in traffic just trying to get back and find the entrance and missed the first two innings.
-
Close, convenient, and inexpensive. A little chaotic leaving, but this is definitely my new parking spot for Nats games.
-
The price and being so close to the stadium was great.
-
Really convenient parking. Short walk to the stadium and got out of the parking lot quickly after the game.
-
IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND, PARTICULARLY FOR SOMEONE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA.
-
It would be nice if there were some lighting in the parking lot.
-
Parking was fine. Close to the ball park and easy to get away from (although we left in the 8th inning of the second game of a double header). The concrete trucks around it are weird, but I don't see it as a real downside. I used the reservation system and it worked out well.
-
A little hard to figure out how to get there... glad it didnt rain that would be a mess.. parking is close
-
Proximity to stadium
-
Very close to the stadium and easy to get in and out.
-
Close to the stadium
-
Although somewhat difficult to find, it was very convenient to the ball park and very easy to exit the area onto South Capitol street bridge.
-
This was a great area to park. The parking area is a hidden gem which is only about a block away from the stadium. There is one caviot - at night its a pretty dark area, so you may want to stay with a group when going to your car.
-
Bad - parking lot dusty. Good - good value and short walk to ball park. - Parking attendants friendly.
-
Proximity was excellent. Ease of exit was excellent. Cost was reasonable.
-
Hard to find and the approaching roads look more like they belong in some mobster movie, but the lot sure is convenient and lots of people using it - so feel safe walking. Don't bring your sports car - lot is gravel and roads are broken up concrete, so drive slowly and any other vehicle can handle it without an issue.
-
Easy over the Internet advance reservation and payment. Lot location was especially convenience -- 100 yard walk to Home Plate entrance to the ballpark.
-
Great location. In the dark, difficult for my 80 year old parents to navigate the very "bumpy" trail to get to lot.
-
Driving from Crystal City, VA to parking lot was easy ride except the concert company blocks the big parking sign. It was easy to get out of parking lot to 395. I would go to this lot again.
-
close to stadium and easy to get out - only bad thing was parking lot was very dark when we left
-
great place to park, only issue I have is with potholes outside of the parking lot. Easy walk across the street to the game, police cross you after the game so very safe!!!! DRIVE SLOWLY into and out of the lot!!!
-
parking was easy to find, easy in and out. Looked a little run down, but I wasn't leaving the kids there, just the car. We will definately park there next time
-
Close to Home Plate entrance! Well lit after the ballgame. Lots of people using this lot, so felt safe.
-
Great location. Easy to find. Much less expensive than alternatives.
-
close
-
Close..
-
Convenient and good price.
-
gravel lot is dusty but its a great location for a game and the attendants were helpful in getting everyone in the lot efficently.
-
Convenient, close
-
So close! Just don't tailgate next to the helipad or your chips will blow away.
-
It was in a very strange location ( very industrial) but it was a great place to park--so close to the stadium. Getting out after the game was a breeze. I would definately park there again!
-
Once we found the lot it was very convenient. If we go back to another Nationals game, we will definately park in this lot.
-
Convenient to ball bark (especially home plate side), good price in comparison to comparable parking. First time we used it, so it took a little longer to find but will be easier the next time.
-
Just a stones throw from the game, easy walk. Only complaint, potholes on roads directly outside of the parking lot! DRIVE SLOWLY
-
We like it because it was close and convenient to the Stadium. My husband just had hip surgery a few months back and the walking distance to the Stadium was outstanding. We will definitely use this parkiing again.
-
GREAT PARKING...LOVE HOW CLOSE IT IS TO THE STADIUM
-
very close to stadium.
-
Parking was very convenient to the Nationals Ballpark, just a little hard to find. Will definitely park there again!
-
Easy....
-
BEST PARKING AROUND! The lot is located so close to the Home Plate Gate, that it made getting in and out of Nationals Park very easy. Knowing that we had a reserved spot from purchasing online was great since we were caught in traffic on the way there. We didn't have to look around in a busy area looking for a spot. Will park here again!!
-
This was almost too easy - it was a 5 minute walk to the Home Plate gate, the attendants were courteous, the parking was secured, and the exit was as easy as one can ask for at Nats stadium. Highly recommend this one to Nats fans!!
-
Location as advertised. do-able walk to the stadium. Nice attendant. Thank you.
-
I'd park with you guys again.
-
Close and convenient! Good price also!
-
Good location. Easy to get too.
-
The parking area was great!
-
Everything went very well !
-
We got there an hour late and the attendant made sure we still had a place. We will use it again!
-
This was a very convenient, very short, safe feeling walk to the Home Plate gate. Compared to the garages operated by the club, it is definitely a good value. "R street" did not appear to be marked, but when I got to S street, it was pretty clear. There was also pretty decent signage. Even though I was going WEST after the game, the right turn, after the game, over the bridge, and out 295 to the Beltway DEFINITELY beats going through town to get on 395. The trip west was a few miles further, but it was a piece of cake getting out....and seemed to be an easy way in, as well. Went on Sunday, so no traffic, but that should be counter-commute for weeknight games, as well. I no longer see any reason to take metro, or park in the team garages. I just handed my computer printout to the attendant, and I was good to go. It should be noted that the lot is a gravel lot, and was a bit dusty. Then again, if you're that worried about dust, you're probably going to spend the $40 to park in the garage anyways. I have a new favorite lot. :-)
-
Very Convenient...roads around the parking lot could use some work.
-
very convenient
-
The parking lot itself was fine. I just really enjoyed being so close to the stadium with 2-small children. We will be back!
-
Parked here before and will definitely do it again. The location is great and the cost is very good. Very satisfied.
-
I liked it. Easy in and out
-
A little interesting finding the entrance, but well worth the effort. Leaving by going back across the bridge and getting on 295 south was much better than fighting the traffic on Capital Street trying to get back to 395.
-
Great parking spot, only 5 min. walk to ball park.
-
Location was perfect. We walked just across the street and were in the park at home base entrance.
-
This parking was very good value for money. Excellent location in particular to reach home plate entrance.
-
With five people in our party it was less expensive to travel by car to the game, but I was concerned about finding parking. Reserving a space before leaving home gave me peace of mind and the GPS address made finding the lot easy. It's less than two blocks to the main gate at the ball park by crossing only two streets. No hassle from the attendant when I presented the printed pass. Very good experience and I would do it again. Thanks! Jim in Manassas.
-
It was so convenient! Right next to the stadium and an easy waldk with two kids in tow! Only hiccup was we couldn't make a left hand turn off of Capitol Street and had to drive a ways down before we could turn around. Other than that it was great and getting out was easy!
-
Easy to get to A+
-
THE WALK TO THE STADIUM WAS SHORTER THAN MOST NATIONALS PARKING AND CHEAPER. I HAVE USED THIS PARKING FOR THREE GAMES SO FAR AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.
-
It was awesome...so easy to find and so close to stadium!!!!
-
Great spot. Easy in easy out. I will definitely use again.
-
Perfect place to park. Nothing fancy and next to a large cement factory, but secure enough, attendant was friendly and easy walk to ballpark.
-
It was easy to find. The walk was short
-
Great location, easy to reserve, terrific pricing. Will definitely use again.
-
Excellent location if you live in VA. You get in and out easily. The only problem is it is little hard to find and there is construction all around.
-
It was great, good price and great location! A+
-
First trip to Nationals Park and this lot was easily found using GPS. I found this website prior to the game I attended and ordered my parking pass in advance. Attendents working lot were friendly and pleasant upon arrival. No problems getting into and we even tailgated for an hour before heading into the ballpark. Quick 5 minute walk to the stadium, overall pleasant experience and will be using this service for future dates to Nationals Park.
-
I liked being able to enter right into the home plate gate to access the lower level sections
-
A little dusty... but a great deal!
-
Parking lot was easy to find and easy to get to. Great location to the park; only a short walk to the Center Field Gate. Only issue I had at all with this lot is that it is hard to get out and get back on to I-395 as you are at the very end of the stadium by the bridge. I would totally park here again but would try and leave the game a little ealy to avoid the traffic issues.
-
It's always a hassle contending with DC traffic getting to a game on time. It's always a relief knowing we don"t need to get a second mortgage on our house to get stadium-close, reserved parking that is always honored.
-
Very easy. Attendant took the number off my receipt, no issues. Would love to be able to do this electronically and NOT need to print anything.
-
Great location. Very convenient to Nats Park.
-
very convenient
-
close and convenient
-
Easy in and out, very close to stadium. Attendant very polite.
-
I have already recommended it to a friend.
-
Location to the Home Plate entry was great.
-
close to the stadium, yes, i would park there again
-
Very convenient - and obviously popular.
-
price and location. But, if you or your guest has breathing problems, be advised that this is in a construction area, and there's a lot of dirt that gets kicked up in the air. Otherwise, attendant is courteous and at least in my experience, the area was well organized re: traffic flow.
-
It was a very nice and convenient lot! The only thing is that it may help to have more signs pointing you to the actual lot because it is not extremely obvious where to enter the lot.
-
Very close range to park, within walking distance to Home plate entrance. My father in law who has trouble walking from time said it wasn't that bad of a walk for him. My car was secure and safe, easy to find and get to when leaving the park, no hassle. Better to pay the 18 fee than 40 fee to park close. Or 5 fee to park a mile way.
-
Great...Thanks
-
convenient clean well organized
-
Convenient and safe, although it oesn't look like much from the outside. Very easy to get out going south on Sout Capital. I will use it again.
-
Very short walk to the Home Plate Gate! Easy to find.
-
Very close to stadium. A little hard to find, having to drive through the cement plant, but would use it again and recommend to friends.
-
Same reaction - great location and the price is reasonable.
-
Good: Courteous parking attendant, easy parking, easy access to stadium. Bad: address was not accurate. Had to call phone number on reciept.
-
Close by and MUCH cheaper than the Nationals garages!
-
Very easy.
-
easy in and out...great value!
-
Easy in and out. Quick walk to the park!
-
The online purchase of the parking space was flawless, even for a not so high tech person like myself. The driving directions were perfectly clear, concise & correct. The addendant could not have been nicer. All of the above, plus an extra inning win made the night perfect, in spite of the 97+ degreee heat. MFC
-
The GPS'able address should be the FIRST address you see, not buried at the bottom. I plotted the earlier address and that was going to be a crazy drive. I got very lucky to see the written directions so I could correct our course.
-
Provides easy access to Nats Park, closer than most official lots. Should be noted that Google Maps directions to get to the lot are horrible. I don't remember if that was noted in the materials I received or not. Better signage (bigger, with name of the lot/operator) to get to the lot would be helpful. Will park here again.
-
Yes, but I don't want it to become so popular that I can't get a reservation. It's a great location and a great price.
-
It was very close to Nats Park, which was good, but the address on S. Capitol is very misleading. If you stay on S. Capitol, as I did, you cross the Frederick Douglass Bridge, as I did. Turning on to Potomac Avenue is something that should be in bold relief on the Atlantic Parking website.
-
Close to the stadium, easy to find (sign visible from main road), and very reasonsably priced.
-
Entrance wasn't clearly marked and the lot was not paved. Like the location to the ballpark.
-
This parking lot is a hidden gem, literally feet away from the stadium's home plate entrance. Plus, it's cheaper than the Nationals' lot that are closer to the ballpark.
-
Very easy to get to and easy to get out. Great experience.
-
I got there early and was able to park in the shade under the overpass!
-
Fairly easy to find if you remember it's under the bridge and you turn left between the cement trucks! Attendant very amicable and it's a very short walk to the stadium.
-
No problems at all; we did go by the entrance but then saw it and circled back. It was a quick walk to the park and easy to leave from.
-
plenty of space; able to park in the shade; very convenient to the ballpark; easy to get to
-
very close to the stadium. No muss-no fuss.
-
Friendly attendant. Quick checkin. Great location.
-
heck of a lot cheaper than the official lots, and very close. Have used it twice now, and would do it again.
-
Close to the stadium, easy to find if you check out a map first. Easy to depart across the Fredrick Douglas bridge back to 295 N and 395 south so you miss all the stadium vehicle and pedistrian traffic. Great price for being so close and easy of entry and exit.
-
Nice and easy to get to.
-
Excellent location to Nationals Ball Park.
-
Very convenient location
-
This is a great location and a great value
-
Very close to the stadium with a good price, and felt it was secure.
-
Parking lot is a little hidden but I followed the "parking" signs easily enough. Very close to the park. Way cheaper than the National's lots. Will use this lot again.
-
easy access and close to the park.
-
Very convenient.
-
This parking lot is conveniently close to the stadium. However, it is not easy to get to if you are traveling North over the S. Capitol St. bridge. You cannot turn left at Potomac Avenue and you cannot turn left at the next block either. So if your coming from this direction you need to plan your entry (maybe right on Potomac Avenue and making a U-turn to cross S. Capitol St.). The surrounding area appears to be a concrete plant or truck parking area so it is not the most pedestrian friendly path to the stadium. All that said the price is good and the walk is fairly easy.
-
The parking itself, was fine. An attendant was there to greet and check us in as promised. There was plenty of room / spaces and the building itself, that is on the lot, is easy to spot from a distance.
-
Close to the stadium. a little difficult finding the first time but will be easier in the future.
-
Very close to stadium. Repeating an earlier post -- use S. Capitol Street SE for your GPS directions and it takes you right there. The price to park here is less than most of the Nationals Stadium lots.
-
Could not find the lot easily but great spot and easy access to ball park. Best price around.
-
The lot is in an industrial area but very convenient. Price is reasonable. Would use again.
-
The parking was fine
-
This lot was so convenient to the stadium - 3 short blocks to the main entrance. A little hard to find the first time, but now that we know where it is, we'd come back again. The attendant was very helpful when we called for directions, which helped a lot.
-
Very convenient. Right next to stadium and great price.
-
very convienent and the attendent was courteous. best parking nearest the stadium.
-
Was easy to access and parking staff was friendly.
-
Your attendants were courteous and helpful and the walk to the stadium was not very far. Entry and Exit was also smooth for parkers. I thought the cost of parking was $40 so was pleasantly surprised to see your reasonable rates! Thank you Atlantic Parking and God Bless! Salvatore Tropea
-
The parking is very close to the stadium and a lot less expensive than the parking garages!
-
once we found the lot, it was convenient and close to stadium. You cannot make a left turn from south capitol so we had to go around a few times to figure it out
-
Convenient to the park. Pay attention to the directions given, they will get you there no problem
-
Simple industrial lot with a great location to the ballpark.
-
Great - easy in, easy out. Super close to field.
-
Very close and convenient to Nationals park.
-
Very convenient parking and inexpensive.
-
Affordable, good directions, very close to Nats park
-
I would do this again! It is not easily found, but if you study a map and follow the directions, you'll wind your way through the cement factory ground to the parking site which is directly next to and partly under the Douglas Bridge.
-
It was a pretty good spot to park and walk to the Nats ballpark. I would recommend this parking lot to anyone.
-
Right across the corner from the home plate gate. Hassle free. Directions from 295-S should include, make the left turn off Capitol immediately before passing the stadium.
-
Parking lot was fine. It's not that easy to get to...you have to know to go through the neighborhood, but once there, it was very simple. Glad to know about it.
-
Great location, easy to get in and out, and price was right.
-
Close to ballpark and fair price
-
Large lot. One short block to front gate.
-
Very helpful staff. Terrific location.
-
Very close to the stadium for less than half the price. Easy access to 295.
-
Good Price, close location to stadium, driving directions and map provided to locate
-
Close to the park and easy to get to. Attendant was helpful as well.
-
Close to the stadium. Convenient and relatively inexpensive. Friendly service at the lot. Good deal. Will use again.
-
Well worth the price!!!!!
-
Available, very inexpensive. Really convenient to Home Plate Gate at Nat's park (Like a block and a half). Efficient access to the lot. Parking was not so cramped that you had to worry about dings and dents.
-
It was very convenient! I was familiar with area because I worked down there for several years, but we saw people rather confused about getting in & out. Would recommend taking a ride down on a none game day to see how to get in.
-
Little hidden lot, right at ballpark door.Easy access.Very fast and easy exit and back on roadway.Nice and helpful lot attendent
-
easy in, easy out. Great price.
-
this parking garage is excellent for washington Nationals park. only thing is do not use that address on the GPS as it will stop on the Bridge. you can use " 1648 South Capitol St SE " and it will get you to that parking lot.
-
Super close. Fast getting to lot. Every body going south on S Capitol wants to get left, so I stayed right all the way down to the lot. Cut 20 minutes of waiting. Bad thing you have to leave the game an inning early to avoid getting stuck behind everybody going to N 395. However, I may try going through the Waterfront to avoid that mess. Great parking lot.
-
Great location, easy in and out!
-
Perfect location and easy to access on our way into the park and even better.....we got out quickly too!!
-
Close to the stadium and easy in and easy out!!!
-
relatively close and relatively inexpensive
-
Great location. Easy in and out. Attendant was accommodating. Will definitely use this lot for future baseball games.
-
IT WAS EASY TO USE, CLOSE TO THE STADIUM, WITH SO MANY PEOPLE USING THE PARKING AREA THERE WAS A HUGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE GOING TO AND FROM THE LOT. iT WAS QUITE SAFE. THANK YOU.
-
Good parking spot!!
-
The only problem I had is that you need to get more signage at all the intersections . You are hard to find .
-
Good parking - very close to home plate entrance
-
Very, very close to the ballpark.
-
Convenient, secure, and you have the comfort of knowing in advance where you will be parking and that there is a space for you.
-
Just as advertised.
-
Easy in, easy out, great location and great price.
-
The parking lot was close enough to the Nationals Park
-
great spot to park!!!
-
Well organized and managed. Easy walk to ballpark.
-
Extremely close to the stadium and easy to get out of after game.
-
Quick in and out.
-
Very easy access when leaving the game to my route home. That was a plus. And the price was right that particular night because the lots run by the Nationals had really increased their prices due to the visiting Yankees.
-
easy access to the stadium and leaving after the game was a quick departure.
-
+++The location is great and the price is right! ---The location is a little obscure and merely a large, fenced-in, open lot.
-
A hidden gem. Easy in and out of the park. I was expecting more difficulty from some of the comments but it was not hard to find at all. I took Maine/M to 4th and navigated to R from there and missed some traffic.
-
Very good, close to the stadium.
-
Easy in and out - loved it. But Google maps tells you to enter by driving off the South Capitol overpass and letting your car crash into the lot...
-
Everything worked as advertised.
-
It was close to the Park and an easy walk.
-
Easy walk to stadium. Easy in and out from the city
-
yes, it was convenient
-
Very convient, and a short walk to the stadium.
-
Reasonable price and close to ballpark.
-
Easy in and easy out! Not even five minutes from home plate.
-
The location is excellent--very close to home plate entrance, and there was no line-up to get into the parking (like for the Nat'l's parking). The requirement to be out of parking one hour after game ends is a bit of a downer--it would be nice to linger a while at the stadium to let traffic thin out. Also, if there is a good way to depart ParkWhiz toward the Marina area, that would be very beneficial to a number of people.
-
It is definitely the closet lot to the stadium with easy access to the highway once you get out, so I would park there again.
-
The lot is extremely convenient to the main entrance & is good for tailgating. It is easy to depart & get on 295 or the Suitland Pkwy. The only bad experience we had is that our car battery was dead when we got ready to leave the game. Fortunately, one of the other cars parked there gave us a jump start. This will definitely be the lot I use for any future Nats games I drive to.
-
Very close and convenient to Nats Park. The attendant and traffic cops were very friendly.
-
Close to ball park, easy exit to 395
-
Very short walk and easy to leave.
-
Great place to park, a little difficult to find if you are unfamiliar with the area, and day-of street closures and no turns, etc., but once you're in, it's good. Really short walk to the stadium, and getting out was fine, although we did wait until the game was completely over. Highly recommend for the price and convenience!!
-
I would recommend that you have a separate line for those with pre paid and those without. The attendant spent time taking cash and noting the numbers from the prepaid passes. a separate line ofor cash and then siomply collecting the oprinted parking passes would make things move more efficiently. but yes, i would recommend this parking area. it is very convenient to the stadium.
-
The parking made leaving the stadium a breeze. However, coming from the east there is no easy access. Where the heck is the National Park ramp when coming east bound. It appears the only access from the east is to turn left on M street and work your way Back to R St. via Second St. Easy walk to the stadium, easy exit to the east but the mystery of access to the lot remains unsolved.
-
Very close to stadium, only a few minutes walk.
-
Parking is very close to the stadium - its literally walking across the street. I agree with others that the biggest challenge was finding the site. Looking for the "Parking" sign was key. The lot attendants were friendly and kept the line going in an orderly way. Recommend use of this parking site.
-
The directions should indicate that you need to turn into what looks like a rock quarry to get to the lot. Other than that initial weirdness when we turned left off Half street, it was great. Will definitely use again. Thank you!
-
Very convenient
-
You should let those who have prepaid for the parking, know that they can drive to the front gate. I waited for over half an hour in a line where just about all those ahead of me had not prepaid and therefore were waiting to get in. Next, time, of course, I will know. But, for first time users, your business should make that clear.
-
Location to stadium. In directions the directions need to say coming from the East from the Douglas bridge, what block you can turn to get to your lot. Left hand turns can not be made. I fortunately was coming from Maine Ave. Liked it so much I told my friend to park there today
-
Loved it. If it were any closer we would be in the ballpark
-
little difficult to find with GPS because GPS tells you to turn left where there is no left turn allowed We were first time visitors to the park Now it will be easy
-
Efficient attendants, egress good, close to ballpark.
-
Very convenient, decent price, attendants were great. Large trucks moving around wasn't the safest.
-
Excellent location for ballgame parking
-
Pretty easy to get into (if you follow the directions to come in via R Street) Easy walt to stadium entrance
-
Gr4eat place to park and alot cheaper than the garage. Right across the street from home plate entrance.
-
Great place to park. Right across the street from Home Plate Entrance. No issues. Easy In Easy out.
-
attendant was good
-
attendant was good
-
Just as advertised
-
Very, very convenient. Not only did I miss traffic by turning off M Street SW at 4th, but it was a short walk to the stadium.
-
about a block from the home plate gate. Super-convenient and easy to get to. Traffic is about the same as other parking lots farther away. Cars are spaced well and easy to get in and out.
-
Convenient; only not so good thing, all the small rocks/stones in the lot. Would use it again though
-
Parking was good with a quick walking distance to the stadium. The hood was a bit shady but the parking guys were in the lot when drove in and drove out. No problems getting in, getting out or with the car itself. Cant ask for more for under $20 bucks.
-
Convenient
-
Short walk to the home plate gate. A little slow exiting, but that's normal for a stadium event.
-
Centrally located across the street from the Stadium!
-
Was easy to find
-
Close to stadium, easy in and out.
-
Very easy access, great location. Secure with attendent.
-
Close to the stadium, amid the cement trucks. What could be better!
-
Very close to the stadium, large open lot. Not blocked in. Attendant was efficient, friendly.
-
Easy Peasy!!!!
-
The parking was very convenient to the stadium and the price was excellent. The attendant was very friendly and helpful.
-
Fast entering and leaving.
-
Great parking, secure, close to the stadium. The parking place it sort of hidden because of the construction stuff around it and the fact that it is down the hill under the overpass. However, the larging "PARKING" sign in Red and White was a huge help in finding it. My GPS would not get me there, the address wouldn't read.
-
This is right across the street from Nats stadium. The directions can be a bit confusing. It is off half street on R street, But it is quick in and out.
-
Convenient location & nice parking attendants
-
Very short walk to stadium. Will definitely use again.
-
getting out was a little rough, after the game
-
Parking was safe, secure, convienent.
-
would definately use it.
-
Convenient to ballpark and helpful staff. Pre-pay is the way to go!
-
Great location - should note that it is in a gravel lot. Attendant was very helpful and really hustling to get folks parked.
-
Close to the park. Lots of people going to the park.
-
Very close to the ball park and lots of people going to the park from the lot.
-
The parking was easy to get to from Virginia (drive south on S. Capitol, and take a right just past the stadium, then follow the signs). The parking lot IS very dusty, but was not hard to get out of (no worse than Nationals lots) and less than half the cost. I would park there again!
-
Excellent parking. A little tough to find using GPS. Curious about whether the parking was good during the concert event after the baseball game or not?
-
It was fine
-
Easy walk to the Nationals Park. I recommend that you tell people how to navigate to your location. Half Street is limited to local traffic only on game days and one must know or figure out the route - that entering from South Capital is the correct thing to do.
-
Easy in, easy out, good access from and to 295. attendant was helpful and polite.
-
Convenient and affordable.
-
Great Location -- Easy in - Easy Out!! Go Rangers!!
-
Parking lot is good and accessible from Ball park.
-
Easy access. Close to stadium.
-
Convienent, safe, affordable. Reservation system worked well. Staff was courteous and friendly.
-
Close to Home Plate entrance, short walk, easy to find if you follow directions and easy exit.
-
The attendant was particularly nice.
-
experience was good
-
Very close to stadium..
-
I like the location to the Stadium and the fact there is an attendant there to watch over your car. The cost was resonable if I go to another home game I will definitely park there again. I wish the lot was paved.
-
Easy access to exit. Close to stadium. Will park here again when going to a game.
-
I Love the location.....just dusty as hell.
-
Good parking spot. It could be cleaned up and the fence could be opened so there wasnt so much walking out of the way.
-
car not blocked in -- easy out courteous staff
-
Close to the stadium!
-
Convenient to Nationals Stadium, safe, and easy to find. It was somewhat slow in clearing out after the game though, which is to be expected.
-
Great location for walking to the stadium. All in all a very pleasant first trip to National Stadium.
-
Getting into the lot was easy. The lot was very convenient for a Nat's game.
-
Close to home plate entrance. Much cheaper than team sponsored parking options. Exit thru the south side gates when leaving to avoid congestion.
-
The lot is fine and you couldn't be more conveniently located to the stadium. It is just a short walk. Everything worked smoothly as far as parking there and leaving after the game. I would recommend it.
-
Excellent parking location across the street from the stadium! Only problem is, it's hid underneath the South Capitol Bridge, and once YOU find it the first time, EVERYTHING will be great for future trips! Please add a sign off the Bridge, saying the 'great' parking facility is 100 yards to your the left, off Potomac Ave. Thanks Dr. Mike.
-
Great location. Easy In and Out.
-
The parking was in a convenient location.
-
Easy access to the entrance!
-
A little dusty but otherwise ok. Very convenient once you find it.
-
Pan handlers at the front gate after the game, but that's life in the big city I guess. Already told some friends it is a great parking spot. Thanks!
-
Reasonably priced, close.
-
The location was very convenient, both for getting in and out of the lot and for walking to the stadium.
-
It was difficult to find the first time; my GPS had no clue. Once there, parking was painless and it was an easy walk to the ballpark.
-
great proximity (right across the street) and price...
This is a large surface parking lot, located just minutes from Nationals Park! The parking lot is bordered by a 5ft chain-link fence, and abuts the Anacostia River and Frederick Douglass Bridge on the east.
This location is a commercial parking lot.
Enter this surface level parking lot from the corner of R St SW and S Capitol St SE. Driving east on R ST SW, you will hit (dead-end) at South Capitol and the Parking lot. Look for a red-brick building in the center of the lot with a large white sign that reads "Parking" in blue lettering.
This lot is under the Frederick Douglass Bridge, if traveling from the east you must take the National Park ramp to S Capitol St SE. If going south on S Capital St SE turn Right on Potomac Ave SW, turn left on Half St Sw, and finally take a left onto R St SW follow to parking lot.
