• Easy exit and with road works taking place plus certain road closures we found our way back to Sarasota quite easily .

• Everything was good. The attendant was polite and helpful. The lot was crowded but my space had plenty of room and was safe. It is an easy walk to the Forum. I would definitely use that lot again.

• Parking was convenient and smooth. The gentleman directing the parking that night was an artist. It was a joy to watch him! Parking lot is close to the Forum. Exit onto Florida was a piece of cake. This is the second time we've used this lot. We'll continue to use it for every event that we attend.

• Easy in and out (self park), however I missed the entrance because it wasn't that clear where to turn in. It was just a block from the venue and I avoided the more congested area near the venue.

A short walk to St. Pete Times Forum, Parking Facility is connected to Gulfshore Bank building and immediately North of the Embassy Suites, across the street from Tampa Convention Center. A left on Florida takes you straight to I-275

This location is a commercial parking lot.

This open air parking lot is located on the north-west corner of South Florida Ave and Channelside Dr, across the street from Embassy Suites and Tampa Convention Center. Look for GULFSHORE BANK BUILDING. Look for the yellow Premier Parking Signs.

From I-275
Take exit 44 from the north, or exit 45A from the sount, toward St. Pete Times Forum/Downtown West
Follow Signs for Downtown West/Ashley Dr/Tampa St
Bear Left towards signs Tampa St/Aquarium/Seaport/Convention Center
Make a Left on Whiting St. You will see a brick building with US Ameribank
Make right at next light Franklin St. Signs for Harbour Island and Convention Center are on the light
Make a left on Channelside Dr. You will see Gulfshore Bank Building and fenced parking lot on your left and Embassy Suites in front of you.
Make a left at the light for Florida Avenue. Entrance on the left. You will see Yellow Premier Parking Signs.
