This perfectly located lot is 2 blocks from Tropicana Field, as well as all the bars and restaurants. It is right off of Central Avenue with easy access to 275.

We are at the corner of 16th St. S. and Central Avenue.

From Tampa: Take the ramp onto I-275 S
1) Take exit 23B (5th Ave)
2) Stay in the Left lane
3) Right on 16th St N
4) Pass the Car Wash on your right
5) Pass Central Avenue (See World Liquor's on your right)
6) Make the right into the first driveway on the right just after Central Avenue.

From St Petersburg:
1) Merge onto I-275 N via the ramp to Tampa
2) Take exit 23 for Tropicana Field
3) Stay Right and Exit at M.L. King JR St (you will see signs for Tropicana Field)
