Sternod Parking is located just a stone's throw away the stadium. The 10-minute walk was just right going to and from the venue. The parking attendant was courteous and accommodated us professionally. I'll definitely consider parking here again in the future!

I’ve used this lot twice now and have found the location to convenient and within a very short walk to the stadium. Access to I-5 is great simply make a right turn on to 4th Ave and the ramps are in view. The lot does need better signage, IE address in bold print would be helpful to those not familiar with the loacation.

It was great because it was easy to get out of and hop on I-90, but the flagger was late and we had no idea what to do. Do we choose where to park? Who do we hand our reservation ticket to? The guy next door was a lot friendlier and a lot more helpful than these guys. But all in all, it was a good spot and a short walk to the field. I would park here again, now that I know what to do.

This was a totally positive experience! The lot was convenient to the ball park, as well as convenient to the freeways, making arriving and leaving a breeze. The attendants were helpful in guiding us into the lot and to our spot. Departure was easy - right to the freeway on-ramp. This lot was a real find! We will definitely park here again & recommend it to our friends.

Location/price/service is everything. This lot is literally a few feet from the I-90 Express way. The gentleman greeted me kindly with his name, and insured me he would watch over my car. A bit a walk to Century Link, but not too bad for Safeco. Super easy to drive to and from the game. I will be using this lot again on my next Seattle pro sports event.

Easy to find and get to, and easy to get back onto highway. I don't think the guy watching the cars was anywhere around when I picked up my car, so much for keeping an eye out for security. Nothing bad happens to vehicle, I would definitely use again, my vehicles are not high end.

The only difficulty was finding the lot which they said was next to Grocery Outlet. There are actually several lots there and I initially pulled into the wrong one. Better instructions like saying it is on the left directly after Grocery Outlet as you head down 4th would be better as I initially pulled into the Grocery Outlet parking lot first, then went further down, pulled into the 2nd wrong lot and then finally found the correct lot. A prominent "ParkWhiz" sign would have also been helpful.

Enjoyed our tailgating and the various folks around us. Our only thought, might want to consider the two deep parking in the narrow entrance as it makes it impossible for a motorhome to leave early should the situation persent itself. Same true after the game you have to wait till these folks have come and gone. But other than that, excellent location with short walk to the field. Parking attendent was nice and most helpful it getting our motorhome parked. We will use you everytime we come to Seattle for a game and either field. Also recommend you to other friends who are traveling north for such events.

The parking was close to the stadium and very convient. Security was the only worry I had. After the game no one was watching the parking lot whereas the parking lot next door still had the attendent and looks more secure. I did not have any problem with my vehicle or with the parking. Everything went well and I would recommend this parking lot to my family and friends. I would like to park there again. I felt that the parking was guarenteed. Thank you very much.

If you want to tailgate before the game this is the place. It was fully packed and the fans were friendly and fun. Easy to find and quick to get back on the freeway. I would suggest that you get there early for ease of parking cause they pack'em in there tight! We managed just fine due to the parking attendent's assistance. Very friendly and helpful. Found us a good spot and we got out without a problem. Our first game was a great experience.

Great location. Zip up the I-5/90 onramp 500 feet up the street post-game and the chaos disappears. Reservation makes it a guarantee. Quick walk to Safeco. Parking attendant helps you back in. What's not to like?

It was convenient as usual, but I was surprised - after a few times of having the online deal be as much as half off the street price - that the drive-up cost was a buck cheaper than my online deal. Still, I like the peace of mind by having a prepaid reserved spot waiting. Nothing special about this lot - industrial building parking lot - but it's a reasonably close lot.

So simple......Reserved a spot at 5pm same day, found the location easy and had about an 8 minute walk to the game. And best of all it was half the price of what it would cost to drive up and pay at any of the lots in the area.

Awesome experience! Pre-printed my parking voucher, drove in and the attendant was very helpful. After the game I had no problems getting back onto I-5 heading North. I will use this lot from now on. :-)

All good - location was excellent, security (seemed secure, it was in a fenced in area), hassle free (purchased on website, given good directions, a great welcome at the site, it was easy to find and most of all, cheap - if done through website!). It wasn't bad parking either - no cramped up spaces, wide open with enough room for full open door.

The only problem we ran into is that the sign to see exactly where to park was a little hard to see. If the road sign for parking on it said Sternod then we might have noticed it better and not drove past it the first time.

It was extremely easy to find the parking lot, less than 5 minutes from I-5. I went directly there, gave the attendant my receipt, then walked an easy 10 minutes to the field. I thought $10 was extremely reasonable for the day, less than half of what it would have cost to park in the Safeco garage, and I didn't have to drive around looking for a place to park. Since I was driving up from Portland, I was happy to have the parking stress taken care of in advance!

I really liked being able to book it online with instant confirmation and ticket to print out. It was reasonably priced and close tothe stadium. I really appreciated being able to call and get easy directions from where I was stuck in traffic right by the stadium. Also the attendant took time to show us exactly the path to take to the stadium. We have it down now. I will say that had we not called while in traffic for directions we might have pulled into a lot one or two before we arrived at yours. We saw no Parkwhiz signs for which we were looking. But it was all good--in and out easy. Thanks!

I had a good experience with this parking service. I arrived an hour before the Sounders Soccer game, and because I reserved a spot online, I got a spot right next to 4th ave south (10 min walk from both stadiums).

Easy to get to this lot from I-5. About a 7-8 minute walk to the home plate entrance at Safeco Field. Super easy to get back on I-5 or I-90 after the game. Price was great. However, you'll want to cross 4th Avenue mid-block (without a crosswalk) to get to the pedestrian overpass over the train tracks; I didn't have trouble safely crossing the street before or after the game. Definitely recommended!

You never know what to expect when leaving your vehicle for five hours. I wasn't sure if I was at the right spot, maybe a small sign of some sort would help. I was pleased with the location and the easy access to Safeco Field. The parking attendant was super helpful when it was time to leave in getting us out of the parking area and out on the street. I would recommend using this parking service.
Our parking facility is a paved flat parking lot with approximately 90 available parking spaces. It's well lit and the entrance to our lot is 500 feet from the onramps to Interstate 5 and Interstate 90 all directions. You won't find easier freeway access from a parking lot anywhere else near the stadiums. Safeco Field is about a 6 minute walk from our facility and about 8 minutes to Centurylink Field (Formerly Qwest Field).

From I-90: Take I-90 to downtown Seattle. Take the "4th Ave South" exit. Take a right at the light at end of exit. Head South on 4th Ave S for 1/4 mile to 1720 (located on the left/east) side of the street next to Grocery Outlet
From I-5 Southbound: Take the "downtown exits", then take the "4th Ave South" exit. Take a right at the light at end of exit. Head South on 4th Ave S for 1/4 mile to 1720 (located on the left/east) side of the street next to Grocery Outlet
From I-5 Northbound: Take the "Spokane Street" exit from I-5. Follow exit to stop light and then turn right at stop light onto 6th Ave S. Heading Northbound on 6th Ave S, go to S Lander St and turn left. Go to the 2nd stop light and turn right onto 4th Ave S. Go approximately 1 mile to 1720 (located on the right/east) side of the street next to Grocery Outlet
