Booking: I was unsure how to book overnight parking, and when guessing at pick-up and drop-off times, I wasn't sure if there would be a penalty for over-staying or under-staying. Also, I wasn't sure if the garage had an evening closure time or if it provided 24-hour access. Also, I didn't realize that the ParkWhiz coupon had to be printed out and submitted to an attendant until a few hours before I was parking--because I was an out-of-town visitor, I scrambled to find a printer. Finally, upon parking, discovered that there was no attendant available to take the coupon. Parking: The instructions on finding the garage were spot-on and extremely helpful, though they could stand to be printed out in a larger font. Exiting: It was difficult to find someone to accept the coupon to provide an exit ticket--there were no instructions on the location of the garage office, but a security guard who clarified that he was not associated with the garage was very helpful. Overall, however, I would definitely recommend ParkWhiz to anyone trying to find parking in San Francisco.

It was a very convenient location for getting to Chinatown, the Financial District, even to the Embarcadero and the Ferry Building. It was a bit difficult to park for larger vehicles (we were following one as we tried to park). Overall, a good bet for parking in SF!

It was a relief to know that we had a parking spot on New Years Eve! I thought someone would greet us upon entering, but there was no indication of what to do with our parking voucher. We found a spot, then went to the reception desk of the Hilton to find out how to use the voucher. We submitted it upon exiting which was easy, but the print out suggested that we would submit it upon entering. A little confusing, but now that we know, we would certainly use the facility again, and the price was much cheaper than the standard rates.

Even though it turned out that there was a lot of parking available in SF that afternoon, it was still comforting to know we had a reserved place to park. It would be helpful to explain to all the attendants and security about the program, as they seemed very surprised about it, but all were helpful and friendly once we showed them the receipt.
This is an indoor covered garage located in the heart of the Financial District. The garage is next to the Transamerica Pyramid. This location has an electronic car charging station, 24 hour security, on-site car wash, and parking for motorcycles.

This parking garage is located on the southeast corner of Kearny St and Washington St. The entrance for this garage is on Washington St in between Kearny St and Montgomery St. Look for a white and blue Public Parking sign above the entrance. This is the Hilton Hotel parking garage.
