Other than it was a bit of walk to the Curran Theater for my mother in-law who was walking with a cane, I have nothing but glowing accolades for this parking establishment.

We arrived and were taken right away. I would suggest a better sign or the numbers 644 printed larger. We went around the block several times before we spotted it. It doesn't help that there is a sign that says Tower 757. This made us think we passed the place. The attendant was very pleasant and we picked up our car with no trouble.

It was very confusing to a non-city person, but the attendant took care of everything for us. The parking was on the lower level, and then keys are left with the attendant (the office is staffed 24 hours) who sometimes has to shuffle cars around the garage - several of the spots are double-parked. We found this to be a very secure garage in a slightly sketchy part of town.

Parking was easy and cheap. Address seems to be off, GPS took me right past it and I had to double back. The same thing happened to the cab driver taking me back to the facility, so I know it wasn't my goof. Pay attention to the directions on the parking pass. I was headed to a show @ Rickshaw Stop. Ladies parking here and walking to the same venue, bring a friend.

it was safe and good. especially because someone broke into my truck earlier while we were at dinner Geary. So I dropped it off with a broken window and my dogs inside were ok :) they were very helpfull and pre booking was great.

Making "on line" reservations was Great! Parking was very easy. Attendant was Very friendly and Prompt. The address IS on the side of the building but we all missed it the first time around the block. Maybe increase the size of the numbers or add the name ACE Park to the outside. We will use Ace Parking again.

It’s a bit hard to locate this parking spot, it’s wedged between the Alcazar Theater and another parking lot. I’m glad we reserved parking for the evening, because once I got there, the attendant promptly said they were full. Then, with a flourish, I pulled out the ParkWhiz barcode — “But I have a reserved spot!” And, with that, we were on our way.

We were travelling from Bishop, Ca. to San Francisco (a mere 400 miles) to watch our daughter graduate from college. Realizing the June 15th weekend was graduation for almost ALL colleges in SF, the US Open at Olympic and, pick something and it was happening in San Francisco THAT weekend, I decided to see if I could find reserved parking somewhere close to the site for graduation. I googled just that and up came Parkwiz and I put the location I needed and Ace Parking on Geary Street came up. I could put in any number of hours needed and the price was the same ( I think)...we parked from 9:30am to 1pm and it only cost $14.40! The garage was clean, organized and the attendant parked our car for us. The attendant was very pleasant and courteous. This particular garage is for small and some medium cars only, no SUV's or trucks, and that was a plus too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACE PARKING ON 644 GEARY STREET IN SAN FRANCISCO!! I will definitely use them again, especially on a busy weekend.

There was no other parking available so I was very glad to have a reserved a parking space ahead of time. The only bad thing was the walk to and from the Warfield and the parking lot - you had to walk thru a very sketch neighborhood. Do not walk alone.

This parking was reasonably priced, indoors, and conveniently located. I was glad I reserved, because the lot was full later, and I may not have gotten a spot.

The parking was easy. The late night attendant was very friendly and quick to bring my jeep out. Thankfully I was in the jeep as the entrance ramp is extremely steep. I wouldn't recommend a low profile car. I'd park here again - the reservation & price made it worth the walk to the venue.

Only problem was the location compared to the Nob Hill Center. My brother-in-law dropped me off in front ot the center and then proceeded to the garage. It was quite a walk for him (I have an orthopedic shoe on, so it would have been difficult for me). The reservation service is a nice one that I would use again.

Parking was fine and worked well. The steep up hill walk to the Masonic Center from the parking is not for the weak at heart. Good news, walking back was easy.

as promised.. the attendant however was not aware of a 'phone e-ticket' and wondered why i didn't print out the ticket. he ended up just copying down the confirmation number from my phone and we were on our way.

We arrived, were greeted. Left the car. Returned after the theatre, attendant quickly got our car, we left. Easy. We arrived an hour earlier than our reservation so had to pay additional $4.00, but worth it! Very positive experience.

the only downside was I wasnt able to print my confirmation, so I wrote the reservation number down. When I got there the attendant wouldn't process the reservation without the printout ,and told me to go next door to the hotel and use their computer to print it out. Meanwhile I was holding up traffic, the next person in line was angry and said "we have a reservation to which my companion replied, So do we! Only then did the attendant pick up the phone and call someone and then tell me he could accept my reservation. I used this service to park on Friday for the Giants game and I again, didn't have a print out, just the reservation number and it was no issue. I would use this service again, I loved knowing where to park and knowing I had a reservation but this particular garage the attendant needed some customer service lessons.

The lot looked full when we pulled in, the gentleman on duty had us just pull forward and let us know he would park it for us, We were off to see "Rock of Ages" and returned seeing our vehicle was safely parked, he once again pulled it forward for us to depart. Very pleased!!

My only comment is that the parking lot does not announce itself. So I had to go around the block 2 times before I found it. A sign would be helpful. Otherwise, all went smoothly. Thanks.

It was very good. Though when I came back, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the attendant to return around 11pm. He did have a courtesy clock in the window indicating this, but I had an almost two hour drive ahead of me, so waiting was not convenient. Otherwise, really good and though you do not know where to drive into at first, I recommend the upper ramp and not the lower.

I would definitely use this parking lot and service again. We used it to go to Nob Hill Masonic Center and for the $20 we saved it was worth walking up the hills to get there. The attendant was very friendly both when we arrived and departed and the entire process was quick and easy. I agree the lot can be a little hard to find, but other than that no complaints at all.

Other than my car GPS putting me in the 700 block of Geary all went well! The attendant was very helpful, friendly. Our car was quickly taken and upon our return quickly returned to us. All in all we were very happy and will use this garage again.

Parking was excellent!!! The only thing I would suggest would be to put up maps showing the shortest walk to the various theaters. Would recommend this parking to anyone going to the theaters. We had two cars parking there and staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Lot was in great location. In the center of SF. We walked to AT&T park in 20 min. Please allow enough time to get to the park. You can find surface parking closer to AT&T park. But this location seemed to be the lowwest price covered garage. Close to Union Station as well. Great price and we felt safe leaving our car in this garage. I would recommend using this lot for anyone visiting SF as a tourist!

It was peace of mind to know that we had an inexpensive parking place waiting for us in San Francisco. We don't go there very often and didn't know what the parking situation was. Attendants at the partking lot were very helpful and hustled about. We had 2 vehicles so that was nice that we were in the same spot to drop off and pick up the cars at the front of the garage (valets parked and brought up the cars). There is a really narrow entrance so you'd better be a confident, good driver. I would definitely use the lot if I were going east toward the Union Square shopping area. It would be super for that. We used it and walked to the Orpheum Theater. It was a 7-8 block walk, which was fine. However, whether you go up Leavenworth or Hyde, you'll be walking through a bunch of homeless people and smelling urine. We were a group of 4 couples, so it was ok, but I wouldn't want to do that walk at night or alone.

I thought this worked out great! I had no trouble making the reservation, mapped out the route, arrived at exactly the time I reserved the spot, and was greeted by a courteous and knowledgeable attendant. I arrived back 1/2 hr. later than expected and had no problem getting my car back, in the same shape I left it, in a short period of time. I would use this service again and thought the garage was great! Thanks for making all work so easily.

It was so easy to find and conveniently close-ish to AT&T park! The staff was super nice and it was so cheap, we just paid on line earlier that day, printed the confirmation, and had a great day in SF!

Went to see Wicked at the Orpheum, had to walk further than anticipated through a bad looking neighborhood but did not experience any problems. I would be scared to walk this part of town if I were alone. Covered parking with friendly guys working there who were very helpful with directions. Only has one entry way for coming and going. Very convenient and easily located.

The parking was fine and went smoothly. The problem I have with it would be the area, especially at night. Since we went to a matinee, the walk to the theatre was manageable. But at night, the seedy bars with loud drunks out front and way “too interesting” cast of characters in general, would be daunting to anyone with a date.

The location is most convenient to the Curran Theatre, Marines Memorial Theatre, Union Square, and other well known SF landmarks in that vicinity, all within a 5 minute walk. the attendant on duty was most courteous and helpful with information about how best to find local attractions. The drawback is, be prepared to navigate "tight quarters" getting into the garage.

The parking reservation is a good idea and the experience was positive in that I didn't have to worry about finding a space once I arrived in the city. The attendant was polite and helpful. I did have to pass through a rather seedy area to get to the Orpheum Theatre (about .5 miles) but no one bothered me (a woman alone). I don't think I would want to walk that area at night, however. The parking garage itself felt safe. All in all, convenient and problem free.

The parking garage was in a "seedy" area of town, which I was aware of. However, when I pulled into the garage and asked if I was in the correct location, the parking attendent was a little unclear. I thought I would be allowed to park my car myself. That was not the case. The attendent said to just leave the keys in the car which I wasn't real comfortable with.

Be sure you over-estimate your time of departure - I thought we'd be out by 8:30pm and when we arrived at the garage at 8:50pm we were charged an additional $4. The location was good and drop off/pick up were easy.

We were going to Wicked and the parking is about 6 blocks from there. That is not normally a hard walk but it is through a "seedy" part of town. I would recommend a taxi for sure on the way back when the show is over. It was only about $6.50 for the taxi ride to the lot from the theater. The parking attendant was helpful and recommended the taxi.

it was nice to know that I was going to have a guaranteed space when I got to the parking lot and did not have to worry about circling and looking for alternative parking lot. The attendants were congenial, parking lot was not too large so staff can easily monitor activity in the lot. It was also relatively close to the event.

All was good, though the entry ramp is "interesting" (abrupt and a bit narrow), but it works, and well too! It was helpful that previous reviewers mentioned that there is a HOURLY and a MONTHLY entrance side-by-side and that it is imperative that users enter the HOURLY (left) entrance. Finding the location on Geary was easy enoiugh. The walk to the theater was fine for us. We had matinee tickets. We found it important to walk west on Geary, then lest (downhill) on Hyde. We'd walked to the theater on Jones Street - a much less desirable place to be. Wouldn't want to walk either late night, but for daytime performances it all worked out well. The staff were professional and courteous, and the car was stored very securely in a brightly lite, guarded garage. Excellent!

The only thing that was a bit shady was the surrounding neighborhood on Hyde St. that we had to walk through to get to the Orpheum Theater, but being that the Ace Parking structure has no control over that, my parking experience was amazing for an amazing price.

It was great. Small parking structure, but for the price was phenominal as we had it for 8 1/2 hours for $14 when going rate was $5.00 per hour or $25 for the day. Walking distance to the theatre was about 4 1/2 blocks so had access to multiple eateries, short walk to theatre and no driving in circles looking for a parking lot with space available. Mapquest the directions and it was smooth in and out.

There are 2 entrances under the big PARKING sign and no indication of which one to use. A Parkwhiz sign would be useful.Fortunately I guessed right because otherwise it looked like it would have been difficult to extricate myself. Other than that, it was good to know that I had a guaranteed spot and the check in experience was simple and speedy.
