• The attendants were great and it was in a nice area.

• Good: Traffic was light (far enough from PacBell Park), space was covered and secure, the attendant was friendly and helpful. Value was okay, still cheaper than street level, open air lots. Bad: Tough to figure out how to get into the lot for the first timer (you need to wave down the receptionist/guard in the building lobby, then drive around the building), a bit of a walk if a member of your group is not too spry.

• I would recommend it as long as someone from their staff is available to conduct business. The parking location is perfect.

• I was a little worried when i came back and the gate was closed, but the security guard was nice and knew the drill.

• BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT IT WAS REALLY CONFUSING TO FIND, and hard to distinguish which floor was the third floor....I drove up three times, and thought it was the third floor..I didnt want to get towed!! Please make this clear for future reference for others!!
