"Already recommended Park Whiz to several people at my appt. yesterday as well as people at work."
"We needed to fnd parkng for a postseason afternoon Giants game starting at 1:05 pm. Parking rate purchased through ParkWhis was more favorable than many lots nearby. While the nearby Courtyard Marriott was priced at a similar rate ($30.00), an outside lot just down the block was charging $80.00. Upon entry, i showed my pre-prnted invoice to the attendant, who issued me a coded ticket stub. Since the game lasted into the 10th inning, and the pre-paid parking duration was listed as 12noon-5pm, we did not make it back to the car (speed walking) until a few minutes before 5pm. We also had to walk up the interior car ramps to reach our car, as the pedestrian egress stairwell door was locked and inaccessible. This was potentially dangerous for any pedestrian due to the narrow ramp widths. When exiting the garage, the automatic ticket swipe machine stated that we owed $32.00. Fortunately, an attendant was nearby and remedied the situation, allowing us to exit freely for the original pre-paid amount of $30.00. For regular season games at A.T.&T. Park, there are much closer parking options with secure, inside parking priced in the 25.00-30.00 range. However, those same garage owners act like jackals during the postseason and raise their parking fees up to ridiculously greedy levels. Ace Garage at 55 Hawthorne offers an excellnt alternative to those "garages of greed" via ParkWhiz."
"The attendants were great and it was in a nice area."
"Good: Traffic was light (far enough from PacBell Park), space was covered and secure, the attendant was friendly and helpful. Value was okay, still cheaper than street level, open air lots. Bad: Tough to figure out how to get into the lot for the first timer (you need to wave down the receptionist/guard in the building lobby, then drive around the building), a bit of a walk if a member of your group is not too spry."
"I would recommend it as long as someone from their staff is available to conduct business. The parking location is perfect."
"I was a little worried when i came back and the gate was closed, but the security guard was nice and knew the drill."
