It was fine, except took a while to get out, but it was tolerable.
-
The entire experience was slick & trouble free; from making the reservation online to parking the care in lot A at AT&T park (an upgrade since the lot at Pier 30 was being renovated. Eric is to be singled out for his personal attention to a question I had.
-
You have the nicest people working there. It is SO NICE to deal with people who actually care about other people. They were really nice to us, THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

I would recommend this parking lot with the following warning. Plan your exit destination route from the lot by turning right on Embarcadero instead of crossing Embarcadero to Bryant. The programming of the stop lights at the Embarcadero/Bryant intersection and following intersections on Bryant is such that even on flashing orange or green very few if any vehicles can exit the lot at a time by crossing Embarcadero to Bryant and the same goes for the intersections in continuing up Bryant.

No attendant on site at 3:00 pm.
-
Convenient, in and out over the bay bridge.
-
Reservations, dkrectios, location were great. See you again.
-
great parking, great views, and an easy walk to the ball park
-
Best parking for the price...it was perfect.
-
We had never driven to AT&T park before, it was easy to find. Close to the park easy on to the fwy. I would do it again and I have already let my friend & family now how easy it was.
-
Easy access, nice walk to the park. After the game, it was very easy to get out and leave, unlike trying to get out of the parking garages near the park. 100% love this parking spot.
-
Yes, parking was good.
-
Perfect parking spot. A short walk to at&t park. There's a portapotty!
-
Good but the attendants could be a little more friendly
-
Yes, I would park here again: polite, welcoming, efficient. They would fit more cars if parking was directed, rather than 'park anywhere', but we felt well treated.
-
Good flat ground with parking attendants on duty who parked everyone with ease.
-
Big spacious lot available. Open til late with attendant at arrival. Fairly easy access to east bay. If you don't get right out at end of game spend some time eating or sight seeing because it could be awhile getting out of parking lot. It's an easy walk to ball park.
-
Parking was organized and space was available. Reasonable walking distance to the Ferry Building and AT&T Park.
-
It was really easy to park, my only problem was that I couldn't find the shuttle to get to the park.
-
Worked out Great!
-
Great location , easy access, perfect location to get on to I-80, secure location
-
This was the best parking experience I've had for AT&T park. It's ideal for getting to the bay bridge. And the food at nearby Reds Java House was great!
-
Easy access and plenty of parking. I would park here again though for the ease of getting from/to the Bay bridge.
-
Good parking ,short walk. Could have had all the gates open for the cars when leaving.
-
Easy walking.
-
Easy in, good location. However, it would be really helpful to have someone directing exiting traffic to easy the congetion getting out. Thanks.
-
easy to find, easy to get out to the freeway.
-
Great location for AT&T Park. Make sure you get there early so as to avoid the large pedestrian crowds walking along the sidewalk from the Ferry Building and BART station area and the long lines of cars going north along the Embarcadero.
-
We got to the lot about three hours before game time and got in and to a space without any delay. Great location near cafes and AT&T Park. No problem after the game as we stopped by Pier 40 for a 45 minute burger and beer stop. By that time the sidewalks were pretty clear of pedestrian so exiting was a snap.
-
It was just fine....car was safe and it was convenient....
-
It was easy to get to from the freeway and there was plenty of parking
-
Great parking lot. Easy in and easy out.
-
Access to the lot was very easy. The lot is an easy walk to AT&T Park. There were lot attendants who were very visible both when we arrived and when we left the lot after the game at about 9:30.I liked that. Highly recommend this lot.
-
Easy in and out. Nice walk to the ball park.
-
The lot needs a bigger, more clearly marked sign. We had a little trouble finding it.
-
It was hassle free. Coming from Sacramento and having the spot reserved was worth the price. Plus the walk is about 3 blocks. Will do it again.
-
Not to far from the ball park, and free shuttle with tip.
-
Plenty of parking. Quick access to freeway. Helpful staff.
-
I found this to be a great parking spot and the walk to AT&T was enjoyable with all the eateries nearby. The biggest problem is exiting after the game as pedestrians don't stop for the cars leaving when the stop light turns green or blinking yellow for those driving out of the lot. We had to nudge our way out onto the Embarcadero and could only continue when a pedestrian held back the crowd coming from the direction of the stadium. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lot.
-
The location is very handy. The price seems a bit high. The woman who greeted us wasn't very friendly and the guy moving cones around seemed to have no logical system and only made it more difficult for us to park quickly. Thanks for asking for feedback!
-
Excellent and Convienant
-
It was easy to get in to park before the game but leaving after was a little problematic. The signal leading out of the lot was only green for a very short time making it challenging to get out. However, overall it was a very good experience.
-
Easy in and out to the Bay Bridge. Easy to park. No problems.
-
Easy to get to off of Bay Bridge. Not bad to get out of, if you wait just a little while before exiting. You know, just those irritating stick figures walking by, not caring for the cars leaving. Not bad. I would recommend the parking facility.
-
Easy to get to and leave after the game. We'll use this lot again!
-
Lots of parking was available when we got there. Easy walk to AT&T park. Difficult to get out of the parking lot because of the stream of humanity that does not stop for cars!
-
Easy ingress and egress, freeway accessibility very user friendly, short walk to AT&T, great value
-
Location and price were ideal.
-
Very convenient. The coffee house is an added plus while waiting for traffic to clear.
-
Very easy to get into and not too long of a wait to get out. Very easy freeway access leaving.
-
It was great, with easy in and out.
-
Great location and price. Ample room to park and leave the lot. Will continue to be a customer in the future.
-
Easy in and out after the Giants game.
-
Parking facility was fine. Although difficult ingress/egress due to SF setting, the facility was convenient and accessible. Thank you.
-
The parking lot at Pier 30 is very convenient and an easy walk to the ballpark.
-
Yes, that was perfect parking for game!
-
Great location, nice walk to and from the ball park, have and will recommend to friends.
-
Excellent place to park!
-
easy on and off the bridge.
-
Convenient, close, and easy access to the freeway.
-
No problems. Easy access to Bay Bridge at end of game.
-
Easy to get to...easy to get out after a short delay driving through the pedestrian traffic at the gate...easy access back onto the Bay Bridge...should have gate attendants direct exiting traffic...would be faster getting out...other than that would recommend this location to Giants fans.
-
The shuttle was convienently located and the driver was very pleasant.
-
Parking was perfect. Rather jammed getting out of the lot and was thankful I'd parked at the front. But otherwise very convenient.
-
Parking was excellent and easy to get to.
-
Parking was excellent and easy to get to.
-
Parking was excellent and easy to get to.
-
Close to the ballpark, but it took forever to get out. I might think of parking where I can easily get out next time.
-
At exit time, horrible traffic clot at only gate. Tons of staff at entry time to collect money, nobody around at the end to direct traffice.
-
Convenient to AT&T park, easy in and out ahead of the crowd!
-
.
-
It was good. Thank you. Will use it again.
-
easy
-
Parking was fine. The nice walk to AT&T took about 10 minutes. Getting out of the parking area after the game took 40 minutes, because there was only one exit. The parking lot needs one or two more exits.
-
Parking attendant was very helpful and let me park, temporarily, near the rest room. Very appreciated.
-
nada all good
-
Parking was great as it was an easy walk to the ballpark.
-
I had to bail out at the last minute due to illness, however, the convenience of making reservations and the location of the lot will make it easier to find parking for future games if needed. Thank you.
-
Loved that it was close to Red's Java House!!
-
Pros: Convenient, easy to find from freeway, easy walk to ball park Cons: exiting the lot is slow, but to be expected
-
Awesome parking for the game... employees were nice, it was close to the stadium and I never really felt worried about my car. I would definitely park here again.
-
Good and close, very easy walk to the ballpark
-
Parking was great. Very convenient to AT&T Park. The only problem is that the traffic light exiting the parking lot stays red so long and green such a short time, that it takes a very long time for cars to leave the lot.
-
IT was close to ATT park, just ten minutes of hoofing it. I would easily do it again.
-
Great location and easy in and out.
-
It was convenient, easy to get into and out of, close to the park. Would use this facility again. Also close to restaurants should you like to eat before the game.
-
No complaints, lots of space and it was nice to know I would have a spot waiting for me.
-
Great location with easy Interstate 80 access. Made for a quick and easy getway after the event.
-
Nothing bad. Location was great. Easy to get to it, even easier to get out. Within walking distance to AT&T Park.
-
Having reservations took the stress out of having to find a place to park. Easy access, close to ballpark and restaurants, great experience.
-
We had a wonderful experience. We made our reservations the day of the event we were attending (Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl which sold out). We arrived and had no hassles getting a spot. I would recommend this service and will most likely use it again myself.
-
Very easy to find. Attendants very helpful. Close to AT & T.
-
I was a bit apprehensive because I had never used ParkWhiz before, but I picked a convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the ballpark. The price was reasonable, all things considered. I had some difficulty getting out of the lot after the game, but I'm sure that happened everywhere.
-
Very convenient! Great place to park!
Surface lot on a Pier. Close to Bay Bridge access. Very convenient for East Bay fans!
Vehicle height restriction: 72 inches
Managed by Impark (SF). This location is a commercial parking lot.
Pier 30 is located on the Embarcadero at Bryant Street intersection. Look for "Red's Java House" next to the main entrance. This surface lot is 4.5 blocks from AT&T Park.
