Across the street from AT&T Park. More expensive than another Park Whiz garage (Townsend) where we usually park, but it stays open longer after the game. Fireworks night.
-
Clean, safe/secure. Easy to get in and out of the Park.
-
SO easy! Attendant was helpful & friendly. Easy in, then just across the street to the ballpark. Easy out after the game as you're so close. The spots at 90-degree angle are tough to get into, as everything is so compact underground.
-
Directly across the street from ballpark!!
-
but I taught reserved parking meant park on the easy access area, not go find your own spot, that was the one thing I was confused about, please let me know how is supposted to be. thanks
-
it was very close but the spaces are a little tight. Still, it was nice to have a reserved spot.
-
It's great to know you have a guaranteed spot. This is the absolute easiest parking both for getting in and out. You get on the freeway way before anyone in the Giant's lots!
-
Perfect location to stadium and easy walk and easy leaving lot.
-
I arrived late, but had no problems entering with my pass. The staff helped me find the one remaining spot in the garage. We've used this garage several times for Giant's games, and have always been pleased.
-
Very close to AT&T park.
-
easy access to park. quick in and out
-
Expensive but easy in and out.
-
good
-
Great to be across from the ballpark. Easy in and easy out.
-
easy in and easy out, best parking in area, even better than lot a
-
Friendly staff, awesome location .
-
The location is great
-
Easy in and out. Clsoest possible location to ATT.
-
Great location for Giants games, parking garage feels small and gets crowded for games. But easy with valet parking and quick exit towards freeway, this is the best parking location to avoid traffic.
-
Great!
-
They were great
-
Sooo close to AT&T. In and out inspite of Game 2 victory!
-
This place has a "dynamic" pricing, which means as it gets closer to the ballgame time, the price goes up. Still the most convenient place to park to get on the freeway.
-
easy in an out.... location excellent...I I wish it would have opened earlier!
-
Best place to park for easy access into and out of the ball park.
-
It was very Handicap accessible. Thanks.
-
The location is just across the street from AT&T Park. Beat everyone out and onto the freeway. Easiest parking we have found when going to the Giants game. We will return.
-
Parking and exiting is so easy!
-
The parking is so convenient and the staff are very courteous; the price is steep, so my friends call me "princess" for selecting you every time I drive to the games from San Jose, CA.
-
Great service, polite and helpful staff. I will never park anywhere else when I attend a game.
-
Attendents were very helpful.
-
Fast easy parking and access to the ball park. Also a bit cheaper than not reserving ahead of time. Super easy in and out. I will do this again for the next game.
-
Friendly staff, I had a pickup and they found me a spot that did not ding my doors. Great and close to stadium. Thank You!
-
It's a great spot and I will recommend it... BUT... I got there early 4 hrs before game time and it wasn't open yet, couldn't get in. I know the time of opening was 3 hrs before game time. We were early because we thought we would have lunch and watch the 49rs then giants at 5...... anyway.. we didn't use your facility. Parked somewhere else.
-
Very easy, but need more signage for exits
-
Great parking but tight spaces. For me, I was thankful for the convenience of being right across from the ballpark. At this time I have a knee injury, which makes it difficult to walk any distance. Thank you for the convenience, Gary
-
It was Great we parked across the street from the ball park. Very convenient. Thx.
-
It was very convenient to AT&T Park. We got in and out very quickly and it was extremely clean and well-maintained.
-
It was fabulous!
-
Great location! Steps to the ballpark, professional staff, easy in and out. Stalls are a little tight but we were able to get our full size SUV parked without too much trouble. Would definitely park here again and recommend to anyone.
-
Unfortunately we didn't use our parking reservation after all. Along with our free tickets we got from a friend who couldn't use them, we also got free parking in Lot A. But I would still recommend you. Placing our reserved parking at the last minute was quick and easy. I plan on parking at China Basin the next time I drive up to a game.
-
Coming from the middle of nowhere, valet parking was an excellent experience. I am sure city folk are numb to the feeling of gratification when your receptionist says, "follow me", and runs off down the entrance like some sub terrainian Les Schwab employee. After sitting in mind numbing and soul crushing traffic, it was a relief to be greeted in such a fashion. Hell yes, I would recommend the China basin parking garage! After the game, the gal at the C14 attendant bunker made us laugh with an underground humorous repartiee. You have good employees at that location, and you can let them know that Garth Chain from Shady Cove Oregon thinks as much, and appreciates their attitude in dealing with my family. I am sure they do the same with all your customers. Garth
-
Close to the ballpark; a bit confusing becaue it was SO crowded
-
Great place to park when going to AT&T. Most important reserve online. Much cheaper!
-
The "exit strategy" was not so well explained.
-
A little hard to find, at least until I read the confirmation letter more closely and figured out exactly where Berry Street was (1st time there). But great location and though expensive, not that much more so than other transit means for an outing by a family. I'd recommend it to others for sure.
-
Nice and simple setup. Will use again. Thx.
-
Entry was quick and without delay. Only issue is gates and garage was locked after returning to vehicle at 6:00 pm. Had to find a side entrance loading dock area to get in. Thought the place was closed and our vhicle was locked in for the night. Helpful if attendent at entry point would provide a "flyer" indicating ENTRY POINTS AND PROCEDURES FOR EXITING THE BUILDING WITH CODE CARD.
-
Excellent service, very helpful friendly staff. Thank you!
-
Very convenient for ballgame - easy arrival and exit. Employees were very friendly and helpful.
-
My daughter had a bit of trouble finding the entrance, but once she did, it was excellent. She appreciated how secure it was and that it was only a couple of steps to the ball park. We will definately use your service again.
-
Access to AT&T Park was excellent and efficient entry and departure.
-
Liked the valet service
-
It was convenient, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I really like the ability to reserve a spot at a specific location before getting to the City. The Valet service was great! It was the first time I had been there. I would suggest a little clearer signage and directions. I didn't realize the entrance was not on Berry. Walking back to the lot was a little bit of an adventure. It was not clear where to enter the lot. Now that I know these things I will definitely park here again. Go Giants!
-
Very Good. Easy to get into and quick and easy to get out of. Saved a lot of time.
-
Easy in and out. Literally right across street from AT&T Park.
-
Parking was right across from AT&T park, nice and close for the game if you are not disabled. Unfortunately, I was not able to park in a handicapped space even though my placard was clearly visible to attendants. At night, after the game, the third street elevator was gated off and the only entrance for handicapped was clearly around the other side of the building. We hand to very slowly, with canes, walk down the driveway entrance into the garage. To far to walk since our car was not to far in the third street entrance. Good parking for my friends, but not for myself or the disabled.
-
I would definitely park here again. Very convenient and the valet staff was great. Directly across the street from AT&T park can't get any better
-
Can't beat the location. Right across the street. All employees very helpful
-
Used this service at the last minute while stuck in game day traffic! Parking was right next to the ball park and very easy to get to. Used the mobile ticket ... Worked perfectly
-
Attendant very good
-
All good! Perfect location for AT&T park. Organized entry and exit. Called ahead to make sure I was going to the right place, and phone attendant was extremely helpful.
-
It is the definitely the way to go! Very profession, efficient service. Definitely worth the money!
-
I chose this parking site because my daughter and I were attending a night game. We had a two-hour drive each way, and I didn't want to end up parked in some unsafe hinterlands. (As it turned out, the game went into extra innings, so safety was even more of a concern.) Very convenient and the staff was nice. I do wish they'd told us ahead of time that the only way to get back to our car late was through the garage ramp. But we figured it out.
-
First time parking at 185 Berry St Lot. Wife and I will use this lot every event in the future. 2 Minute walk to get inside the gates. Great spot for older and younger alike. Gary
-
This is by far the best parking lot location for games at AT&T. You walk out and it's right across the street. Thsi is going to be my permannent parking lot from here on out.
-
We got there later and they took care of my car with great care.
-
Really appreciated the angled parking spaces for my full size SUV. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Price is a little steep, but it was worth it.
-
Great place to park for Giants, Ordered online and saved $20. Parking expensive but sure is nice to be able to show up close to game time and leave pretty quickly. Very safe!
-
Worked just the way it should.
-
Great access to the ball park, we plan on using it again!!
-
It was right across the street from AT&T Park. Great location, very convenient!
-
Easy access and parking attendant was really helpful
-
It was easy to find and you couldn't get any closer to the stadium. Loved it!!!!
-
just recovering from a hip operation parking was close, clean and safe.
-
Very convenient!
-
Attendants were great!
-
Awesome
-
The ease of being able to purchase online is a wonderful feature, especially on that particular Thursday. The staff is courteous, the location is excellent value for the proximity to AT&T Ballpark. I will definitely use your service the next time I go to the ballpark or the general area.
-
quick and ez i will us you again next time i go to the giants game.
-
Everything was good
-
Great parking. Right across from the park. Running late to game. Reserve parking here puts you back on time. Nice !!!
-
Close to AT&T Ballpark. Easy to find. VERY easy to exit. The only bad is this is a very tight spaced area. Don't bring your Suburbans or Tahoes.
-
Helpful attendants. Clean. Very close to AT&T park.
-
Easy in and out and a great spot next to AT&T park. Couldn't have been any better than this spot.
-
Well worth the cost. Right across the street. Easy in and easy out. Made for a great experience.
-
Very convenient. Right accross the street from the ballpark.
-
Pre-paying made it easy. The locale was perfect. We just had to walk across the street and we were in the ballpark. The attendants were all friendly and helpful. A great experience. Thanks.
-
nice, glad it fit our full size Tahoe with a 4 inch lift
-
easy parking, clean, close to venue, organized, A+
-
Easy to locate and park. Not so easy to get out, but not bad.
-
Attendents were great, I would use the service again.
-
The facility was so convenient and the staff is really helpful on site and on the phone. I highly recommend Ace Parking.
-
Your people were very polite and helpful
-
It was perfect but tiny spaces and so I am glad we drove the Mini!
-
very close and easy to use..
-
quick in and out, close to park and no dust or mud to trudge through
-
Great place to park! Have been using 185 Berry St & 153 Townsend St for years and both are directly across the street from the ball park. Just reserve early to get the great prices. Berry allows a 3 hour window after the game, which is great for catching a bite to eat.
-
Easy in, easy out! Great location. Easy to secure advanced parking on line!
-
Great and secure place to park my car.
-
Very convenient - right across from ballpark. We parked there for three nights.
-
Perfect if going to Giant's game.
-
Great location, literally smack dab across the street from AT&T park. I'd say the most you'd have to walk if you got stuck parking on the back of the lot is approx 100 yards. I was carrying my daughter and it worked out just fine. If you have an SUV prepare to be charged $10 extra greenbacks, but you'll get even better parking, almost an upgrade imo. Only drawback i noticed on the way out is that there were some cars parked behind others, which i suspect means you have to ask an attendant to move the vehicle, so you might experience an extra wait, but nothing i would be too concerned about. If you plan to leave before the end of the game, just tell the parking attendants, i'm sure they will work with you. Last note, this is an underground garage and space is tight, so if your nervous driving in tight quarters, your better off parking in the main lots. All that said i would give these people 5 stars.
-
Just that it worked well...
-
Location!! Great attendants!!
-
Easy to find. Right across the street from the park. A little spendy, but worth it. Easy to get out and back to the freeway. Spots are small and some are tough to get in/out of.
-
So convenient to AT&T park.
-
Great location to the ball park. The only real draw back was the narrow spaces. It was kind of tough parking our van in there.
-
A great experience! Easy to find, right acrs from AT&T park. plenty of spaces!
-
It was easy to enter, to exit, and get to the ball park. Great experience
-
All great!
-
Love it it's a safe great place to park
-
its a great safe place to park
-
Everything about the experience. A good value for the money.
-
Great place to park right across the street from the ball park. At bit confusing when leaving and trying to get to the Bay Bridge, however. Would park there again especially if I was with people who do not like to walk in crowds or walk very far to and from the game.
-
It was very close to the park.
-
This is a great place to park your car. Easy access to AT&T Park.
-
Short distance to park. We had a senior citizen (94 years young) attending her first Giants game. She was limited to walking distance. Parking was easy. Leaving the lot there was a delay. But over all I would use it again.
-
There could be a little better explanation about how to get back into the garage. You can't get back into the courtyard area because it is locked and you have to go down the ramp. Maybe there was another way around the side of the building but in any event none of that was really clear, you just had to ask of follow other folks.
-
Totally awesome. I would recommend to all. Easy to get in and out. Right across the street from the park.
-
The parking was good seemed very tight but I guess you want to get as many cars in as possible. The only issue we had was even after showing our handicap plate we were told to find parking where we could. I was disappointed with that. Long walks are hard for us.
-
This was an absolutely seamless experience. This was the first time I'd used this lot, and the attendants were very prompt and helpful. It was an easy in and easy out experience. Probably saved us an hour's time. Thanks!
-
Great experience. Easiest parking I have ever had at AT&T park :)
-
The parking was easy in and easy out and hassle-free. Spaces are cramped and somewhat difficult to maneuver into and out. Recommend a small vehicle. Full-size car is almost too large.
-
All was good - just a little difficult to get to - very convenient, and attendant was there and helpful several hours after the game!
-
Very good experience. Easy to get to the garage, park, and get out. Perfect location.
-
Parking here was as easy and painless as it gets. Going forward I will do all my event parking for AT&T at this location. Thanks guys
-
Access to the garage was easy off of 3rd Street. It's proximity to AT&T Park couldn't have been better. Getting out of the garage was a slow process. Also, as a first time user of the garage, once I got out I had no idea of what street I exited onto and no clue of how to get to the Bay Bridge. It would have been very helpful to have directions to the Bay Bridge and other major freeways available on the web site.
-
It was very convenient! I pulled up handed them my reservation and receipt of payment parked within seconds : ) Very Happy!
-
Very convient and easy in and out.
-
A little tight. Sardines. Great for small cars
-
Good is very close location to AT&T Park. Bad is that it's a little hard to find the entrance - not on Berry Street you need to go around the corner. Also not quite clear where you go when you drive out - to the cashier or not? The attendant could have cleared that up by simply saying "don't go to the cashier, just scan your receipt at the exit". We bet on that and it worked but it was a little stressful.
-
Easy in although the entrance is off of 3rd St. and not Berry...slightly confusing.
-
It was so very convenient to park. Took a little to get out of there, though. But over all a very nice place to park.
-
The website information says that the lot is open until 3 hours after the event. We were planning to go out to dinner after the game with friends. So I asked about this and the first attendant said they were only open until 1 hour after the game. Later I found out from a different attendant that we could enter where security is at the building and get access later. So, bottom line a little lack ok of communication.
-
Convenience
-
Perfect. I knew we would arrive late for the game. This proved a great option that allowed us to still see the first pitch!
-
Most convenient location for the ballpark, if going back south on 280. Problem with this parking is that the prices change during the day (if you don't use the pre-reservation) so you don't know if you're paying less or more than the price you might get if you gamble and don't pre-reserve.
-
The online booking was a breeze...Very good experience....The parking is 100 feet from the entrance to the stadium. Very well run and organized...good security...we got out quickly after a sold out Giants game in 5 minutes...easy freeway access....overall a great...from booking to parking. Highly recommended! Mark Denham, CEO Ergo Office seating
-
The parking facility Ace Parking was so easy to find and really close to the AT&T Stadium. The only thing we did not know was that the walking area on top near the businesses closed by the time the game was over. Not a problem, we just followed the crowd to the car entrance to reach our car. Overall experience was great. I recommend this parking facility especially to see the SF Giants games.
-
Arrival was good - car was valet parked. Upon return however we were told we had to go get our car which was parked in a really tight spot and we had trouble backing it out. If it is valet parking, shouldn't they have unparked our car and brought it to us?
-
Your staff was very helpful in getting in and out of the facility. The only problem I had was trying to find the entrance at your posted address 185 Berry St. Entrance actually on 3rd. it would have been nice to know this in advance.
-
Will park there again. Well worth the money.
-
Easy to find and drive in, disabled parking was right by the elevator. Helpful staff on exit and return. For the ballpark this is perfect. A large vehicle might have difficulty making turns between the columns, it was tight for a Toyota sedan.
-
This was the best parking experience I have had at a Giants game. It only took 10 minutes to get to our car and on to the freeway once the game was over.
-
Parking was easy and extremely close (right across the street) to the ball park. With the close proximity also comes the headache of leaving once the game is over. It took an hour to get out of the parking garage after the game.
-
Within walking distance (in heels!) to park. Only draw back are the small spaces. Very difficult to find a space if you have a standard SUV.
-
Couldn't have been easier or a more efficient in and out of AT&T Park!
-
Can't get any closer to AT&T and with a wheelchair for my dad it was perfect.
-
Very convenient location and clean facility. Would recommend to friends and family
-
Absolutely !!!! Since finding this location a couple of years ago it's the only place I park. It's safe, secure with easy in and out. Couldn't be happier and tell all my friends about it. Thanks, Linda
-
Safe, secure, clean, well lit, courteous staff, easy in and out.
-
Good location, big spaces but narrow driveways and tight turns. Web site should give the street address of the entrance for those of us using GPS. The entrance is not on Berry St.
-
perfect. exactly as described. thanks!
-
We had to make a couple of trips around the block because we weren't able to find the address of 185 Berry Street. The entrance to the garage is on King Street directly across from the park. The garage needs more ventilation to take out the exhaust from the vehicles leaving, it took almost 45 minutes to get to the street level.
-
everything was easy--in and out--made going to the game easy and refreshing--on top of it we Won!
-
Very convenient location! I hope to use his parking location again in the future. I highly recommend the china basin parking location!
-
Very convenient. It was a little confusing finding the entrance as it is not at 185 Berry but on 3rd Street.
-
Very close.
-
I use this garage for work and just used it for the Giants game. As usual, a great experience!
-
Easy in and out. The one proviso is the width of the driving lanes and parking spaces in the rear half of the building: very tight. If you drive an SUV like I did, or a full-size auto, you will have your work cut out for you.
-
Once again another smooth and covenient experience. Will continue using and recommending Ace Parking Thank you for making the experience an enjoyable one !
-
This is my second feedback note and I just wanted to add that I have and will continue to recommend ParkWhz/Ace Parking!
-
We love parking at China Basin as it is so close to ATT park. However, make sure you tell them you want your car locked up or they might leave keys in car. Price was 11.50 less than what they were charging when we got there.
-
Good location. Nice parking attendants.
-
No valet parking required was good this time around. Best parking for the ballpark!
-
PERFECT AND PROFESSIONAL!!
-
We do NOT like valet parking. When crowded, they will try to make you valet park. It should be disclosed that that could happen.
-
Ace Parking at 185 Berry St was very convenient for Giant's fans, located just across the street from the ballpark. They offer free valet parking, and had plenty of handicap parking spaces. The cost for a reservation was $8 above the posted rate, and worth every penny to guarantee a parking space across the street from AT&T Park. I'll be back. Marty Esposito
-
Very convenient ... quick access to the ballpark and very quick to exit after the game. Was on the freeway within a few minutes after the game!
-
It was awsome last night
-
Just fine!
-
Best Parking in SF. You pull in give them your car walk across the street and you are at ATT Park. The game over you walk across the street pick up your car and away you go.I had no wait for my car after a Giants playoff game. I will be back.
-
Where I always park and awsome getting out after the game....pop right back to the freeway to Los Altos!
-
The attendants can be domineering and try to make you park where you don't want to while allowing others to park wherever they want. Also coming in at the last minute appears to get you a better parking spot just because they try to fill the ones deep inside the lot first. Otherwise, best place to park for ballgames, although price steeper than those further away.
-
Hi, This is the second time I made reservations with you guys. (It was fr the Saturday Game at AT and T Park) We love the convenience.
-
Very convenient, directly across from the park, and it was great to be able to pay on line and have a spot reserved. I will do this again.
-
We parked at China Basin and found it quite convenient. It's right across from the ball park. The park was a sell-out so getting out of the parking garage took a VERY long time. Nearly an our. Other than that and paying nearly forty dollars for the privilege of that convenience, it was good. I'd do it again.
-
Right across the street so very easy. Nice staff. Very easy.
-
Attendant very helpful. Parking facility was very clean, safe & secure. Literally across the street from the ballpark. Not cheap, but in line with other rates in the area.
-
You can't get much better than right across the street from the entrance to a great ballpark in a beautiful city. Thanks for making our night to see Sir Paul McCartney that much easier!
-
Quick in and Quick out. The staff were a little 'stressed'.
-
Pre-paying for parking was the best idea we had all day! We did it online about 30 minutes before we left our house in the East Bay, printed the reservation and were on our way. We got there early because we thought parking would still be a challenge, but it was fast and efficient. And it was just as easy to get out of there as it was to get our parking space. Because it's right across from AT&T Park where we were going, we didn't have a long walk or have to wade through a lot of people. I came home and told my husband I will now do this every time we go to AT&T.
-
Very quick. Helpful attendants. Nice and easy and I will use again
-
If you have to rush to ATT park for any big event, there's a NO fuzz, NO muss parking at Ace Parking! Had a good time in, got out in time too...
-
It was fast to get out of town! Better than the traffic jam in the dirt park, and the price is perfect. We would not pay anymore, so don't raise it please.
-
The attendants didn't seem to have good communication with one another, as the attendant at the entrance processed our paperwork and directed us to the next attendant, who was supposed to give us a specific parking place. Instead, however, the next attendant just waved us on to fend for ourselves in a garage that wasn't easily navigated. Still, the location was great (literally right across the street from the O'Doul's entrance to AT&T Park, and we were able to leave after the show and get onto the freeway in about 20 minutes. Very much worth the cost!
-
Very convenient to AT&T Park, a bit pricey, but that's how it is in SF. Friendly staff.
-
THE ATTENDANTS WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THERE WAS NO QUESTION WHEN WE ARRIVED AS TO WHERE WE WERE TO PARK... CLOSE BY! IT TOOK QUIT A WHILE TO GET OUT OF THE LOT, BUT WITH THE CROWDS AFTER THE CONCERT IT WAS EXPECTED.
-
We made our reservation via iPad 3G while caught in traffic. We weren't able to print it from the car, but the attendant was very polite, and read our code right from the iPad. Maybe you could offer a method to scan a phone or iPad, etc, and not need to print at all
-
Location to the park. We were out and on the freeway in less than 5 minutes.
-
Location to AT&T Park is fabulous, right across the street, but we exited a different gate than went in, so got a little confused about where the parking was. Make sure you know exactly where the parking is. Directions to return to the car were a little confusing. We were told to return to C14, but not where to walk to get there. We had to walk where the cars were exiting, so better return directions would be good. I would park here again, just because of the location.
-
This service made our evening at the Paul McCartney concert so much more relaxed and enjoyable. It was extremely convenient, the staff were very courteous, and our car was easy to access when time to leave. The location meant that we didn't have to spend an extra hour or so getting from and to our car before and after the concert. We'd definitely use this service again.
-
This was the first time we used ParkWhiz to reserve a spot and this parking facility experience turned out to be quite good. The staff were courteous, we were personally directed to the drop point, the car was valeted, and on return we were directed to our car's exact location without having to search the lot. A huge plus was a clean bathroom facility located on the premises. I can also add that the presence of Security in the building was evident and they, too, were courteous and helpful. (We had been sitting in Paul McCartney traffic for an eternity, so this was an important amenity as we were next preparing to stand in line to get into ATT&T Park) We would recommend two additions to your website through the ParkWhiz service. When leaving the parking garage tell users to either bring a GPS device or offer a map of the immediate area, or offer on line directions in advance on how to leave the area on the backside of AT&T Park. There are thousands of cars headed for home, in the dark, after lots of revely on roads different than those on which they arrived. AND, the actual entrance is on Third right as you come around the corner OFF Berry, not on Berry as the address would have you believe. We will use your parking facility and this website again! Thanks.
-
Attendants were very professional and feiendly. Garage was right next to ATT park.
-
Fast, close yo venue, helpful attendants. Would do this again for any game or event. Took the worry out of parking.
-
Awesome - saves time and we got a GREAT reserved spot.
-
Convenience to the venue and a very helpful and nice staff.
-
Perfect access to AT&T Park. Do not try to park a really big car unless you are confident you can move it around in small spaces.
-
The facility was easy to get to. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Be prepared to be patient at the end of a venue at AT&T Park. You will need to wait your turn to leave, it can be slow going.
-
Great location ... tight parking spaces ... easy out
-
fine
Less than 100 feet from the entrances of AT&T Park, we are the closest parking lot you can find for San Francisco Giants games. Park your car at our indoor, valet garage and you'll literally be in your seats watching the first pitch in a matter of moments!
Vehicle height restriction: 84 inches
Managed by Ace Parking. This location is a commercial parking garage.
The entrance to this garage is on 3rd St. Proceed to the end of Berry St and make a right. The garage entrance will be on your right.
