The parking and attendant were fine, except that the garage closed before the show was over, so I had to leave the show and come back, pretty inconvenient. Luckily the venue was nice about it and let me back in.

Pretty smooth in and out, quick and friendly service. My only suggestion would be to allow stairwell access to the valet kiosk (currently, they let you go down but not up). We had to walk up the car ramp entrance, which is tight and a blind turn for exiting cars. Walking up it felt a little unsafe.

I felt secure knowing that I had a reserved parking space. I was pleased once again with this parking lot and will continue to use it whenever I am in the area. It is covered and secure. I would recommend it. It is also in a very popular area (Nob Hill).

The ParkWhiz system is great and made reserving a parking space for a 3-day weekend very easy.

For some reason I had a difficult time reserving. It kept telling me there were no availble spots but I persisted and won out. It's very convenient but a bit pricey for overnight guests of the building residents. It would be very considerate if there was a special rate in these cases.

My car was safe and sound while I enjoyed myself the week of August 11 through August 17, 2011. I would highly recommend using this facility for their low rates and safety factors. If you plan on being in the heart of San Fransisco's beatiful city it is truely worth the $90.00 for parking and taking cabs, trolly or simply walking anywhere you need to go! Absolutly a great decission and freedom from worrying about tickets or spending hours looking for parking when you could be playing! Thanks, we'll see you again!

Easy drop off and pick up. Would definitely recommend making reservations. Event parking was completely full and Ace was just a block away, with easy access and valet parking.

I will definetely park my car here again. Easy to find, safe and secure location. Parking attendants very nice and helpful. Price was spot on, too, compared to paying what the hotel I was staying at wanted.

Very efficient and polite attendants. I would like to be able to access my car before 8am on weekends occasionally and this doesn't seem an option? Not a complaint just an observation to share.

Very friendly staff- were friends by second day. Very easy to park. Location on side street makes it safe and less congested access. Would use again for sure. Website is more confusing than needs to be.

Reserved a spot here for a Concert at the Masonic Center and the walk there was a easy 10 minute walk (going to the masonic slight uphill walk) returning after the concert was a really easy walk back (downhill was a def. plus) Got in and out of the garage with No waiting whatsoever, I would def. recommend this parking garage. Friendly staff, and quick service. I am the kind of person who is always worried about my car and this place made me feel safe leaving my car with the attendant.

What an amazing deal: this spot was 1/5 the cost of any other lot in the area. Drop-off and pick-up were both super easy. We were in and out in under 5 minutes.

Didn't seem like they handled many on line reservations. Each person seemed a bit confused about the charges each time I went in/out. Everyone was very accommodating though. Didn't like that you couldn't get you car during certain times though. Was a quite convenient location. Easy to get to.

The place was easy to find, they had no problem accepting the ticket that I printed off line and were very speedy when we came back to get our car. We missed the pick up time for the car by a half hour so they charged 3 extra dollars, so just make sure that you stick to your reservation times.
