This is my second time using ParkWhiz and the townsend garrage it iwas easy in and easy out. Price was a little high this time. But i have broken foot and i was taking my 74 year old mother to game and i wanted to be close to park. Lower the prices to make it easier to go to more games and that would be great

The first reservation I made was cancelled, but they transferred my reservation to a garage 1 block from the ball park. Definitely make the reservation online. I paid $25.89 and it was $60 if you show up without a reservation. Wiil definitely use them again.

We are from the Portland area and parked in the Townsend Street lot while attending a Giants game. It was incredibly easy to find the lot and get back out of the city after the game. We also felt as though our (rental) car was safe. I would definitely use this lot again.

The location can't be beat. Having it be inside and being able to park your own car is icing on the cake. That said, I don't understand why when I show them my parking reservation on my phone I am subject to delayed entry because the person has to write everything down. The idea behind "e" transactions is that they're faster (not to mention greener). "Readers" can't be that expensive. I also do not understand why, since we've all paid ahead, we can't just exit at the end instead of having every car come to a complete stop to turn in a ticket. That said, I love your service and would give this garage 4.5 stars.

I have a 4 year old and a disabled brother and this is the easiest way to get them to and from the park. Every time I go to a game I will definately use this place to park.

I reserved my parking in advance so it was very easy going in and out of the parking lot. There were plenty of spaces and the lot was clearly marked for those going to the ballpark. There is a jam up trying to make a left on Townsend when coming out of the lot but we just went right and around the block. The only problem was that I couldn't get into the back door so I had to go all the way around to the front on Townsend.

This is the second time for a Giant's game I used Parking Whiz and parked at 153 Townsend. It was very easy to get in and out of. The price was $10 cheaper than at the Giant's lot and 1/4th the distance to AT&T.

Parking here for the game is very convenient. It did fill up very early because it was Opening Day, so there was only valet parking. That did create a problem getting the car back because it was VERY disorganized and took way too long to get the car.

The location is right across the street from the park so it is very quick to and from the car. It is easier getting out of the city after the game than AT&T's lots. Don't go down King street; go to 2nd and head downtown until you go under 80, take the 1st left on Harrison and get on 80 at 4th or 7th.

Foot traffic access was a bit confusing for re-entry after the game. The door we exited was one-way only, and an alternative access point was not identified on this access point ie:to gain access to parking garage from here, go to ... We ended up walking around three sides of the complex to find an alternate entry point. Great parking spot at a reasonable price, though!

Compaired to parking in the ball park lots this was a breeze. I was on the Bay Bridge in 15 minutes from the time I got in my car! The glitch that happened was that I went in the lane to the left ( my fault ) not knowing that there is only one way in. Maybe you can mark the entrance and exit a little more clearly?

It was our first time to a baseball game in San Francisco with our 3 and 5 year old, we were a little concerned about driving vs. public transit, how far the parking would be, and the cost of parking. We were very pleased and relieved when we arrived at 153 Townsend. Perfect parking spot and literally a block away from AT&T Park. We have been going to AT&T Park since it opened in 2000 and found there is no better place to park especially if you need to cross the Bay Bridge.

This is the second time we havd used this lot. This will be the only place we park for Giants games. Alley pedestrian exit puts you 1/2 block from the park. A must for my young kids, especially after a night game. Amazingly easy to get back to the Bay Bridge for out of town folk like me. Worth the $ for sure!

Only negative: Lot should have attendant or sign mandating all traffic go right, one person held the entire line trying to make a left turn against traffic. The line went from 5 cars deep to about 20 because of him.

It was so close. It was easy to find. The covered parking was great. The price is less than other facilities. The attendant was very friendly and funny. When exiting, the traffic on Townsend was lighter than the streets exiting from lots a,c, and d. Coming from Salinas, we usually take the ferry to avoid the traffic by the park and because the ride is enjoyable but now that I've used this parking facility I will definitely use it again. Thank you for the pleasant experience. It made our entire day almost perfect. It would've been perfect if we had won but oh we'll. Can't win them all.

It was easy to locate the garage building. We arrived early and found there were lots of spaces available. It is right across from Willie Mays plaza and made it a short walk to the game. The garage cleared out about a half hour after the game. The attendants were efficient and helpful. Although the traffic was very heavy we were located close to the Bay Bridge so getting out of San Francisco was about as easy as it gets, relatively speaking.

Was great not having to wonder where we would park once in the city. The attendant was great and we had no problem leaving when the game was over. We had a little trouble finding our way back into the garage since the door we used to leave was locked when we returned. Really no biggy== we just walked around to the main entrance. Yes we would use it again and again.

we came to san francisco from chico in a rental car, I planned on just charging my GPS in the car as we drove. The rental car's charging port, the one and only one, did not work.....we couldnt find the parking garage AT ALL....so, I remembered I had the printout. Right on the print out it said "if you need directions" and there was a phone number...we called, they told us how to get there and we were very, very happy. Without that we would have probably never found AT&T park. Thanks!!!

It went fine. This particular garage was really close and there was a bit of traffic from people walking the game, and getting off work (6:00 pm), but it was easy to get to off the Bay Bridge. We paid $27.50 and people who just drove in paid $35, so we saved a little paying by credit card. It was safe, clean and very close the ballpark, right across the street.

This was a great find and the ability to just show your mobile device for access made it that much better. I will definitely park here at my next Giants game or event at AT&T park. After exiting out the back door on the basement level you are literally right across the street from the main entrance to the park. $27 may seem steep but remember your in San Fran and the convenience is will worth it. It only took about 10 min to exit the garage after the game, which I would say is good. Then only a minute to to bay bridge. So.... Used ParkWhiz to reserve a spot at this garage again last night and it was the best play of the game, considering the Giants lost another one. This garage is way more convenient than the regular parking lots across the water. Great location and worth the cost for convenience. There was one issue which caused us some grief: After we parked, the signage was very obvious as to which door to use to get to the ball park. Upon our return, that door was locked, so we used the vehicle entrance to get back into the garage. This caused some confusion as to where we had parked our car because entering the garage a different way was very disorienting.

The Townsend garage was very convenient. There is a middle turn lane on Townsend which was helpful for both waiting to enter the garage and trying to make a left leaving the garage. We arrived and they valet parked the car for us. When the game was over it was only a 10 minute wait to get the car. Our arthritic and elderly family member had very little walking to do to get to the park. The ACE parking staff was helpful on the phone when I called before hand with questions. Expensive, yes. Worth it? Most definitely--especially if you have someone with mobility issues. We did not use the elevatars in the garage so I can't comment on these.

This was awesome. I had no idea this was an option until I start looking around online after the ferry from Oakland was sold out. I would recommend this option to anyone. Easy to find, no hassle, it was directly across the street from the park. Didn't take long to exit the garage after the game was over. Will do this again next time we come in for a game.

I absolutely recommend this parking garage! It was straight across from the entrance to the park, and officers controlled traffic so that you could cross, and the garage was clean and several elevators. Very easy to navigate.

The location makes it very convenient for several reasons. Foremost is the ease for me to take younger fans and their mother without a long walk. Getting in and out from either direction has never been a problem and allows me to pick the freeway entrance I want depending on traffic. Being able to be early and get in line close to the entry without an overly long wait is great, especially with the children near a restroom.

The only problem with the Townsend Garage was only one elevator was working and the door that you exit the parking lot from to get to the game was closed after the game, so we had to go to the front entrance. It would be better to have both elevators working and be able to access the same door we left the parking lot in.

Very convenient, easy to get into and out of and comparitively less expensive than the surrounding parking options. My fater-in-law joined us for the game and needs to park in a handicapped stall. The HC stalls were in the basement of the building with more than enough parking and a short walking distance which worked well for us. Exiting from the basement area took no time at all. We will definitely use the garage again.

Enrtry and Exit control to the garage could use some major improvement. Single attendant trying to manage all this, rather slows made for some interesting traffic situations on the street. We arrived into San Francisco (from southern California) late due to traffic. If we had not made these parking reservations before we left our home, I doubt we'd have found any parking to attend the SF Giants game (that was in the 3rd inning when we arrived). The gate operator recognized our ticket voucher and helped us out. 5 minute walk to the gate after leaving the garage. Gate attendant was helpful when we left, since we weren't sure the easiest way to the freeway. Definately will use this parking again.

The garage is much closer than using AT&T's lots. Being that its inside makes the car cooler on the return and you don't have to deal with all the traffic. Was home with in 40 minutes, compared to a 30 minutes wait to get to a freeway in the other lots.

My family and I were on our way from Saratoga to Tahoe for a vacation that started with an afternoon ballgame (beat LA). I wanted a safe, convenient parking spot where we could get in and out of the park in a matter of minutes. The car was valet parked at arrival, which took less than 5 minutes. It took about 5 minutes for the valet to return the car, and we were on the Bay Bridge heading to Tahoe 5 minutes later.

It was so easy to find. We walked out and there was AT&T park. Getting out was easy also. The early arrival let us walk around and enjoy the sites at the park. We will be back and we will use this garage again.

We got to the garage about two hours before game time and found parking on a lower level, close to the elevator (had one child in a stroller). Surprisingly, we stayed for the entire game (despite having two kids under 5). As you would expect, the traffic was a little heavy getting out, but not horrible. I would definitely park in this lot again, and would definitely book it through ParkWhiz.

When I bought my tickets for Saturday's Giants game, I failed to realize that my son was taking his ACT the same morning in San Carlos, so we didn't end up getting to SF until the bottom of the 3rd inning. With our pre-paid reservation through ParkWhiz for the Townsend Garage, we pulled right into the garage (no wait) and found a spot on level 3. The garage is right around the corner from AT&T - super convenient. Likewise there was no wait leaving the garage after the game. The traffic on King Street was really heavy, but I suspect that if I had gone left out of the garage and taken Townsend to 4th Street, I would have been able to avoid most of it. Live and learn :)

Easy in, easy out. Friendly worker at the gate. Coming 100 miles to see a Giants game (torture!), it was really nice not having to worry about where to park amongst 41,000 of my closest friends.

This parking lot is closer to the ballpark than the official parking across the bridge. Traffic getting to the garage was a little congested in the vicinity of the caltrain station, so the next time I would try to avoid that intersection. Getting out of the garage was surprisingly easy, although that could be because we made a special point to hurry to our car right after the game.

It was a little challenging to find a spot that fit my full size truck, but not a big deal. I found it was a great advantage being on the north side of the 3rd street bridge and right next to the park. This will be my preferred parking spot for future events at AT&T.

i love the idea that I can reserve my parking space. This is the 3rd time I've done this. I buy 2 spaces since there are a group of us. Easy to do. No hassle at the entrance. I have used the parking garage across the street and at the end of the game, we have to wait a while before we can even move. The flow of cars goes slow. However, parking in the Ace garage,, we zipped right out and went the other direction. I highly recommend this parking garage.

Great place to park! Have been using 185 Berry St & 153 Townsend St for years, and both are directly across the street from the ball park. Just reserve early to get the great prices. 185 Berry allows a 3 hour window after the game, which is great for catching a bite to eat, and meeting up with friends.

My first time going to opening day and driving to SF. I paid the night before printed out the parking ticket and gave to the man in front who was by a sign that said the parking lot was full. It was great I didn't have to wait in the street to enter and didn't have to stand in a long line to just get my car like i saw other parking lots do after the game. Easy to Find and easy to get out on to the freeway. At&t was just around the conrner I will definitely use this Lot again next game I go to. I recommended to get there early so you can park easier. It was opening day for the Giants and a work day. Parking attendents should have let us know which floors were full. We turned right to go to the lower level and there was no parking. Not the best place to turn around either since it is a dead end. Finally found spaces on the 4th floor after another patron walking down let us know. When we arrived at the parking structure the sign said "Full" which created a slight moment of panic, but then the attendant appeared right away and took our printed parking pass and in we went to park. It turned out to be a great location for easy access back to the Bay Bridge. I would definiitely park here again as you can't beat the close proximity to AT&T and easy in and out to I-80.

Cannot imagine a closer place to park to the AT&T ball park than in this garage! While a bit pricy, a guaranteed spot with the prepaid reservation when most other lots in route were completely full. Clear signage for parking levels, elevators, stairs and exits - making a decision about which parking space to choose an easy one. I'd definitely consider this option again!

Parking at Townsend using ParkWhiz was awesome! it was so convenient. I was able to drive right to the garage, park and walk less than 5 min to AT&T park! Although it was $27, having the convenience to just park instead of driving around looking for the cheapest parking and still walking 5-10 blocks, it was diffidently worth it! i would recommended ParkWhiz to anyone who is looking for a easy way to take care of the not so easy things when enjoying a Giants Game.

This turned out to be a no-brainer for us as we live out of town and are not really all that familiar with where to park for the baseball game. The location was perfect...a quick walk across the street to the ball park, and getting on our way after the game was a snap. We definitely would do this again the next time we go to a Giants game at AT&T Park.

I went with my parents who both have trouble walking long distances and this was %100 worth it! Come out the alley and right across the street and you are at the park. The check in process could have gone a little smoother, just a little unorganized but nothing big. I paid 27.50 and I believe they were charging drive ups 35 so it is worth it if you want/need to be close and don't want to deal with the hassle of waiting for shuttles from other lots. Leaving was just as easy and fast as it was when arriving as we went up 2nd, but 3rd seemed to be backed up due to foot traffic down the block, 6-8 minutes and we were back on the Bay Bridge on our way back to Sacramento.

Can't park any closer or cheaper than 153 Townsend, SF, Ca., if your attending a ball game at ATT Park. I think its less a walk, than the actual players have to make, to get into the locker room. Highly recommend this parking garage.

Very convenient! Driving from the central valley I had no worries as to were I was going to park. Getting in from the bay bridge and leaving the garage back to the bridge was easy. Every time I go to a game I will use the reservation parking. Nothing bad to say!

This parking garage was easy to find. Seemed like a good mix of compact and regular size spaces were available. Super easy to leave the garage after the ball game -- we made two right turns and headed up King Street and we were on the highway in 6 or 7 minutes.

We were under the impression that we had a 'reserved' place, but the giy told us to park in any 'unreserved' place. Parking was not a problem. Getting out of the car park, there is only one lift or 'elevator' as it is called in USA. In any case, all went well. I would recommend this car park and ParkWhiz to all!! For the Giants game.

Great parking lot for Pac Bell Park. Drove right in, parked and step outside to main gate! But the best part is that when you leave you hang a right, left on 2nd stay in left lane(no cars in this lane) go under freeway to (R)Harrison and you are on the Bay bridge East!10 minutes tops. Very clean also.

Exiting after game took a long time since there was only one lane out of the garage. I would suggest also using the entrance lane for exiting after the game. Cars exiting from the entrance lane should only be allowed to turn left into traffic and cars exiting from the exit lane should only be allowed to turn right into traffic.

Great location just one block from AT&T Park. Spaces are made for compact cars and lot is tight so large SUVs may have some difficulty. Line to leave the lot after the game as to be expected but wasn't too bad. The lot's location allows you to avoid Embarcadero traffic and get to the freeway via 6th st.

Overall a good experience. Only concern is the emergency alarms sounded as we were all trying to leave and no one was clear what to do. It caused a lot of confusion. If there had been an emergency we would have been in trouble. Someone probably should have told us what we needed to do.

This parking space was great for watching the Giants when you need to head back to the East Bay. Oh, it's also a hundred feet away from the ballpark, very convenient exit and entrance to and from the ballpark. I will use this space again and recommend it to friends and family.

Right across the street from the ATT Park. They have signs in the garage to direct you to the ball park and they allow parking for ample time that allows you to park in time to get into the ball park when it first opens (I like to watch batting practice) and they allow ample time on the back end so you don't have to rush. It is easier getting out of 153 Townsend than the parking facilities at the ball park. I always make it a point to park here when attending a Giants game.

This is perfect parking for the ballpark. It is literally right opposite. The car entrance is one street over, but once you leave your car head to the side alley and a few steps takes you to the ballpark. Excellent. Also, getting out after the game was quick and easy. Turn right out of the entrance for access to the Bay Bridge (it is signposted.)

I made reservations in advance, which I would suggest to anyone. When I arrived the garage was full but the valet parking kicked-in and they parked my car. My car was retrieved in a matter of minutes. I also liked making the reservations via the Internet and found that it was very resonable ($27) especially when I saw a big sign in front of Ace Parking (an hour prior to the Giants game) advertising parking for $60.

Worth the price. Attendants were very friendly. Very convenient and a super short walk to the ball park. Traffic to 280 after the game was not too bad despite going to a weekend sell-out.

It is close to the ballpark, easy walk. Even with ballpark traffic, the wait to get it was ~5 minutes, and the wait to get out was ~10 minutes. It's also indoors, which means your car isn't hot when you get into it. Beats walking a long way to the AT&T parking lot.

I am a Disabled Veteran and I got tickets to the AT&T Park, I was able to park right across the street from the stadium. I can't do a lot of walking but it put me right at the front gate. I would recommend this service rather than getting towed away. That happens alot in the city.

Exactly what I expected, and what the company promised. It was very easy to find. Checkin was perfect. Parking spot was good. Inside parking is very high on our preference list. There was no waiting. We pulled in and went straight to our spot. Leaving was crowded of course, but it took us only three or four minutes. Location was literally across the street from the ballpark. Kudos to all. It was very close and very convenient. We realised the morning of the game that the garage across the street was $7.50 less but when we were leaving and had no lines, it had a very long line which made the extra money we paid seem very worth it.

It was so easy to get in and out. Our trip from home in Berkeley to being parked was 45 minutes - at rush hour. Going home after the game, it literally took 35 minutes to get from our seats to walking in our front door - in Berkeley. We'll definitely be using this parking lot ans ParkWhiz again!

Turning in from Townshend heading west was difficult...would be helpful to have someone directing traffic into your location. Also there were those trying to pull in EVEN THOUGH the lot was already full...Otherwise quite convenient.

We always park at the Townsend Garage when we go to AT&T park. It is the easiest most convienent way to park in that area.

Consider having the elevators running on both end of the building....especially for floors 2 - top. A lot of seniors use this for closeness but stairs or waiting for elelvators takes the fun out of experienjce.

The garage was convenient. However getting out was NOT. There was a huge long line, the first 2 levels are 'reserved' which means you can't park there. We were on level 3 and it took over 30 minutes to get out. As opposed to the AT&T lot if you park near the gate you are out in a matter of minutes. I do not know if I will park here again.

I arrived a little gate to the Giants vs. Brewers game with packed stadium with a sense of confidence that I had a reserved space, and it was just as I had hoped. There was a parking spot waiting for me, I parked my own car and simply crossed the street to be at the stadium with minimum fuss. What a delight. I am going to be attending more baseball games, now that I know it is this convenient.

It was good and close to the ball park. Not being able to park in the "resevered parinking" slots is rediculous since it was after hours and obviously those spots are for during business hours. There was a lady out in the middle of the street trying to direct traffic coming out and I don't know if she was affiliated with Ace Parking but if so, she needed to have some sort of reflecterized vest on. If not, then the attendant needs to contact the local Law Enforcement people before she gets run over.

The best parking EVER!! Easy to get in MUCH EASIER and FASTER to get out! A complete godsend after a game especially lugging sleeping children. If it were any closer to ATT&T park you would be parking at the gate.

I knew we were going to b cutting it close 2 game time arriving so having a reserved spot right across the street from field was great! Easy getting in and out amongst the pre-game kaos. Bit $$$$ but I thought this was a good place to park. If you have a SUV, (Yukon) you can still fit. We met people who park there for the game often and they told us how to get back into the parking area after the game becasue there is no attendant there later. You have to walk up the street and go into the side entrance to get to your vehicle. Good to know! Other than that, great location. Good parking facility.

I thought it was a good deal and they didn't charge extra for our mini-van as many places do. The only problem was that we would have liked to enter earlier than 3 and leave our car for the day and this was not possible as they were closed. We would have been willing to pay more (by the hour) for the opportunity to do this, but had to park somewhere else for the couple of hours we spent touring the city.

This is the fourth time I have parked at this facility. Once again, it was excellent. The staff there are very cordial and it has very easy in/out access.

Being able to pre pay and print out the ticket makes it easy. I like the location in relationship to AT&T park. Also being in a building with security cameras makes me feel a lot better that my car will not be broken into.

Parking in the city is always hard to find so pre-paying with ParkWhiz was very convenient and easy to find. The Giants game was great and was even better since we did not have to walk too far. The only issue is that there should be a few more sign for finding the quickest way back to the Bay Bridge. Thanks for parking.

This was a last minute choice to prepay my parking and I am glad I did. Another sell out at the park, we zipped into the garage and found parking (we were about 90 early before game time). Clean, easy access to the park and getting out was a wiz. Yep, will do it again for sure.

Incredibly convenient lot to the ball park, only 5 minutes and you are inside the park! Recommend approaching on from the right turn side of the street, trying to get with a left turn was more difficult due the oncoming traffic and others lined up to take the right hand turn. Also very nice attendants.

The parking at the Ace Parking lot was great. Easy to get to and had no problem get in or out of the facility. Took the alley way on the east side of the building and was at the ball park in just minutes. Would do it again and again. "Go GIANTS".

I am so glad I reserved parking at 153 townsed prior to the game. It was extremely convenient being right across the park, we didn't have to waste time looking for parking or look for pay stations to pay for parking. I have used ParkWhiz before and would use it again

I have parked there before and it is fine. However, the door to the elevator on the side is locked and we had to walk all the way around to Townsend to enter. Not very convenient for those going to the Ballpark.

It was easy to use your online reservation system. The Garage itself was very close to AT&T, the 'back door' opens up right across the street from the AT&T. In-door parking, clean and well lighted (we went to an evening game). The Garage Attendant was very nice. Easy to find and easy to get out, able to avoid the traffic congestion after the game. easy, quick, convenient to get in and out we did come quite early (1:45p) and left about 1/2 hour after the game was over. so nice, right across the street from the park. suggestion: have someone at the side door to let patrons in after the game so that they don't have to walk all the way around to Townsend St. I understand that sometimes you do have a staff member posted there to do that. thanks!

Parking was Great and only a few steps from the At&t Park, The only bad part was finding a parking spot for our big van. Too many Compact spots had us park at top floor but still would park here again on next trip to the ball game.

It was at the great location especially for post-game. Pre-game, the line was all the way over by the bridge so it was a bit of a hike from the parking lot (in this case, official parking lot is closer). However loved the fact we can reserve in advance and to know we have a spot when we show up.

I reserved a space on the web only to find that same day purchase was $7.50 less! Quite a surprise. That said, we were pleased by the number of stalls available and the ease of access. We chose this facility as we were attending a Giants baseball game and it is beyond close to the stadium! A 2 minute walk from the car to the stadium. We would use it again, although we will be a bit more selective in booking online. A helpful attendant gave us the lowdown on when prices were higher and also lower than the web price.

The stairway exit is right across the street from Pac Bell Park. Getting into and out of the garage is a breeze, much better than the standard park lots across the bridge. This is the most convenient place to park -- literally right across the street from the ballpark. To top it off, you can park as early as 4:30 (prior to a 7:15 evening game), which gives you plenty of time to get in line to get a free snuggie (or whatever the giveaway) and have the kids go down the coca-cola slides plenty of times before game. And then after the game, departing couldn't be easier. Wouldn't park anywhere else!

The parking lot is very convenient to AT&T Park, however there needs to be more access points other then stairs. The elevators were either not working or very slow. I have difficulty climbing stairs and the elevator would have been a plus.

Excellent location for AT&T Park. However, the lot is open only one hour after the end of the event, which makes post-game dining or shopping impossible. Also, exiting is incredibly slow and frustrating. Be patient, and back into your space when first arriving.

I've parked here many times, but recently they've started locking the lower level door to the handicap parking after the game, which is very inconvenient for those of us who need handicap parking. It makes for a much longer walk to our car. Why have handicap parking and then make it inaccessible?

This is a great place to reserve a parking spot for a Giants game. It did not take much time to get in and park and get out and get to the game. Only took maybe a 5 minute walk to the gates of AT &T park. Would recommend paking here to anyone I know.

Simply put, it works EVERY TIME! I was worried this last time because the garage was full, but since I had my reservation; they allowed us to park in the reserved section to compensate. This process continues to come through. And I paid HALF of what everyone else had to pay ($30 vs. $60). If you aren't using this service, you must be loaded and not care about money.

This is the best way to go to the ballgame. From the East Bay it is easy off the bridge and back onto the bridge. It is located right across the street from the park. There are ample spaces and it is safe. The staff is great and the reservation with payment in advance makes it really easy. The prices is comparable to all the other lots. This is the only way we go to the game.

I used the online parking ParkWhiz to reserve a spot at 153 Townsend. I was leary after reading reviews which said parking would be much cheaper if you just waited until you got there. BUT this was before the Giants won the World Series and also traveling to our first game with a 1, 5 and 8 year old, I was not excited about walking far, price gouging, or having nothing available. It was $27 in advance, and the closest lot to the stadium. I was afraid we would have wasted money to reserve a space in advance which was not necessary, but it turned out I am glad we did. We were allowed to park wherever we wanted, there were plenty of spots available, the spaces were large enough that no one had to bash into our Volvo SUV to get in or out of their car, and when we got there they were charging $40 to get in, so I was glad I did it in advance. BUT, as some reviewers said, there are many lots, parking was as cheap as $15 a few blocks away, and a nice stroll, but not if you are dragging the whole fam damily. I would use this garage and ParkWhiz again in a heartbeat. Well worth it to avoid a hassle.

Townsend Garage was a welcome & wonderful find! Easy to reach and within a stone's throw of AT&T Park to attend a Giants' game, it couldn't have been more convenient. In addition to this, it was so much easier to leave from than the AT&T lots (A, B & C). In another way, I hope saying what a snap & great experience overall it was to use Townsend Garage won't fill it when I need it, letting the cat out of the bag! Oh ... & pre-purchasing a reservation online shaved off some appreciated dollars!

GREAT: One block from AT&T Park! From where I parked, you could see the park across the street. Amazing. GOOD: Nice parking spots. It was easy to back into the parking slot for easy exit. OK: The entrance to the garage sort of just comes up on you. Perhaps a sign at the corner telling people the 153 Townsend Street garage is coming up. Or maybe a bigger sign on the side of the garage with the "153" address on it. BAD: I can't think of anything bad.

Using this parking garage was AWESOME. I had no idea it was so close to the park. We were to the car and on the freeway in less than 15 min. Just the best! The parking attendant was very friendly and there was someone there to hold the door for us when we returned. We'll definitely use it again :-)

Everything was fantastic as usual!! I would recommend that cars would only be allowed to exit right on Townsend after the game. When cars try to turn left it causes quite a backlog out of the parking lot. That would be my only recommendation.

It was wonderful knowing where we were going to park when we left home. We saved money and stress. It was easy finding the garage, though the wind knocked the outdoor sign into our car as we were driving in. Getting out took a bit of time but still less hassle than any alternatives! By the time we got to SF, you were doing valet parking. Ace Parking needs to have someone controlling the cars on the street, or there is going to be a bad accident outside. I love the lot it is so close to the park, several of my friend have bad hips and legs and can not walk far....Reserving ahead save us alot of money!

I initially thought the prices were a bit high based on previous parking experiences for the ballgames, but that was before winning the World Series. When I browsed more, I thought it was a better deal. I was even more pleased when we arrived and the parking we paid $27 for was up to $35. It was at $40 when left. Good to have choices of locations and prices. We may have park a bit further away for a bit less if we had realized how close it was. I was very pleased dial in my GPS and eliminate the "where are we going to park and how much we will be gouged for it" stress.

It was perfect. I took my 80 year old father to the game and this minimized the walking. Got a handicapped spot on the ground floor and walked right across the street to the game. I definitely recommend parking here if you must drive.

Very nice to have confirmed space for a sold out event as was the World Series. I do wish, for the price, they allowed you to park in any unoccupied space in the facility. We had to go to the 3rd floor to find a space, passing dozens of empty spaces marked reserved that we were informed were not reserved for us.

This is the perfect place to park but it would have been nice to be able to go back into the same door we came out of. Take a right on to Townsend left on 2nd, go 3-4 blocks and your at bay bridge entrance.

It was unclear that we were able to park in spaces that had reserved signs on them.

Selective on who they valet for. Was there two days in a row. First day they valet when our driver spoke to them in filect. Next day I asked to be valet and was told to park myself but I asked in English! Why was that?

Plenty of parking spaces to choose from upon entry. Exiting the lot is tough, you can only really make a right turn to get out of the garage due to traffic on Townsend Street.

Everything was great. One suggestion: after parking here several times, I would restrict exiting to a right turn only. We waited 45 minutes in the garage while everyone exited left. We exited right, made a left at the signal and were on the freeway within minutes. The backlog in the garage on exiting is horrible.

It was nice to have someone at the entrance door when we returned after the game to be sure we got back in to the garage. Location was superb. Access same. We would have appreciated more handicapped parking spaces and also being told that all spaces were available. We passed up several that had Reserved signs, only to be told by other customers that those were available. We out-of-towners need that kind of information up front. That aside, we will be back!

Convenient, can't get closer to the ballpark. Prepaying online reduces the stress of driving in from a long ways (Napa) by assuring that there will be a space to park. Easier to get back to the Bay Bridge then from Lot A since you are on the north side of the park One negative, the air got pretty foul with the huge line of cars waiting to get out. Better ventilation and perhaps some traffic control would help.

We had a perfect day at A T & T park. It helps that the Giants won. Your parking garage was close to the park, we found a parking space immediately and when we left we had NO traffic to content with. We'll use your garage again.. I suggest you reserve parking ticket in advance much cheaper and you are assured of a space.

Why can't people with reservations park in non-reserved places on the 1st and 2nd floors rather than be relagated to the 3rd and 4th floors. They than have to wait for the off-the-street customers to exit before they can even move. I would advise all reservered customers to park in the 1st space avaiable so they don't have to wait a hour to get out off their space.

Our son used this reservation on Saturday for one of the playoff games. He wouldn't have been able to go to the game without having this reservation because he was going to be getting there late and wouldn't have had a place to park close enough for his girlfriend to walk (since she's in a walking cast) if he couldn't park at the lot of his choice at an affordable price. Wihtout this he would have skipped the game. He can't afford the higher prices they charge on the day of special events but can manage the special prices PLUS the assurance of a space. I was looking for a covered garage close to AT&T park so that I could take my 75 year-old dad to the game. This location was PERFECT! It was clean, easy to find and a 2 minute walk to the park. Easy access to the freeway and the Bay Bridge after the game. Had I not made a reservation here first, it would have been twice the price.

Very smart way to navigate in/out of the Giant's game. If you have an HOV, this is as economical and convenient as BART and Muni. Reserve in advance, print your receipt, no cash/credit needed at the garage--very quick and easy! Would be nice to have the garage stay open up to 2 hours after the event (instead of just 1 hour), to give time for any post-game activities.

Only downside is that they close some streets off & make you drive around the block (through thousands of pedestrians) to get onto the freeway. But nevertheless, I would park here again! This lot is perfect for going to a Giants game without the stress of searching for parking. It is right across the street from the stadium and is convenient to seats anywhere in the park. My guests thanked me several times for the great parking spot and the easy walk to our seats for the game.

I live in the foothills and am not particularly familiar with S.F., however getting to the parking garage could not have been easier and it was just minutes from AT&T Ballpark. Getting back on the Bay Bridge was also a snap. No doubt it being a Sunday made it all easier. The only bummer was that the Giants lost to San Diego. I will definitely being using this garage and ParkWhiz in the future.

The convenience of the location was great but the signage directing people to the ballpark was horrible. From the 3rd floor and walking down the stairwell we followed the signs and ended up going down to the subbasement then having to go back up and out into the main floor and reading the sign on the wall of the stairs showing an arrow up made us think that we would somehow get out by using the stairs. We gave up and headed towards the entry gate and out the alley. I guess that sign is for cars coming in and not people walking out of the stairs. It would be good to have a sign posted on the pillar facing the stairwell wall that shows "to ballpark" and an arrow pointing to the right towards the alley.

Great convenient process and location except for 1 important thing. This, having been our first time parking @ the facility, didn't know of any restricted areas to park and since we had a prepaid "RESERVATION" we were surprised to find a Violation notice on our windshield that cited us for parking in a "RESERVED" parking place. We assumed, for good reason that our RESERVATION meant a RESERVED parking space. I would suggest that somewhere in the process (and NOT in small print) that there is a obvious exclusion from parking in RESERVED parking. Or that the RESERVED signage in those spaces make it evident that these RESERVED spots are not for people with online RESERVATIONS.

We were up on the 80 before lots of fans even got to their cars! One bad thing...the driving instructions from the Bay Bridge are VERY confusing (they seem to be backward).

We were very pleased with the location of Ace Parking. We needed a disabled space and the staff was kind enough to save specific spots for this purpose. We were directed to a spot which was a good location to the door leading to the park. The only thing we were unhappy about was the door being locked when we tried to return to our car. Many people were upset the door was locked and they had to walked down to the front. I think it would be a good idea when the game is over to have someone unlock the door for at least an hour for people to return to their cars. Many people have kids, are elderly, or disabled and the door being locked is a hassle.

Location was easy to find and had great proximaty to the stadium. Directions to the staduim were inside the garage and very noticable which helped a lot. The parking attendent was attentive enough and answered my questions. Booking the reservation over the internet was easy. I was notified by ParkWhiz of the game time change (time was changed to accomodate ESPN).

ParkWhiz takes the stress off of parking for games or nights out in San Francisco. I paid $27.50 online for this convenience and was glad to do so (CalTrain rates from where we live would be $24.00 but takes 1 1/2 hours to get to San Francisco).

Being from out of town, it would be better if the building's address were more noticible: There is the sign at street level indicating parking for the ballgame, but it is easily masked by the cars pulling into the building. As a result, I drove by the entrance and had to circle around the block...just a bit frustrating.

I was very satisfied with the Townsend parking lot. We were able to park earlier than the reservation time with no problem, so we were able to do some shopping before the event. Attendants were courteous, and even though the door that accessed the lot was locked, someone quickly came and opned the door for me and a group of other people. Another major plus is how close it was to AT&T park, right across the street!!! It was worth every penny reserving a space knowing I wouldn't have to drive around looking for one, and knowing my vehicle was safe. I would definitely recommend parking here for anyone and would definitely park there in the future.

Arriving here about 1 1/2 hours before the McCartney show, I saw several other parking garages waving in customers for the same price along the same couple of blocks. Getting in the garage and parking was very easy. Walking from the 2nd floor out to the street was confusing, a bunch of us got lost in the stairwells because the inside garage signs were misleading. After the show it was a real pain exiting the garage, took about 45 minutes, people honking, car fumes, no one directing traffic out to the street lanes except one guy who looked like he was actually a customer. So, it's recommended but it's probably no better than others except for the guaranteed reservation feature.

We used the reserved parking on July 10 for the Paul McCartney concert. The garage is convenient, but the wait to get out after the concert is too long. Also, no garage employees were at the exit to help us move over one lane quickly from Townsend to 2nd Street to make a left turn to get to the Bay Bridge. Next time, we will park further away and pay less, on something along 2nd Street.

When we left after the game we were out of the garage in about 10 min and on the Bay Bridge about 5 min later. I attended the Giants/Red Sox game yesterday, Saturday, June 26th, and I was parked on the 4th floor. I was out of the garage and on the Bay Bridge within 10 minutes. No directions from attendant at entrance as to where to park. Spaces marked "Reserved" - reserved for who? Hard to find a spot not labeled "COMPACT". How to walk to the ballpark from first floor is not clear. Big red arrow pointing to "BALLPARK" leads you to an elevator. Location is great and price is competitive.

I made this reservation based on the positive reviews I read here. Happy to report, my experience was exactly the same! I was a little skeptical on the way out, as there was a huge line of cars snaking through the garage -- it looked like I would not even be able to back out of the spot -- but to my surprise, in less than two minutes, the entire line was flushed as the attendant on the street was waving everybody out. In less than five minutes after I got in the car, I was outta there. Three minutes later, I was on the Bay Bridge. Definitely my best experience ever parking near AT&T. Definitely will park here again!

A bit cheaper and closer than the ATT Park lots on the other side of Lefty O'Doul Bridge. Easier exit too. Was on the Bay Bridge about 15 minutes after leaving garage. Only drawback is that you have to leave the garage no later than 1 hour after the game ends to avoid additional charges.

The parking garage is located in a great location right by the Park. I have used this place 2 times and so far I really like it. The attendents weren't as friendly or helpful this time but the location was great!

Staff is friendly, garage is fairly small so it's not too tough to get in and out of... Maybe I shouldn't be telling everyone so they don't fill it up ;-)

Very easy to navigate your website and parking is very conveniently located to AT&T park. Only additional comment is that garage charges $20 and there was plenty of parking available when I arrived at 5:15 pm. While I realize you need to charge a fee for your service, I will be tempted to take my chances next time and go to the garage without a pre-paid reservation.

Yes, it was good and located just as stated, directly accross from the Will Call windows. My only complaint is online the info stated that the garage closed 2 hours after the event/game, however when we arrived it was posted it would close 1 hour after the game --- and they did!

Good points - Very Close to AT&T park, secured building. Bad points - Garage closes 1 hour after the game finishes - so no after game meals or drinks...

Very close to the park. Being able to leave the car until 2 hours after the game ends was great. We were able to stop and have dinner in the area before we made our way home.

I would recommend this place as it is extremely convenient -- and when you're alone with 5 kids under 8, it makes a big difference.

The convenience was great. This facility is right across the street from the field and was better than ANY parking situation I have ever had at a sporting event! All said and done, this facilty and ParkWhiz are great for those of you that come in late or right on time, as parking may be full by the time you get there.

Awesome....drove right in and parked...no problem. This parking is directly across the street from the Will Call windows. I couldn't have asked for a better location. We were in and out of there no time at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

When I got there the parking lot was full, but I proceeded to drive in anyway. The guy was waving me away, like "we're full we're full" but I went in anyway. I explained that I had a reservation, and he said, "oh you should've put your paper in the window :P" after that, it was all smooth sailing. Another guy proceeded to lead me to my reserved space, and I was on my merry way to enjoying the game! this spot is literally right Across the street from AT&T Park... best bang for your buck.

I bought two reservations. My son who came in earlier in the day, got a 'reserved' spot on the ground level. I came in later, and although there were spots on the ground floor, I was told to go to level 3 or 4. Why? The garage was very convenient for ATT park.

The location was PERFECT. It was a little confusing to get out. Some exit doors were locked.

When we arrived the attendants tried to wave us off because they were full, we pulled in and told them we had a reservation and they said, "Oh, ParkWhiz!" and got us in and valeted our car so we could get over to the GIants game. When we got back, they were doing very well to help everyone get out of the garage. Great location for the event and a reasonable price, well worth it.

Parking was fine. The lot was overfilled by the time I got there (a little after the home opener had started), but the guys up front were well prepared to do valet service, and if anything, it probably saved me some time, since I didn't have to drive to the upper level to a spot.

Overall experience was good! The parking structure is within walking distance from AT&T park. It was not crowded, therefore, making is very easy to enter and exit.

Everything about the parking experience at 153 Townsend Street was as promised. It is a short block from AT&T Park. It was closer than the ballpark parking. It was inside a nice building. We had a little trouble finding our way out on the correct level. When we walked out of the back side exit, one more sign directing us to the ballpark would have been good.

Extremeley convenient (and clean) lot. From our parking space on the garage's 4th floor, we could actually see the ball park directly across the street, that's how close it was. My wife and I have a 7 and 3 year old, so having the extra short walk from the car to the park was worth paying the extra money. Our only criticism, mild compared to the many benefits of parking here: We attended a 1:05 PM game on a Saturday. After the game the ground level exterior doors to the parking garage on the ballpark side were locked. We had to walk through an alley to Townsend to get into the garage. Once inside the garage, all the elevators on the Townsend side of the garage were also locked. We didn't want to walk 4 flights of stairs with two kids, so I went to the attendant and asked why all the doors and elevators and exterior doors to the garage were locked, he said "that's what we do after the games." He directed us to an elevator on the ball park side of the garage that was still working, so we "walked back to the ball park" essentially, albeit inside the garage, to get that elevator and our car.

Parking experience was very good. I passed the Townsend Street entrance once; visibility is a little challenging, but not a big deal.

It was very convenient to make a reservation online and have it already paid for. I printed my ticket at home, and drove easily to the garage and parked without any problem. The Townsend Garage is an easy one to get into and out of after the game! I will definately use this service again!

I was able to go right in and park right across the street from AT&T Park, which is where I went. It was so nice not to have to search for parking or pay as I was leaving. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This location has reasonably-priced, covered parking that is very close to the AT&T Ballpark. The attendants were helpful before and after the game.

Having a reservation on a busy baseball game night one block from the game was great. The garage worked well. Be aware - there was not an ACE Parking sign on the face of the building, just a caution sign above the entrance. The ACE sign was on the inner wall of the entrance. If you didn't know what you were looking for you could drive right past it. ACE is across from another parking garage that has a big parking sign sticking out from the buiding, so that is the one you see easily. The ACE 'event parking' cost was a flat rate of $20 from 4 to midnight without a reservation on this night. ParkWhiz taxes and fees totaled $27.50. I'd do it again.

Super convenient to ATT Park. Reservation worked without a hitch. Clean. Efficient. The only downsides were the wait for the garage elevator after the game and the delay getting out when everyone left the game (not the garage's fault).

Slightly confusing to find the exit to the ballpark for the first time.

I missed the entrance the first pass by even though somebody on the street was waving a sign, but otherwise found it o.k. After parking and walking into the ballpark I had to return to my hotel room due to my dog whining. The Parking Supervisor allowed me to return and park again even though they have a "no ins/out" policy. Very positive experience.
This is an INDOOR parking garage only 1 block away from AT&T Park, home to the San Francisco Giants. Park here to avoid traffic jams before and after the game.
