The purchase online was easy enough. Once I got there, trying to figure out the layout of the garage was a little awkward. I ended up parking on the street level, which was fine. It was a little disconcerting that there was no employee there in the morning (about 10am on a Saturday), as I was not sure what to do with the parking pass I had. However, when I got back that afternoon there was a security guy and an attendant to help me get out. Overall a good experience.

easy in easy out - close to venue

Location was stuck in a maze of one-way streets. We couldn't find an elevator in the building so we dragged our stroller up the stairs instead. The parking attendant was very, very helpful (and the reason we rated four stars instead of three) when we forgot to use our pre-paid parking pass. I don't remember her name, she was on-duty 5/24 around 11 am. Parking was easy and plentiful, and close to the convention center.

This is a secure, covered parking garage with 500 spaces. We are located approximately four blocks west of Chase Field.
Vehicle height restriction: 68 inches
Managed by American Valet. This location is a commercial parking garage.
Head south on Central Avenue. Central turns into 1st Avenue. Continue south past Jefferson. The garage is located on the left (east) side of the street. There is a large blue "PARKING" marquee in front of the garage.
