Easy access but very long line to depart as only one lane was open and there was no physical presence to assist those that had difficulties. Woman in front of me held up line for a very long time and, I believe, the machine "ate" her credit card.

But I would warn them that it took far too long to exit the lot afterwards - 20+ minutes. We were glad, however, that we didn't have to walk in the rain to get back to our car after the play.

This was prepay parking only. There was no particular space reserved for me; however, there were many available spaces so I am not complaining. It gave us easy access to Mad Cow Theatre.

Despite having a reserved space, we still had to look long and hard for a space. This garage is also complicated, and it took us a long time to get out again. HOWEVER, it's so close to Mad Cow Theatre that the convenience is wonderful -- and we didn't have to go outside in the rain. That's worth the cost right there.

Bad=the elevators were not working and was not told by the attendant when pulling in. Went to Magic Game at the Arena for the first time. Not familiar with the parking in the area. We found the SunTrust parking not only easy to get into, but a breeze to leave after the game, quickly made our way to the highway. The walk to the arena was pleasant and short, directly down Church St. Very happy with our choice!

The parking was very convenient to the Amway Arena. (Just a short walk.) The folks at the parking area were also flexible about the start time of the parking interval. We were about 15 minutes early and there was no problem with the attendant. Upon leaving, the convenience of the structures location made exiting a breeze.

We attended the Magic vs Heat game and parked at the Suntrust Parking Deck. Very easy parking and easy exiting! After the sold out game, We were out of the deck and onto I-4 within 10 minutes of leaving the parking deck. I highly recommend this parking lot!

It is a perfect place to park, however the reservation in advance did not work out and I ended up having to pay twice for my parking. When I arrived I went and talked with both attendents and they took my reservation paper and wrote my name on it and told me that they would honor it as I left the parking garage. However, after the game I stopped with my family to get a bite to eat and when I left neither attendent was present and I had to get out my credit card and pay again for the parking.

The hassel of parking is always a hugh deterrent when deciding to attend an event at the Amway Center. We decided to take a chance with LAZ Parking and it really paid off! Simple directions off of !-4 west to the parking garage, a short walk to the Center, great show. But the best result was the quick and easy exit and almost immediate access to the I-4 ramps. No traffic, easy, easy exit and approach to the interstate. Would certainly use LAZ Park/ ParkWhiz again.

This worked great! my nuvi gps found it no problem ,there was aline to get in but that was primarily due to road construction, down the elevator and we were on church street the attendant took my paper work no questions asked.I had parked in a "reserved space" so i called the number on the confermation the person on the phone said you are fine stay right there...It was the perfect place to park and stroll church street 1 block down and you are at the arena entrance....just read your directions clearly and you'll be fine....

This parking was easy access from the 408 Expressway. It in a perfect location to the Arena. I have parked in other facilities but arriving and departing was quick and easy. There was long waiting periods. I liked the security of this facility. I will definately park here again.

There was no obvious sign for the Suntrust parking lot or any Parkwhiz sign. It was hard to find a person to accept my printed Parkwiz pass.

Was really close the the Amway Center and then we caught the shuttle to the Citrus Bowl. It was a great way to beat the traffic in the stadium area. After the game we walked back to the parking garage which took about 15 minutes and got right on the 408 and headed out of town.

It was fine because of the city's free bus transit service and knowing your vehicle was parked in a secure location. Without the transit service, your destination would have to be in the immediate area, otherwise you would be subjected to unsavory neighborhoods venturing away from the garage.

I would recommend this parking lot for an event at a different venue, it's not as close to the Citrus Bowl as we would have hoped, but it was convenient for places like the Amway Arena and Downtown.

If you are going to the Amway Arena this parking garage would be great but we were going to the Citrus Bowl. It was just my daughter and I and the area we would have to walk to from the parking garage to the stadium made me nervous. I found a place closer!

If you are doing anything in downtown Orlando near the Amway Center it is as good as you can find. I would not recommend it for Citrus Bowl events because you have to walk 5 to 6 blocks north and then 2 blocks west to the old Amway Arena just to find the nearest shuttle to get you to the stadium. You definitely do not want to walk the 1.4 miles to the stadium from this location not because it is too far but sad to say the route is not safe.

Excellent experience. Safe, secure, easy to get to from Interstate. Just gave attendant by prepaid receipt and he handed me receipt for windshield and told me where to park. Parking was great, easy in and not difficult to find. However, the only bad comment I have (no reflection on the parking garage) is that an obviously selfish and rude pick-up truck driver who parked his vehicle on my driver's side, pulled in at such an angle and so close to my vehicle, that it made it impossible to get into my car to leave. I had to climb through from the passenger side, and then barely was able to back out because he was inches from my vehicle. Other than that idiot, parking was fine. Though a bit far from the venue (Citrus Bowl), it was good to have confirmed, secure parking.

Parking at the Sun Trust garage was convenient, easy in, and easy out for a basketball event at the arena. A short, easy walk down Church Street to the arena.

Access to the parking garage was easy and went flawlessly. Egress, on the other hand, went painfully slow, due to the excessive number of vehicles all wanting to depart at the same time. This delay is to be expected so patience is the byword in such instances. Hey, its the Christmas season and a considerate driver stayed back far enough for us to back out.

i will never park again in the geico garage, you are my new parking garage, hands down. the price was much lower, and the main reason i will always use laz parking is because, i am an avid concert goer and i can't count how many times i went to amway center, parked in the geico garage, and literally sat in traffic for an hour just to get to I-4. this garage was soooo easy, i pulled out of the garage went to one traffic light and the ramp to I-4 east was right there. i glanced back and saw a ton of cars pulling out of the geico garage not even moving. its only about a 5 minute walk. when you park you can see the amway center. Great Job Park Whiz!!

Very convenient to the Amway Center, just a couple of blocks to walk. There were lots of police on street corners, providing a safe walk, even with children. Paying through ParkWhiz was a breeze. The one down-side is getting out of the garage after the event. There were no police officers to block traffic. It took me over 45 min to get out of the garage--- VERY slow!

I felt it was perfectly located. Police directing traffic for both cars and pedestrians made traffic move quickly with no confusion. My only suggestion would be to inform all staff about the digital viewing to allow prompt access to the garage. My attendant didn't know and had to call on a manager to get clarification. Other then that, great service!

Parking was convinient to the new Amway Center. Although you do have to cross under I-4 it was very well lit with lots of policemen. It was very safe. The parking spots are very narrow. It did take a while to exit the lot but that is built in to the design, the staff did all that they could to get people out quickly. The prepay was nice.

The parking was fine, it was the poor little parking attendant I am concerned about. She is completely exposed to any possible bad person that may wander upon her. You could at least put in a booth for a bit of protection and for heavens sake, don't put her with her back to oncoming traffice and any vile person who might attack her. Being on the road I didn't have a printer, but the folks at LAZ helped me through the process sending me an email message on my Blacberry that I showed to the attendant for admission to the lot. Parking Garage is located in between South St. & Church St. and is next to the SunTrust Bank Building. The garage is also known as the SunTrust Garage.
For events, we have Pre-Pay cashiers in place. When pulling in the South Street Entrance Identify yourself as a "Park Whiz" parker. Have your printed ParkWhiz ticket ready and available before entering the garage.
Vehicle height restriction: 81 inches
Managed by LAZ Parking (Orlando). This location is a commercial parking garage.
NOTE: Some GPS systems do not provide the correct directions for this garage. Please double check the following directions.
The garage entrances in on the north side of W South St, directly opposite Boone Ave. Look for a TAN 5-story parking garage. There will be a green SunTrust Center Parking sign in front, along with Event Signs.

•Turn right onto W.ANDERSON
• Continue on ANDERSON over I-4
•Turn Left on Boone Street
•Continue on Boone street straight into the Garage.
