• Good: Valet service to cruise terminal to board ship was very helpful and appreciated, The parking price was the best rate in the area. Bad: Lack of Valet service back to parking facility was extremely frustating during a steady downpour of rain.

• This was awesome!!! I will be putting a great review out on Trip Advisor. We did a cruise on Norwegian and it was totally convenient to the cruise terminal. We were able to walk back when our ship returned. The employees were friendly and we didn't have to wait at all. It was great and I would surely recommend this to anyone who needed parking in NYC. Thank you for a great experience!!! We will be using you again in the future. :-)

• Rate was reasonable as was location. Probably even better if you were parking for Circle Line or the Intrepid, which we were not. Took about half an hour to get car once we handed in ticket plus they knew we would be coming around this time [5pm on a Sat.]

• great price, quick, and good location...if you use id for a cruise and want to have the valet please plan in advance as the Pm i left only one person was doing valet and 2 cars were before me so i had to wait roughly 30 min before they bring me to the boat departure...so don`t be in a rush and you will enjoy this place :)

• The overall parking experience was pretty good, We were a little confused when we first arrived because there were many cars lined up for the lot. After waiting 20 minutes and not moving I decided to go and see the attendant, he kindly told me that it would not be much longer that many cars were on their way out. About 45 minutes later my car was parked. It was presidents day monday so I will give them the benifit of the doubt. 3 days later I called 30 minutes prior to picking up my car i showed up and my car was ready in 2 minutes and I was on my way. Overall great safe place to park nice staff will use them again next visit to NYC

• Great price and great service. I think the parking attendant was alone on Sunday and with the Motorcycle Show at the Jacob Javitts, he could have used some help. But he as very capable and did a great job at taking care of everyone. There was quite a bit of confusion at the entrance and on the street. The attendant was doing everything: taking in vehicles, parking them through and elevator, charging the fee, directing traffic at the entrance and the street. . I arrived 8:30AM and left at 1:30PM.
