A little further than I thought from my intended location. Beware of construction all around the area. At times had to walk into the street because sidewalks were blocked or the area was under construction. Otherwise, attendants were professional and courteous.

we arrived the parking garage 30 minutes earlier at 4.30 pm and left there 40 minutes early at 9.20pm from original parking from 5.00pm to 9.00pm but we didn't have any problem with the different time zone. Attendees are caudious

The only problem was that the garage didn't accept my mobile pass. I had to ask the restaurant manager to please print out my email notification. This could be very problematic for clients going to other events where there might not be access to a printer. The valet, though, was very nice about the issue.

I had a great experience with this parking garage. My online reservation was for 1:30pm to 530pm. We arrived about one hour earlier and they allowed us to park with no additional cost. It made driving to NYC and seeing a play on Broadway stress free. The wait for my car was minimal. The attendants were very polite and pleasant. Would park here again and would recommend this garage to friends and family.

This parking garage was easy to find and convenient. We arrived 20 min earlier then expected and they allowed us to park anyway (we ended up leaving 1/2 earlier so it all washed) but they could have told us no and sent us packing till our actual reserved time - so that was greatly appreciated!

The garage offers easy access for anyone heading over to the West Side Highway. But there is no sidewalk on the north side of 41st Street east of the garage, so people walking back to get their cars need to be mindful of the best route.

Parking experience was excellent. Facility was clean and neat and attendants were very helpful and were extremely courteous. When in NYC again I would absolutely use them without question. Service was extremely attentive. I had a question and manager on duty couldn't have been nicer., well lit and adjacent to hotel elevator....convenient to the Lincoln Tunnel....a good deal!

Great location, safe as it let's you out into the hotel and so convenient for Broadway theatres and restaurants. Plus, if you live in NJ you are directly in front of the Lincoln Tunnel. This location cannot be beat.

This lot was awesome! Pulled right in, staff was great, they quickly brought the car back. We went to an event at MSG and it was a little over a half mile walk, but for the price and location (so easy to get to from the West Side Highway). The garage was clean, easy access to the street, I will definitely use it again.

I was very satisfied with my experience with MPS Parking facility at 475 W. 41st. I downloaded their coupon before attending an event at the Best Buy theatre. The rate was very reasonable and the coupon was good up until 10:30 pm. The show ran past 11:30 and I was certain my rate would double as a result, but I was pleasantly surprised that it amounted to only a couple of extra dollars. The facility was very clean and the attendants very courteous. I would strongly recommend this parking facility for events in that area.

Pulled in, valet took the car and we went to our show. After the show, we went in, valet retrieved our car and we went home. What more could we ask. Garage is well lit, personnel friendly and attentive. Excellent parking experience.

Best parking experience I've ever had in the city. The GPS actually found the address with no problems, its a perfect location, very close to Times Square. The people working there were fast to take and retrieve my car. They accepted my print out with no questions at all and the price was reasonable! Very satisfied.

The service was quick and friends and it the total ended up being 50% off what it would have been had I paid at the garage. GREAT! The only issue was traffic getting into the garage. Because of construction and tunnel traffic it took us 45 minutes to go around 1 block! Yikes! But not the fault of the garage...getting out was easy!!!

the lot is excellent and in the perfect location...unless the traffic around 42nd st and the Lincoln Tunnel is a problem. And it is almost impossible, due to the traffic restrictions, to get to this lot between 4 and 6 on a weeknight. But for $12 bucks, if you are going to a show on west 42nd street, you can't beat this. And you get to enter through the funky lobby of the Yotel Hotel.

IMPORTANT!- When I arrived I showed the attendant my ParkWhiz paper. He looked at it and said "you know this is only for 6 hours right? You pay the difference after that at our normal rate". I then pointed out my reservation said from 2pm to midnight to which he (politely) replied that it didn't matter. When I presented them with the ParkWhiz slip to pay for and pickup my car the attendant typing it in thoroughly read the paper and didn't even mention to me that it was only valid for 6 hours! I could see a sign hanging at their register that even stated so. I was happy that this attendant payed attention and did what was right.

Located outside of the Lincoln Tunnel, on the northeast corner of W 41st St and 10th Ave, mid block. Coming out of the Lincoln Tunnel, turn left on 41st St and the garage will be on your right hand side, (on the north side of 41st). This location is in between 9th and 10th ave, and look for a MPG Parking sign above the entrance to the garage.
