  • Good experience. Car was ready when I told them. In & out fast.

  • The staff members were courteous and helpful. When one staff member indicated that I would have to pay an additional $5 to park at the lot to make it the "correct" amount for up to 12 hours of parking, his colleague was quick to consult with the facility manager -- who assured me that $28.00 (my pre-paid amount) was all that I would need to pay when I picked up my car. The car was retrieved promptly when I returned, even though I arrived earlier than expected.
