The entrance to this parking garage is located at the base of the 30-story brown brick Brevard Apartments building, which takes up the east side of its block; on its west side it is next to a four-story stone block building. Look for the permanent awning, which reads "The Brevard" in white; the garage entrance is slightly west, which is an incline into the garage proper. There will be a sign attached to stone block building that reads "Park" in white with a large white 'P', along with a sign that says "Park" above the entrance" with blue arrows on either side.

The entrance for this parking garage is located on north side of E 54th St, slightly west of the northwest corner of the 54th St/2nd Ave intersection; the entrance is across the street from the 43-story beige tile and glass Mondrian Condominiums building.
Please be advised that E 54th St is a one-way, eastbound street. There is a secondary entrance on the south side on E 55th St, a one-way westbound street.
This parking garage is located in Manhattan's Sutton Place neighborhood, situated next to The Brevard Apartments building.
