Very convenient to the Garden. Service was quick and easy. The one problem is getting to 124 West 31st Street before 7 PM. There are "no left turn' signs everywhere so you have to find a way to make a big loop to get to the parking area. I would suggest giving specific directions for arriving before 7 pm once you are in Manhattan.

Just when it seems like you are overwhelmed with city driving, you pull into ParkWhiz and it's like pulling into your driveway at home. Very reassuring and a short walk to the Garden.

It's a great location, but a long wait to get in and out. My recommendation is that you get there late as it's a small lot so that you would be one of the first out at the end of the Madison Square Garden event!

The parking lot was very convenient to MSG. We would definitely use the adance reservation service and this lot again. We did have to contact Parking Management with a question and they were very helpful and responsive. The only complaint I would register is that the specific hours of the lot should be given when leaving the car for an evening event. If the lot is not going to remain open "24/7" as the sign and website indicate, and there is going to be a cut-off time for picking up the vehicle, then that information should be passed along when the car is dropped off.

It's a great service! The only issue that I had was the extra charge for oversize vehicle. The website did not specify the model and make of vehicles that require extra-charge. I used my 2006 Honda Oddyssey mini-van which on other parking garage is not considered as oversized vehicle. The parking attendant was very courteous an helpful.

We prepaid parking here for the 12.12.12 concert and our spot was waiting for us upon arrival without a hitch. It's a 3-minute walk from Madison Square Garden and the attendant was just a delight. It's very close to MSG and it's small so it's a quick in and out. But because it's outside they have to bury the cars five deep or more, and you have to wait for the attendant to move all those other cars if yours is in the back. I'd use them again though if I need to park near the Garden.

I took my young daughter to a concert at MSG and we were running late getting into the city and only had an hour before concert to grab a bite to eat. The attendant was very friendly and suggested a restaurant which was located in hotel right by the venue! Great food, great service and we were out of there and full in 30 minutes. After concert, I didn't even have to hand the attendant my ticket he remembered us and exactly what car was mine and he greeted us and thanked us with a smile. This was a very good parking experience. Although it is a small facility, both staff members that we met were very friendly & professional. The greeter saw that my children had Knicks gear on & he was talking to them about the Knicks. The attendant saw that we arrived earlier than our reservation time, yet he worked with me on a finacial agreement to solving the issue so that we wouldn't have to leave & come back. The big apple baby! Who knew?

The parking was great but we arrived 25 minutes early and were told we would have to pay an additional $9.00. If we wanted to wait until 7:00 pm then we could get in with our prepaid voucher and the lower price. Driving in to the city and spending two hours in the car already made our decision easy. Pay the extra money and go to the event. Most events start at 7:30 pm and the 7:00 check in time does not give you enough time to get to MSG and be seated with all the other people arriving at the same time.

Perfect lot for Madison Square Garden. I wondered how fast my car would be ready with the lifts but when I went for pick up my car was ready in minutes.

Great convenience, especially pre-pay. only complaint was it took the attendant over 20 minutes to get the lot squared away so I could park. Would have been better for him to either come get my car from me and then configure the lot, or have a multiple attendants during the busy time.

We arrived a little earlier than I said I would so we had to pay a little bit extra but he took very good care of us and parked our new suburban in a great safe spot and when he seen us come for pick up he pulled it right out and had it ready for us without even asking us. The lot staff expedited my departure (which was late at night), and treated my family very well. My car was also well taken care of. My husband and son loved that the parking was so close to MSG! Rather than driving around looking for the nearest garage, they just pulled in, handed in their reservation slip and went off to the Knicks game. The photo of the lot on the reservation was really helpful too, as the lot is currently surrounded by a lot of scaffolding and wasn't that easy to see at first. Thanks for a good experience!

Staff is very helpful, it's very convenient to have a reservation for parking in such a busy location. Only thing, parking lot in front was only $16.00 for the whole night. I paid $ 21.00 ... The parking guys were great, very friendly and willing to please. My problem was that i had to leave my function to get the car out of your lot by 8PM. The Dog show closed from 5:30 till 7:30, then the final show went from 8Pm till 11Pm. Since we had to get the car, we went home because we had no place to leave the car. That caused us to miss the main part of the show. The parking guy said he would try to reserve us a place on the road but comon it NY. I was not going to take the chance of no car when I got out of the show. So the guys were great, your hours of operation to short.

At first I was a bit wary, but I could not be happier about how this place worked out. We went to see Phish at MSG on 12/30. I dropped the car off at 630 to a very friendly, helpful guy (in Manhattan--shocking, I know). When we got out of the show my car was already waiting for me ready to go. The cops blocked off 31st St to car traffic so it was so easy to pull right out and head to the west side highway. I highly recommend this to anyone. It's so absolutely worth it.

I would recommend this, but be warned!! Because of traffic, etc. we arrived an hour early and were charged $20 extra. Not wanting to deal with midtown traffic for another hour, we paid it. The posted rate for several hours was $27.50 and we had already prepaid $21.00, so we actually paid $41, while those who just showed up paid $27.50. The attendants were great and the service was quick.

Being able to reserve parking prior to driving to New York City, is a great thing! I would of liked to have been able to arrive at the parking garage a little earlier than an hour before the event starts. We were driving from Massachusetts and allowed plenty of time to get there in time for the game. We were actually a half hour early. Because of this, we had to pay an extra ten dollars to park. I was grateful that we were still allowed to park early, but I wished I didn't have to pay ten dollars, on top of the $27.00 that was prepaid. All in all, everything worked out fine!

I had an excellent experience a this parking garage. The two attendants were both personable and helpful. The fellow parking the car was very professionaly and did hustle for our car. His assistant chatted about holiday fair in a most amiable way. It left a good experience for us, for our first reservation here

parking was crazy close to MSG which is exactly what i was looking for, nothing happened to my car and it was a quick drop off with my reservation and keys to the attendant. I'll be using Parking 31 Management LLC for the rest of my trip to MSG in New York in the future.

The location was great (so close to MSG) and getting in and out was a snap. When we got to the lot after a long night of basketball the parking attendant remembered which car was ours....very impressive! It's not often I have a pleasant parking experience in the city but this was the exception and I will definitely use them again.

Walter the attendant was friendly and fast. I would have appreciated it if the sign said ParkWiz. This resulted in a lap around the block to check for the address.

My parking experience with Parking 31 Management LLC was wonderful. We arrived about 45 minutes before the show and the parking attendant was great. He took the car and our prr-printed parking receipt and processed it quickly. There was no problems or waiting time. When we picked up the car, the same treatment was received and the attendant remembered the make of our car and brought it to us in no time at all. Overall the experience was great and very professional. Thank you and I hope this will be shared with the parking attendant who was on duty at 10am on Saturday 12/4/10.

I had thought the location was at Madison Square Garden. But being only 1/2 block away wasn't bad. It was a small lot but a reasonable rate and the attendant was attentive and professional

We were in NYC for the NIT Tournament. Zipped thru the Lincoln Tunnel and right to the lot which was only 1/2 from MSG.

When I first got there the attendant would not except my e-ticket.I argued that his company advertised with park whiz and that is the policy.He finally took time to call his boss and confirm my reservation.Overall it was not a bad experience but had I not arrived early enough I would have missed the opening puck drop for the Rangers game that I paid a lot of money for.Next time I will not rely on e-ticket and print one for the attendant. They should have a list of all the night's reservations with the attendants to avoid this e-ticket problem in the future.

It was right where it was supposed to be on the directions sheet. It was a tad mysterious that there were no other cars in the lot when we got there to park, and only 3 cars in the lot when we picked up the car. Also, no one checked my ticket when I returned to pick up my car. I simply pointed to it, and said that it was mine, and he gave me the key.

I would like to take the time to say how easy and convenient it was to park at this location. Madison Square Garden was right at the corner. I would most definately recommend this location to people going to the Garden. The ease of just making a reservation was nice in as well. Best believe any time I go to the Garden I will be parking here.

Easy in/out...be sure to PRINT YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. They would have made us pay twice had we not talked to attendant in Spanish and had him let us run to shop down the block to print reservation information.

I like the fact that I can reserve a parking on line and had no problem finding the place. The people that work there were very friendly. I also like that when I go out of the concert my car was right in front and I didn't have to wait on the long line. Thank you so much I will be using again, and I will recommend to others.

was excellent....even got an extra hour out of it ....showed up at 5:30 reservation said 6:30..very nice people too....we had to drop some packages off before the show and the attendant had no problem dropping the car down for us to do so ...after the show ...the car was all ready for us to go as well ....definately will use again in the future

My son accidentally brought his laptop and some money along that we obviously could not take to the concert. We were very worried about leaving it all in the car and the parking attendants with the keys, but we had no choice. Everything was just as we left it. Great job guys!

I had a reservation for Pearl Jam concert. Parking is easy to find. Parking is very close to MSG. I would definitely recommend this place and I will park there again for next event in MSG.

I would highly recommend parking here. They treated me well and were very quick in getting my car after the game. Close to the MSG. Very friendly people. The only negative thing is that I past them the first time and had to go around the block (which is never easy to do in Manhattan) before parking. If they could have something showing there name or they accept parkwhiz to make it more accessible.

Service was phenominal. My car was totally ready to go by the time I got there after my event at MSG. It was a little hard to find, as I had to around the block 2x before I saw it, but that's a small issue....a nice big sign would be helpful!
