attendant told us to be back by 10pm. Had to make him read the printout with the ticket as the show at the GARDEN went till 10:30pm.

The attendants were extremely accommodating, I waited very little time for my vehicle at the end of the evening. I needed to arrive shortly before my scheduled time, and they were more than accommodating in honoring the price I was given. I certainly would come and use your facility again because of their courtesy.

Easy to find with helpful staff, though they couldn't speak English at the drop off. when i picked up my car (i didnt call earlier) so i waited for 5 minutes or so (which is great compared to the number of cars the guy had to move) and thankfully the guy could speak English which made it much easier

It was perfectly located for the convenience of the location I was going to. Although I pre-paid the ticket ($20), the parking attendant acted like he never saw a pre-paid coupon receipt before and when I picked up the car the attendant tried to charge me $35.00 I told him over my dead body ! I would only recommend the place because of location !

Attendants were welcoming and parking was fast! We had a reserved spot from 5:30-11:00 and we arrived at 5:20pm. The attendant originally told us he was going to charge us $10 extra for the extra 10 minutes and I was not pleased! However, because the game ended around 10 and we picked up the car around 10:15, (45mins early) we were even. Would recommend.

The lot was full-to-bursting when I arrived (early) to park my car. The attendant was kind enough to examine my voucher, and promised a space would be available if I returned at my scheduled time -- and it was. When I returned for my car, it was ready promptly, and everyone was helpful and courteous.

Went to the Knicks game with my 6 year old son last night and the service at MPS Parking was great. Friendly and attentive to us. They apologized that it took so long to bring car up from garage but the funny thing was they were quicker than any other garage I had every used in NYC....2 huge thumbs up...if only the Knicks worked as hard vs the Raptors!

Drove right up, gave attendant my ticket, I was off to the show. After the show, gave attendant my ticket, I was on my way home in 5 min. I will use this again for sure. Why drive around looking for the best deal? Do it from your home computer. A definite HOME RUN! There is no reason not to use this. Unless you want to pay more and drive around looking for a garage with space at a good price.

Upon arrival I was told they were full but was allowed to park when I showed them my voucher . When leaving they were unsure how to deal with prepaid voucher and tried to charge me, ultimately all was settled. Very nice attendants.

It was very easy to reserve my spot but when I got there they told me there was no more room and then I showed them my reservation and told them I had already paid online he was very nice and told me no problem. Another car behind me found himself in the same situation.

For $15 MSG event parking rate....all good. When I arrived at the entrance the attendant said they were full but let me in immediately after presenting reservation form. So the reservation is important to guarantee your parking. About a 10 min walk to MSG. Waited in line 5 mins to to have my car brought up when leaving. That's reasonable.

The MPS parking facility was great! Arrived late afternoon and was able to drop off the car quickly even though they were busy retrieving other cars. Only waited a couple of minutes for them to retrieve my car when I was ready to go. Also, the price was excellent.
