Benefits- Easy to get to from I 10 and only a block from the stadium. Guard on duty and pleasent and helpful. Negative- Building is poorly marked so we had to ride around the block a few times, a few portable signs near the curb near entrance would have gone a long way to aleviate this problem,

We drove around 3 sides of the building and saw that seemed be surrounded by chainlink fence and appeared to closed for major renovation! We got concerned that we had been scammed and that it was not a real parking facility! As we turned the 3rd corner, we finally saw the entrance and attendent. Some better signage would have helped to say where the entrance was located.

This parking garage is located inside the Plaza Tower at the northeast corner of Loyola Ave and Howard Ave. There are entrances on Howard Ave and Loyola Ave.
If you are coming from I-10 Eastbound, take I-10 E to US-90 BUS W exit 234A. If you are coming from I-10 Westbound, take I-10 W. Keep left and continue on EXIT 234C going toward Westbank/Claiborne Ave.
Take the US-90-BR W/Pontchartrain Expressway to the Carondelet St exit going toward St. Charles Ave and take a left onto Carondelet St before taking a left onto Howard Avenue. The garage will be on your right.
