• Good: convenience both in booking processing and payments, and the unlimited in and out access to the parking lot. Need for Improvement: since the parking lot was unattended, I didn't know what to do when I arrived after six pm. I had to call ParkWhiz and get instruction as to what to do. The instruction in the confirmation letter assumes and a parking attendant would be available to guide me. Therefore, my suggestion is that it would much easier if the instruction is expanded to include in parking lots without attendant. You just need to include that "in the absence of a parking attendant, please put the confirmation number on the dash board" something like that. Overall, it was a simple, convenient, and wonderful service. Thanks.

This is an unattended, 24-hour surface parking lot next to a law office in downtown New Orleans. This location is less than 3 blocks from Mercedes-Benz Superdome and New Orleans Arena.

This location is a commercial parking lot.

This parking lot is located on the southeast corner of Perdido St and S Rampart St behind Walk-On's Restaurant, and extends to O Keefe Ave to the east. You may enter by driving north on O Keefe Ave and turning right before reaching Perdido St, or from S Rampart St near the intersection with Perdido St. Look for a rectangular orange brick building on S Rampart St.
