Easy to find the lot. Close proximity to State Theater and variety of restaurants.

I was able to park right across from the State Theatre. The attendant immediately showed me to a space in the lot. This couldn't have been easier! I will definitely used the service again.

The convenience of knowing we had reserved parking made our evening hassle-free. Location of the lot, the easy on-line reservation and directions were great. Definitely will use again and recommend to friends.

This was an excellent place to park!! I don't go downtown because I have been afraid of the traffic but I had an opportunity to see Carol Burnett for my 60th birthday so I ventured out for the event. I loved being able to reserve the parking spot and it was so easy to get in and out.

Very close to the Orpheum. No hassles getting in. I simply presented my printout and the attendant directed me to go ahead and park, leaving my printout on the dashboard so they knew I had paid. Worked beautifully.

After driving down to Mpls from Duluth, to see a concert at the State Theater, it was REALLY NICE not to have to think about the "parking situation". The reservation was well worth it and we were very happy with your service!! Thanks! Ben McKnight
This is a paved surface lot. As you approach this lot, there will be a tan building behind it from which the Skyway emerges.
This location is a commercial parking lot.
This surface lot can be accessed on 8th St N. The entrance is in between 9th St N and Hennepin Ave. At this point, 8th St N is a one-way street heading south, so look for the entrance on your right. Keep an eye out for the Skyway on your right; the lot is under that.
