Attendants may be present at the entry and exit gates - if so, please present your ParkWhiz pass to attendant to receive a validation ticket. To use at exit, insert entry ticket followed by validation ticket.
If an attendant is not present, just press the help button (24/7) at the exit gate. Tell the CSR your name and your unique ParkWhiz pass number, and they will remotely lift the gate for you.

It was a little farther than I would have liked, but weather was not bad. I think that you should mention that the ramp is also named Loring ramp. I was a little concerned that I was in the wrong place & had to call for reassurance. The ramp was clean & well lit.

Spot was easy to find, was easy in and out, and was just a nice 20 minute walk to Target Field. We did, however, misunderstand the instructions and were expecting a human at the gate to verify our arrangements. We ended up having to use the help button on the gate. The man that answered the phone was very understanding and helpful and was able to verify that we had prepaid the night before, and remotely opened the gate for us. We're still not sure how we were supposed to have validated/verified our ticket in advance, but we will keep using the system until we figure it out. Overall, the system is well worth using. Thank you.

Parking was great, but leaving it was very confusing. I needed to pay again to get out. I called the number listed and the lady was very helpful to me. On the print out page you need to say push the help button as the lady told me. Yes I will use ParkWiz again now that I know what to do.
This is a large, above ground parking ramp with access to I-94W/394W and I-35W. It is skyway connected and adjacent to the Hyatt. It is also close to the Minneapolis Convention Center, Ichiban Japanese Steak House and the Millenium Hotel.

This multi-colored garage is located on Nicollet Mall between 13th St. and Grant St. The ramp enterance is located on Nicollet Mall across from Ichibans. Look for the orange and blue "Park" sign above the entrance or the digital parking sign located on the corner of Nicollet and Grant.
