Nice ramp, plenty of parking during the event. I love that we could get to Target Center without ever going outside. The person working in the ramp when we left was amazingly friendly and even interacted with our kids! Two thumbs up!
This is the Northstar Center Parking Ramp. Located in Central Business District of downtown Minneapolis. The parking ramp is attached to the Crowne Plaza Northstar Hotel, and is a short walk to Target Center, Target Field, and the Metrodome.
Vehicle height restriction: 78 inches
Managed by Impark (Minneapolis). This location is a commercial parking garage.
From the North:
I-35W S, Take exit 17B to merge onto Interstate 94 W, Take exit 233A for 11th St,
Merge onto 11th St S, Turn right onto 3rd Ave S, Turn left onto 7th St S, Get into the right hand lane and enter the parking ramp from 7th Street (between 2nd Ave & Marquette Ave).
From the South:
I-35W N, Take exit 16A W on the left toward Downtown/I-94 W, Continue straight onto 5th Ave S, Turn left onto 7th St S, Get into the right hand lane and enter the parking ramp from 7th Street (between 2nd Ave & Marquette Ave).
From the East:
Interstate 94 W, Take exit 233A for 11th St, Merge onto 11th St S, Turn right onto 3rd Ave S, Turn left onto 7th St S, Get into the right hand lane and enter the parking ramp from 7th Street (between 2nd Ave & Marquette Ave).
From the West:
I-394 E, Take exit 9B toward Garage B, Turn right onto 6th St N, Turn right onto 2nd Ave S, Enter the parking ramp on right side of the street from 2nd Ave (between 6th St & 7th St).
*Please note that not all doors are at night and you may need to enter the garage from the hotel if returning to your car at night. Please also be aware that there is a "S 2nd St" in the vicinity. These directions, however, all refer to "2nd Ave S."
