Ease of accessing and exiting parking. Liked knowing I had a confirmed space

good- easy access off I-94 and close to the Orpheum. The 1p-5p was enough time for the play. bad-very congested parking. Difficult to drive in and back out without my passenger getting out to direct me.

This well-lit, large surface level parking is located in convenient walking distance to Target Field, Orpheum Theatre, State Theatre, Target Center. Two large billboards stretch over the lot, and there are bright blue attendant stations with navy awnings located mid-way down the blocks along both 10th St and Hennepin.

This surface level parking lot occupies an entire city block, south of Hawthorne Ave and north of Hennepin Ave, and east of 11th St and west of 10th St. You can enter and exit from any side.
