The parking was less expensive than parking at the stadium. My location was an easy 2 blocks from the stadium. I was able to get in and out much faster than if I had tried parking at the stadium.

Parking was good and location great!!! The only drawback is that it should be specified that it is a private home and there is no mention that you must knock on door once you arrive. There was no parking attendant on the premises when we arrived (as it was advertised). That created some confusion. Other than that , it was great! I will continue to use this parking in my future visits to the stadium.
This 20 space parking lot is on grass mostly in the front and sides of the home. It is only 2 blocks from the Miami Marlins stadium. For more information, after reserving, please call Mr. Lopez with the provided onsite telephone number.
This location is a residence.
This parking is outside a residence on the southwest corner of NW 15 Ave and NW 8 Terrace, just two blocks from the Marlins Stadium! Enter at the corner of NW 15 Ave and NW 8 Terrace by the Stop sign and tree to park diagonally on the grass by 15 Avenue. When those parking spots are filled up, then park on the NW 8 Terrace side straight in. PLEASE do not let any part of your wheel be on top of the sidewalk as POLICE may issue TICKET for doing so
