"Close to the venue. Some sketchy folks hanging out around the area but nothing the parking lot could do about that. Fairly easy to get out after the show."
"Very easy and convenient to Arena"
"Parking was as advertised . A few blocks away from the arena and got in and out with no issues. I would recommend to anyone who needs parking for the arena events. Close and safe location and easy to find."
"Easy entry/exit but I was followed by a thug and did not feel safe walking to AAA."
"Everything was great with the parking. They were open when the permit said they would be, they showed us to our spot, and I would definitely recommend it again."
"One block away from the arena, best convenience ever! However, if you get there early enough, the lot is $20 without the parking pass."

This fenced-in parking lot takes up its entire block; on its east side it is close to the Freedom Tower MetroLink station, which runs north-south. Please look for green street signs for the NE 6th St and NE 2nd Ave intersection. This parking lot is only one block west of American Airlines Arena.

This location is a commercial parking lot.

Nearby destinations: American Airlines Arena.

The lot entrance is on the right side of NE 6th St, just after the NE 2nd Ave intersection.
Look for a large parking lot surrounded by a black metal fence, with a MetroRail station adjacent to the east side.
The lot entrance is an incline to the gate and then the lot proper.
