  • I missed the lot on first approach - did not see sign for 28th Ct. Owner was most cordial and parking in and out was a breeze as was brief walk to ballpark. Will definitely use again. DavierR

  • Spot was great, person running the lot was very coridial and stayed until the 1 hour concert was over just after the baseball game. When we arrived at midnight he had closed the gate but he was right there at the entrance and opened it up right away. No blocking so in and out was easy. Just a short walk to the stadium.

This is a private parking lot with over 20 clearly marked premium spaces. The parking lot is paved and well lit with excellent drainage and an attendant at the lot for the duration of the game or event.

This parking lot is located on the northwest corner of NW 7th St and 18th Ct (one block west of 17th Ave) outside of of the Ticket Law Center Building. Look for the large, well lit sign that reads "Ticket Law Center," and a large green gate. Enter from 18th Ct.
